I have always been very satisfied with Marshall's, Winners and Home Sence. Most of the stuff is friendly. Manager, not at all. But, last night I went to shop at Marshall's in South Common. I was trying on some winter jackets, so I put my purse, my jacket and a couple of things that I was going to buy on the side of a display table that was next to me. When suddenly I see a women grabbing my stuff and taking it to the changing room. So I said a couple of times Excuse me!!! to grab her attention ... When she finally turns and so I said "Excuse me, that is my stuff" and she replied in a very rude manner "well then I put it here so others can shop this table...grab that" she threw the jackets on the rack and left.... What a terrible attitude. A few of minutes later, a very nice girl from the Changing Room, whom it watched the hall scene, very kindly offered me a shopping cart so I could put my stuff in, all in a very gentle and respectful way. What a difference. It turns out that the rude lady that threw my stuff was the STORE MANAGER!!!!!

Don't bother going in if you have particular bags from another store. Whoever this..female bottom feeder is that works there will follow u n even a mother especially ones with teens. At first I thought she was being helpful or whatever but turns out she was watching I guess seen her 2 times after;close to me. Then on-top of that she was at the doors to go out! Coincidentally when I was leaving. I should've said something to "management" but I will if I ever decide to go again. She has brown shoulder length?hair caucasian about 5'8"? You'll know who because most are foreigners there. And everywhere in this city unfortunately.

Their scanning system working bad!!! We went there today to buy gifts like bags, wallets, jackets etc worth $300+. They rung it on their till, but on our way to exit, the alarm went on. So they rescanned...we walked again out and again the alarm went on. The manager said there is something wrong with their scanner etc. But it was a lot of hassle going back and forth..opening all the bags, pockets ot jackets etc as if they were searching for any item that we hid or something. My husband was so upset and that was the first time we went...and it will never happen again. Fix your scanner! People would look like thieves!

really i dont like to go there again ,if u have stuff or gifts u get it before couple years without reciepts but still brand new with tag they dont accept to return some without convince excuse and the attitude of manager was not nice that much even security looked weired they keep looking at you as u make something terrible or steal something they dont know am doctor and my range rover car at parking ,its just stuff kept it in cabinet bcoz need to it and took space so like to exchange and i dont mind to keep allllll the stuff or give it to them free better than what happened..hope be more nice and trust people

Pricesmaremhigh for a discount store and everything seams to have flaws in the manufacturing or damage in some way ... the same clothing from the manufacturer or the branded store is often found to be less than Marshall's or Winners (they are both under the same umbrella company) If you enjoy shoppimg here be wise & cautious ... items can only be exchanged or returned for instore credit .... True there may be some rare finds ... but you ould need to search & surf threw the entire store of craziness 15 times on different days & at different store locations to find that 1 Item!!

Yesterday I was lining up outside to get in. It was a windy,rainy and cold day. I was freezing waited for about 1/2 hr. They had let about 8 to 10 people out of store before they let s bunch in. And I waited for an hour after closing to pay. They only have 3 cashiers and the manager and one of the staff( not sure if she is a cashier or not. They both were at the exit talking! The other winners and Marshall that I went yesterday and today let people in and out right away! And get every cashier works when there is long line up.

This place is located in South Common in South Edmonton on Parsons road . They have a wide range of products, Clothes for all irrespective of age of size, shoes, MakeUp itemsfood pet products, utensils, decors, undergarments,toys, wallets,bless, hand bags, suitcases etc. The shop was well maintained, clean with sanitizer available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available just in front of the sho and it's free. The price is reasonable and products are good.its a huge shop.

I'm personally not a huge fan of this chain. My wife likes to go there sometimes so I've been in a few. I find they're pretty consistently disorganized and understaffed. It comes off feeling very much like a Value Village but with new items at higher prices yet equally disorganized. We usually end up there after exhausting other options and hoping to find what we're looking for there, but with minimal success.

Very warm experience. They have a variety of clothing, and sizes for boys. When I entered the fitting rooms the staff were warm, kind, and welcoming to me. There was no wait to access the fitting rooms, and the checkout was efficient as well. The friendly staff at the checkout were always smiling, and being friendly, and helpful the time I was there. Very good service, selection, and staff.

Today I went to Marshalls south common and I went to the dressing room to try on some dresses and there was one associate and I also noted her name (POOJA) . She was talking very rudely with the dressing room associates in front of her manager which was very disrespectful. She must change her behaviour with the employees. So, I don't think I will ever go to South Common location ever again.

