I’m going to need everyone reading this review to just take a seat because this is going to be a good one. For all those guys or girls out there looking to pop that question but don’t even know where to start just do yourself a favor and call Marrow and ask for Annie Nguyen she is one of the stylist at Marrow and the only one you should be requesting ( I’m sure all the stylist are good) but Nguyen is just simply amazing. It’s all started with an email and a phone call and the rest is history... but for the people who want the details I’ll indulge you. The first FaceTime call with Annie (we are now on a first name basis now) I was so nervios and scared where do you even start, you hear and read about what should be looking at when you are ring shopping such as: the price, the color, the shape, the size, the weight, the clarity, the band, the prong design, and how you need to sell your kidney on top of your 3 months salary (before taxes) to buy a ring let alone a beautiful Marrow designed ring. Annie put my nervousness aside and just started to have a conversation with me not ring related to get to know who I am and what I am about to put me at ease. Then the conversation turned for the better and we started to talk about my girlfriend. Who she is, how we meet, what we like to do, you know the the basics. It was like I was having a casual conversation with one of my friends, it was super comforting. After what seemed like forever (actually only 40 minutes) the smaller yet important questions started to be asked. Do you have a design in mind? Do you know what type of diamonds you want to use? Do you have her ring size? And then the real question BUDGET? I answered all those questions with a positive “I Don’t Know”. Thinking she was going to roll her eyes tell me this conversation was over, hang up the call, and tell me I can’t be helped. It was quite the opposite. Annie told me thats why we just spent the last hour having this conversation to figure those items out. Then she told me I couldn’t be helped and I needed to find someone else crazy enough to take on this project... that’s when I knew she was definitely going to help me through this process and I felt so much less stressed. Y’all still with me? Like almost everything in life there was a deadline. When I spoke to Annie in August I told her her I needed the ring by October 1st let’s just say I could hear the entire office wishing us luck. The proposal was going to happen in Spain in October 2019 with or without the ring or it would of been literally over for me and like Annie fashion she said game on and she began sending me ideas and different designs. I can’t tell you how much Annie helped me though this entire process. In the end (let’s be real I did all the work) we came up with a stunning one of a kind custom Sapphire engagement ring with a Jean-Noel Soni stone. Also if you have seen his work ask about his work. His stones are super rare and unique. It’s worth both kidneys speaking from experience. I received photos, texts, and updates throughout the entire process. Even when I started to panic Annie assured me things were on schedule sometimes. Two days before we departed to Spain the ring arrived and it was even more beautiful in person. Let’s just say my girlfriend is now my fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with all the help I got from Annie @ Marrow. The quality of the product is one thing but the amount of attention and services is another and Annie Nguyen knocked it out of the ballpark. Everything about Marrow Fine is amazinngggg. First, the designs are MAJOR and everything I was looking for in a wedding band. From art deco to classic band styles; these rings are little pieces of art. I am so in love with their jewelry and would be their number one hype woman...... except I'm all the way in Hawaii and I've sadly never been able to set foot in their store. This long distance love is where I truly love the Marrow Fine team! They are friendly and everyone I've dealt with has best customer service. I first did a virtual consult with Jillian a year ago and she was so sweet and helpful, answering all of my questions about resetting an engagement ring, as well as sending me pics of the bands I was looking at. Fast forward a year later and I really need to finalize which wedding bands I was going to buy so I emailed if I could get some more pictures. Lindsay immediately responded and forwarded me to Annie N. who would be my savior! I also wanted pics to make sure I could see the rings in 'real' lighting and not just off their insta photos but the jewelry looked just as flawless and now I could see every ring combo I liked. Annie was so sweet; she always responded right away and sent me pics of every idea I had as well as her own styling suggestions. She sent me pics using the same shape and style engagement ring I have so I could really visualize my combination ideas. Choosing a wedding band is not just a big money purchase but is something so meaningful and in my case, it seems impossible when you can't do it in person. But I really fell in love with the designs of Marrow Fine so I knew it was the jewelry for me and Annie made this process so easy and comfortable. I surprised my now wife with a custom engagement ring from Marrow Fine, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the design and purchase process. I worked with Jillian in their Solana Beach location to pick out stones and a design that fit both myself, our relationship, and our love. Jillian was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient, down to Earth, and as curious as he was to see what colors and shapes they could combine to create a truly unique and awe-inspiring ring. From the initial design consultation to the pick up of the finalized ring, the entire Marrow Fine time was attentive, timely, and fantastic communicators. After the proposal, it only made sense to continue working with them when it came time to design my wife’s wedding band as she is absolutely in love with her engagement ring. Her and I received the same fantastic service when it came to the custom design of her wedding bands as I did when designing her engagement ring. The only differences this time was that we worked with Annie in their new One Paseo location. We always felt heard and understood, and that our best interests were kept in heart. On both occasions, the Marrow Fine team was well aware of our budgets and always made sure the final product matched our vision and our desired price point. When it came time to design the wedding bands, my wife wanted to use heirloom jewelry from her Grandmother and Mom. The Marrow Fine team was extremely careful with the handling of her heirlooms, and very open and honest about the differences of using heirloom stones vs new stones and the benefits we would see in the use of new stones. Regardless, they understood that while the shimmer and shine might not be as prominent with heirlooms the sentimentality would be hard to compete with in our hearts for these beautiful symbols of love that we were looking to create.

