I haven't come across such inhumanity as I did at Marshall's. I visited the store yesterday around 8 pm from the mall entrance with my baby and husband. We had a mall rented baby stroller with us and our toddler in the stroller. As we entered the store we noticed the doors to the mall entrance closing behind us so we immediately went back and kindly requested to be able to go back to the mall. Hearing this the lady closing the door said sorry nope the mall is closed (very rudely) so we asked once again saying we had parked on the other side of the mall so it would be a very long walk especially considering we have a baby and it was super cold outside. Even after hearing this the lady gave us a rude response saying no I can't open the door. Thankfully another worker was there who saw that we had a a rented mall stroller which needed to be returned at the mall so she told the other woman to open the door and so she finally did. I was made really upset by this experience as I wonder how someone can ask parents with a baby to walk 1/2 a kilometre back to their car in the freezing cold knowing that we didn't even have a stroller with us. I am really disgusted and hope the manager takes actions to prevent this kind of service from happening again.

Зашла в магазин купить крем. На стойке clearance выбрала 2 товара - patch под глаза и крем для кожи вокруг глаз. Оба товара были с красными ценниками и по сниженной цене. В patch была повреждена коробка и немного испачкана баночка жидкостью, которая вытекла из баночки. На кассе кассир сказала, что оба товара продаются по полной цене. Пришёл менеджер, они долго разбирались, менеджер выяснил, что patch точно по сниженной цене, но кассир продолжала ему доказывать, что должна быть полная цена. Я показала им, что баночка с потеками... сказала, что на полке есть ещё такие же точно товары по сниженной цене и они могут сравнить. Но кассир все равно продолжала настаивать на своём и тратить моё время. Я ушла, так как не было желания покупать что либо в этом магазине и продолжать этот ненужный спор! Очень разочарована поведением кассира и менеджера!

The bathrooms were very dirty, no one was really in the store but bathrooms were disgusting. I went on to shop and stood at the cash register for over 10 mins to buy 3 items, the cash register not the line as there was no line. The cashier was new and left alone and had we had to wait for someone to help with an issue. I was then met with a rude store manager who spoke to me with a tone and was undermining. The store was quite messy as well. I was at another location the night before in St. Catherine's and they had associates organizing the store even after a Black Friday weekend. Not one associate greeted me, not even the store manager when I originally saw her while shopping in the store. I visit locations all around the GTA regularly and this location was a disappointment.

Very very bad experience I had it in this location, marshals inside Erin town Center mall. people who are working here they don’t know the company returns policy I came few days ago to return a purse new didn’t use it with out receipt, very known brand winners/ marshals always carry this brand , cashier said we can’t and called manager his name was wayn if I’m not mistaken, he was very rude no customer service at all , No we can’t , because we don’t know from which winners you bought it ., ? Seriously.? And it’s against company returns policy seriously…? If anyone from head office seeing my review pls contact this manager and let him know what’s exactly the returns policy for the company and the meaning of customer service….

Update November 2023 Teresa you rock! I discovered a pair of fabulous shoes at an amazing price in the shoe section, but what really made my day was the service I received from the salesperson there, Rimlen [I apologize if I got your name wrong]. She asked that I accompany her to the checkout counter, where she gave me an extra discount on one of the pairs I had bought, even though I had not requested it. Now that is what I call Customer Service! Update This store keeps on amazing me! One of these pairs fell apart after just one use. Never thought that it could be returned after 30 days! Teresa at the counter took it back and put the value of it on a gift card for me!

Went in this week to purchase a large $80 painting I’ve been eyeing. I noticed two plastic flowers were cracked off the picture. When I asked for a discount the women at the cash said she was only able to give me $7 off. I asked if they can do a better discount and replied with only if the picture was damaged then they could give me a bigger discount. I laughed as I’m not paying that amount for a broken picture which the employee seemed to think wasn’t damaged. It’s ridiculous as I’m sure it’ll end up in the garbage. As a manager of a retail store I found it to be stupid to even offer a 10% discount for broken merchandise.

