Marshalls was all right The only problem that I had that there was a long sleeve white shirt Colombian shirt that was for sunscreen protector it had a ticket red clearance for $12 The cashier said that that was not correct I said well I didn't put the red ticket myself it was already there so they really should have honored that shirt with a ticket because it was not my fault and no I don't go there to go steal I do purchase I do have a credit card and then to top it off she charged me for it I had to go back and show my ticket to the cashier where she had charged me for it but yet I didn't walk out with a t-shirt or the shirt or the long sleeve shirt. In this store is on 290 in Hollister so that is my only problem . So that's why I'm not giving you a five star. She said she went and checked and that shirt should have not been on clearance but it had the red clearance tag.

First of all let me start by saying that the prices here are amazing! With that out of the way I do feel like the staff needs to be retrained or have a sensitivity training course as I feel like me and my girlfriend were treated unfairly and ogled by a gentlemen by the name of Jeff. He kept staring at both of us in a very weird way and proceeded to follow us around the store. When we approached looking for genuine help he pretended not to hear us then proceeded to get someone else to help us instead of helping us himself. I'm not sure if this is due to our sexual orientation maybe bothering Mr. Jeff but whatever the reason may be this is not acceptable in this day and age.

Who doesn't love a visit to Marshall's?! So many bargains and while there are some standard items you can always be pretty sure you'll find, there are always surprises in store. I confidently say I don't need a cart and then find myself juggling 12 items standing in the checkout line. Things tend to be of reasonable quality, too; of course there's some junk as there can be anywhere but I've found genuinely lovely things here for a steal. Highly recommended, especially for kitchenware and nice bathroom/cosmetic items.

Went in to see what they carried. I bought a Guess leather belt for $14.99. Didn't have a chance to check all of the store but it seems name brand items sell for very good prices. You must check it out. I needed shorts and a shirt. Got to looking and with so many choices, it took me awhile to decide which ones to get. You wouldn't believe the low prices!! You have to go shop at Marshalls!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was an elderly lady helping clean carts when we got there. (I should have asked for her name) She greeted us. When we were walking out she helped us by allowing us to take cart to our car. I told manager they have a keeper. She did a great job. The teller was new and very nice as well. She built good repite. Line no. 3.

Register does not pay attention to customers, she was doing something else in step of take care of my purchase, turning her to customer line, I was standing in line and she didn't see me so I ask her if i can pay my stuff and she turn around to me with ugly faces i don't go to store so see this honestly i just didn't had a good time yesterday here.

Seems like the selection keeps dwindling. They do have cute seasonal stuff. Dress selection for women is getting very small. Seems like FL is the place to go for merchandise because all the videos I've seen of Floridian shoppers, they score gold! Come on Marshall's, bring some of the good stuff to us here in Houston!

Well my trip was great but once I left I learned my bank account got charged twice. Marshalls told me to contact the bank and that there was nothing they could do and now my bank says I have to wait a possible 10 days to get my money back. Not very pleased with your faulty system. Other than that great prices.

Marshall's saved my life!!! For real, I went to Burlington first to see if they had my usual nice fits. Had bad experience there , lady assume I skip a lady when I didn’t , didn’t even greeted me and I was going to apply for a credit card didn’t even ask me nor talk to me , call Marshall’s right away to ask where I can complain then they told me online and that’s it , didn’t even get the manager for me

Great selection of clothing. If you are a larger person i dont think they have pants large enough. I picked up a size large dress pant and it fit me well. I use size 14 and 15 pant. Beautiful clothes!! Colorful , sophisticated They told me they get new styles every day.

Hands down, best Marshall’s around town. The store was fully stocked, clean, and organized. Completely different than the typical Marshall’s/Burke’s/Ross experience. Great job to the employees working to maintain this store, the surrounding stores should take note.

The Marshall Stores have always had high quality merchandise. Lately, I have not been able to find a good selection of women's career clothing. Doesn't have as much home goods and art as in the past. Still a good place to shop.

Was looking for a Mother's Day gift. Sizes available do not reflect the Houston TX population. Tedious and limited selection of dresses and sleepwear for women. Did have nice cards and gift bags.

Great markdown sections-can get a bit busy but they are quick! Better than the Ross down the road if you consider atmosphere an important part of shopping for your deals