I had been closely following Marrow Fine for a few years now since they were located on Cedros in Solana Beach before their storefronts, and so when I came in a week ago, it was such an absolute treat! I've been wanting to re-set my engagement ring and wedding band and I knew Marrow Fine would help create exactly what I've been dreaming of. As soon as we walked in, the ladies were so kind and welcoming. I didn't have much time the first time but came back a second and sat with Jeana who was very helpful and knowledgeable about rings, design, and sizing. She even helped my husband with his wedding band. It was so easy going through the process with her. She made it so simple and fun. Two days later, I had decided I wanted to change the color of my ring and had called the store, however, Jeana was not in that day, but they had told me that she would be in contact with me regardless. Within the hour, I get a text from her and she was totally on it and chatted with me regarding my decision to change the color of my ring. She again made it so simple and easy. Jeana was so helpful throughout the entire process. I felt she was really committed to helping me feel confident and excited about my ring. I can't wait to get my ring and to dress it up with headdresses or stackable rings later this year with Jeana. :)

To explain why Kendall deserves a 10 out of 5 rating I will need to give some background. Historically, I do not have the best taste when it comes to picking jewelry for my SO. I typically get jewelry for an anniversary and always ask the clerks for their professional opinion. Long story short, the folks over at Tiffany’s are responsible for two lost loves and a lot of heart ache. After one more unfortunate break up due to the poor recommendation of Kay jewelers, I decided I would turn my back on jewelry. I thought, if I never buy them jewelry then they will never have the chance to leave right? Wrong. As you might have guessed, they began to leave because I didn’t get them any jewelry. It was a lose lose. Then one day a friend told be about the unbelievably precise recommendations Kendall over at marrow fine jewelry was giving out. Phrases like the “Leif Eriksen of jewelry recommendations” were used. It sounded to good to be true. So, a little skeptical, I went in to see if Kendall was truly a savant in her field. She did not disappoint. Because of Kendall I’m proud to say that I have now given 5 pieces of jewelry to the love of my life AND she hasn’t left me. I can’t thank you enough for allowing a hopelessly incompetent jewel picker like my self to have a chance at love.

I cannot say enough how awesome of an experience purchasing from Marrow Fine was. This is a company that absolutely puts their customers first. You cannot go wrong purchasing from them! My fiancée and I went into their showroom in early 2020 to look at some potential engagement rings. The associate helping us was extremely helpful and personable. She took incredibly detailed notes and had some great suggestions we wouldn’t have thought about. Several months later, when I decided to purchase the ring, I reached out to Marrow Fine via email. They still had every note they took from our initial visit saved. They were able to bring up exactly what my fiancée wanted. This took an immeasurable amount of stress off of me. My Marrow experience has been nothing short of amazing. When we started our wedding band shopping we went to a chain jeweler first, and it felt so impersonal, rushed, and corporate… we were in and out within 5 minutes. Nothing felt special. I recently worked with Marrow to reimagine my engagement ring into a gorgeous toi et moi ring. The entire Marrow team is exceptional, their dedication to customer service and high quality work is apparent in everything they do. We did the entire custom process virtually and Kaitlyn was amazing at managing the process and keeping me updated. She was incredibly responsive and a great sounding board to bounce my ideas off of. She has a great eye for style and quickly understood what vibe I was going for. The final design was better than I could have imagined, and the craftsmanship of the ring is exceptional. I can't say enough great things about Marrow Fine! I followed them on Instagram for years and completely fell in love with their pieces. I had wanted my yellow sapphire wedding ring re-designed for the longest time, and finally decided to go for it and scheduled a consultation with Kaitlyn through their website. Kaitlyn and I talked design at their flagship store in Del Mar. She was so helpful in helping me land on a design for my new ring. I'm a very indecisive person, especially when it comes to such a special investment. I couldn’t be happier with my Dream wedding stack from Marrow Fine! The entire experience was fantastic from the look of the showroom, to the help from my wonderful stylist Kaitlyn, to the unboxing experience when my rings finally arrived. I’d had my eye on Marrow for years and have always loved their beautiful, unique, and modern design. It is truly unmatched anywhere! When my wedding was postponed due to covid, I decided I would treat myself to the stack I always dreamed of. I made an appointment at Marrow Fine (their covid policies were excellent and my fiancé and I felt really comfortable), and was able to try on a bunch of stacking rings to see what would go with my engagement ring best. I landed on the Zandra and everyday triangle. I love that I can mix and match, and dress up or down. I bought my wedding band with Marrow Fine and had a wonderful experience. We were visiting California, and went into the flagship store to try on pieces. Staff were lovely and helpful. I really loved the band, but wanted to think on it overnight to be sure. I did not feel pressured at all by staff, they provided me a business card and information about the rings I really liked. A few days later, I ordered my band online. Staff were helpful in communicating when the band would arrive, and even adjusted my order to be delivered to a FedEx location when I couldn't be available to sign for the item at home during the day. It was easy to pick up from FedEx the next day. I appreciate all the time and care that went into choosing my ring, producing my ring, and having it delivered safely. I cannot say enough about Marrow Fine and the amazing ladies that I had the pleasure of working with! I was able to meet Jillian and Stephanie in Austin for a pop-up. I chose a band on a whim but once my band came in I didn't love it as much as I remembered. I, of course, freaked out but the exchange process was so smooth and seamless! I worked with Stephanie via video chat to discuss options on getting me the band of my wedding dreams. She was so patient and so kind through the entire process and offered several photos/videos of a ring similar to mine with various bands (she is the BEST babe to work with!). I discovered Marrow Fine Jewelry first on Instagram. I really liked their designs - they speak to me. But it wasn’t until I connected with Jeana Arcia that I fully understood the vision for Marrow Fine Jewelry. Jeana (and Alysse) walked me through the process of taking my heirloom pieces that didn’t fit or were not my style and create something truly special that reflects “me”! The picture here shows my left hand with all my Marrow Find Jewelry rings. On my ring finger - Three rings with various diamond sizes were combined to create two pieces that such complements to one another. Jeana also showed me how the whole stacking thing works with their collection - to be honest, it’s a little addictive. I really love the thoughtful and intentional approach they have to creating artful pieces that will be your forever jewelry!