Marshalls, Erin Mills Town is conveniently located in close proximity to Shoppers Drug Market. It is easy to spot as you enter the parking lot closest to Walmart. I went in search of size 12 blazers but the pickings were slim. Career suits are hard to come by these days, possibly because most people have been working from home over the last 18 months. I left without a purchase because I didn’t find anything that wooed me along the career line. Will check back to see if more career inventory arrives in the near future.

Absolutely love John!!! He is the best. Both times weve run into him, he goes above and beyond in welcoming and helping us. A couple months ago my husband and I had to run in with our baby in the rain. He saw we were soaked and ran over with paper towel so we could wipe down our stroller. Yesterday ran into him again. We asked regarding a sweater and he ran around the store looking for it! Thank you John for making our visit to Marshalls a wonderful one everytime we see you!

I’d rate this place 0 if I could. The male manager at this store is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Very poor customer service I’ve encountered. I came to exchange an item for a different size that I got the previous day, I could not locate the receipt and he refused to even give a store credit. Claimed item may not be from the store ? Excuse me…. Seriously Clearly he doesn’t know the brands he Carries He doesn’t belong to Marshalls for sure.

I went to the location a couple of weeks ago. I went to see if they had any Fall/Autumn decorations. The store was very clean and nicely packed away. Lots of selections for clothing, a nice range of candles, the kids toys area was a bit small. You can find a few Rae Dunn pieces at this location. There are also a few Disney pieces as well which as nice finds The staff are very friendly the washrooms and dressing rooms were very clean when I went.

I was at this location last night, I wanted to put something on hold, they tell me that the company no longer puts anything on hold anymore. They told me that I must buy it and if you change your mind just refund it. I think that is ridiculous. Manager was rude also when I asked for a business card with her name. I will NEVER shop at this place ever again. The company could care less about this, but I wanted to mention my experience at Marshall's.

Love the service by sales associate Alisha, she is excellent at recommendations for clothes, very welcoming and incredibly helpful with giving me the best price possible. I bought a lot of clothes from Marshalls and will look forward to shop again from here due to Alisha's helpfulness.

If your not a Style + member your returns are only allowed to be a gift card after 10 days. This was never mentioned to me when I bought my items. Make sure your employees are talking about key details about your store. Otherwise you get very unhappy customers like myself!

Marshall is one of a leading store in which one can get almost everything starting from clothes to accessories. I've been different locations of Marshall in Canada and USA, have to agree that they keep things in place and you get good deals in the store.

The store is quite organized but various for the size of the store. Cashiers are polite and friendly, but the stocking staff. One middle aged female staff was really rude to me and lack of customer service. She asked me to move to the side

Some of the stuff in the store are used and damaged. If you are shopping here I suggest you check it thoroughly before purchasing, as they won't accept return/ refund later. The manager is rude and impolite. Customer service is horrible.

Visited here too their prices are good but you'll have to search racks liked this store in fact i liked the idea of so many stores in one place 2 floors so shop till you drop every imaginable store is here at Erin Mills town center

Very clean and organized...found a lot of great deals. I could have easily spent over $600.00 for what I purchased at prime time retailers...I ended paying $129.00 for 5 high priced items ..I ❤ Marshalls …

One of the best places I like to go and shop from, basically you can find everything there and with quality! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place is very organized and neat. Highly recommended.

Marshall's is comparatively a new addition in the mall ...mostly they have name branded clothing stuff, shoes, hand bags and some household items. Yes customer has more options to do their shopping.

Went here last week and was surprised with how stocked this location was. There was a very friendly and energetic lady greeting everyone coming in the front. Lots of positive vibes. Keep it up!

I NOTICED THE DARK SKINNY MAN MANAGER walks around not even saying hi to customers ( unless u look rich) no eye contact nothing) i also feel he maybe rude to his employees just a feel i get)

Yesterday I went to this location store for refund item but There was a lady in the customer service who was very rude. I will not repeat my experience and go to this branch again.

Always super fun at this store. Don’t make the mistake of not grabbing a cart when you walk in… guaranteed you will get carried away and need it for all your goodies !

Marshalls new location at Erin mills mall is small and it is not what expected. I thought this location will be the biggest. But it is not.

The hispanic manager handled my return very unprofessionally and had an attitude even though I brought my ID, simple no would’ve sufficed

Quality of items were on the lower end compared to other locations I’ve been to…not much variety of products as well…
