Ken helped me plan a trip to Disney World. However he books our stay through Travel Bands inc, an Ontario company who booked our stay with Ocean Views in Kissimmee Florida. We were to have a nice condo home with a private pool. However when we arrived the business doors were vacant and a lease agreement on the door. After flying and being up since 2am and now it is 4pm with no where to sleep I was livid. I called Ken but no answer as it was a Sunday. I called Travel Bands to have one hang up on me, the other could not find our reservation number. Then I called Ocean Views and they told me it was a scam and they had not reservation either. Ken connected me to Travel Bands but after 4 weeks I still don’t have an answer. I will never book with a travel agent and instead book everything myself after verifying everything. Be careful as one they have your money, it is hard to get it back.

Last Thursday at 10am they told me they would call me right back. At 4pm I called again and they said there is already a message in the cue from me and someone would return my call in 24-48 hours... its now been a week.