Love this shop! Everyone there is super friendly. I wanted to get my wife something special for the birth of our son and her first Mother’s Day. Sasha worked with me, asked me questions, looked at my wife’s Instagram to get a feel for her style, and helped me pick out an opal necklace that was beautiful and within my budget. I know my wife well, but when it comes to jewelry, I just hate the thought of getting her something she doesn’t like....mainly because she won’t tell me! Haha. I bought her a watch once, she told me she loved it, and NEVER WORE IT. When I gave my wife the necklace, she told me that she loved it, and guess what? You guys! Marrow fine is absolutely hands down the best place to get jewelry. From earnings to necklaces to rings everything is spectacular! I first got in touch with them last year and showed them my engagement ring. I was wondering if they could help me find some stackable rings to match it (for my wedding band.) We worked with Sasha on some “redo” work. She was so friendly, helpful, and patient with us (especially me) through the entire process. She even fed my husband his favorite beers while I was being indecisive. I lost my original wedding rings a while back, so we decided to work with Marrow to make a couple of new ones. We used my grandmas heirloom for the solitaire and and matched it with the black diamond Jaclyn stacking band. Marrow killed it! My now fiance and I worked with Stef and she helped us design a custom bespoke ring using a diamond that was in a vintage setting that was not my style and it turned out AMAZING! I worked with Kaitlyn K. to build my dream ring for mine and my husbands 10 year wedding anniversary! She was personable, friendly, supportive and always available to respond quickly. Working with Marrow topped all of my expectations! I was lucky enough to work with Annie. I cannot recommend Marrow enough! I’ve followed them for quite a while but having the experience at lido with Kendall was another level. My engagement ring has a custom band with a low setting that made me anxious about finding a wedding band that would work with it. Kendall was so knowledgeable and had enough options ready to go to find what matched my style without being overwhelmed with options. The best customer service I've ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Shelly and I could tell she genuinely cared. I purchased their "Till Death" band for my sister who lost her husband two years ago. I ordered the wrong size and reached out by email. Not only did they correct the size, Shelly promised to do everything she could to make sure I got the ring by my sisters wedding anniversary date, and I did. Communication was lacking and I'm disappointed with the owners. Came in with a stone that I wanted a setting for and owners refused to do it despite me being explicit of what I wanted in my custom consultation memo. They could have informed me before I wasted my time driving down to their location. I set aside time and moved my work schedule around for this appointment. My time, which I value as most people do, was definitely wasted.

Amazing jeweler! Have gotten 3 sets of rings from here, and each time has been such a pleasant experience, from the trunk shows down to the final product! We were blown away by Marrow Fine’s heirloom stone work and how everything came together. They were professional and polite but it was obvious that they really only value doing heirloom work with large diamonds. They don’t really give you the time of day for small diamonds. I guess it’s not flashy enough for their insta. Way overpriced, too.