I like how organized the staff are. You're greeted at the door with a smile... behind a mask of course. I felt very free to walk around and browse without worrying about disgruntled shoppers nearby. The selection of products are good and there is always a hidden gem. The checkout staff are friendly and helpful as well. I felt my first visit was definitely a good one.

Lady manager didn't even say please go to front as the shop is closing. She cam to us and said can you go upfront to make a payment. We put 2 hrs to look through which clothes to buy and no 20 mins or 30 mins store closing announcement. Just came to us at 9pm and said go upfront for payment. Seriously !!!! Although our fault too that we didn't see the time.

A great place to shop for great quality clothes and home items at unbeatable prices. They usually have a great shoe collection. The customer service is very helpful. If you are interested in footwear at reasonable prices, then this is your place. They also have a great collection of shirts but most things here are seasonal.

Marshalls is a very convenient store. You can find nice clothes for men and women at reasonable prices, good home decorations, kid's toys, kitchenwares, furniture, etc. I frequent this place because it was near to the house of my parents, just a few minutes drive. The staff were always helpful and everything was organized.

It's a nice place to shop, everything from home to fashion and prices are reasonable. However, I wish they had a jewelry counter the display because it painful to see them just hanging like any other accessories even those that are delicate. Besides that, they have comparatively more footwear section like for size 6 to 7

Wide selection of clothes. Aisles are a little small but it's do-able if you're in there with polite people. Employees are helpful and nice and the atmosphere feels pretty welcoming. Big selection of clothes in the women's section, men's needs some work. Overall very good store definitely would shop again.

I often shop here for designer shoes, pants and shirts for work. The prices are better here than any other place selling the same brands. We also walked out of here this year spending under $50 for Christmas presents for 6 children. Great value, and you can find some real steals here from time to time.

I don't know why Canadian stores hardly carry fashionable clothes. I was unable to buy anything I could remotely use. Entered and came out empty handed. I think Winners stocks better options maybe. They did have a wide range of clothes but they just weren't for me.

I am nervous to do a review of this location as I am fearful it will lose its value if becomes popular. So many good finds here and the racks of clothes have many items that would have been sold a long time ago at other locations. I would call it a hidden gem.

Regular shopper here. The store is always cold. Been here couple of times last week and today , the weather isn’t even bad but the store is much colder inside. Are they trying to save on hydro and pass on the discounts. Not shopping at this Marshall’s anymore.

Love coming here to find some nice deals. The dog treats and dog items are much cheaper here than most places, as are a lot of the clothes. My kids love coming here to pick out some new shoes as well. Sometimes you can find some good deals on toiletries, too!

Worst experience I've had at any marshalls. Was waiting outside the changeroom for someone I was shopping with and this black guy was hanging around me looking in my bag I was holding. When I asked him to leave me alone he literally egged

Much like Winners and Homesense, Marshalls carries a variety of items at reasonable prices. There's always new items to find and I love going treasure hunting. What ever your looking for, one of these stores generally have something close.

First time in this Marshall's. Just wanted to return a pair of pants I bought at Winners that didn't fit right. The cashier was very friendly and did the return quickly and effectively. Store was clean, wide aisles, and was sufficiently

Love the store but it’s DIRTY! Bathrooms and change rooms need a deep clean. Both have caked on dirt abs grime around the flooring edges. Bathrooms also had lots of garbage laying around. No one wants to be in a gross dirty environment.

This store has a variety of items, with new stock coming in on a regular basis. Shopping here is like going on a treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find! The store itself is well lit and clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Best clothing, housewares and generally everything selection of all the locations I've been too. The place was busy but there was no line up at the till. Staff was wonderful. It was worth the drive as thus is out of my normal area.

The Indian lady customer service coordinator is very rude I bought something but it didn’t fit when I was returning she was saying the price tag is is more it should be less etc… which was kind of weird blaming me.

Clean place. Easy return without any hassle. Friendly staff. Very good brands and reasonable price. They have public washroom with more than 3 stalls. Enough fitting rooms so you don't have to wait in line.

The Marshall's in South common is my favorite one. You park close to the entrance, a perfect place for cold days. The store has the right size, not too big to get lost but big enough to find what you want.

Love me some Marshalls. This is a popular one. If you are lucky to go early on the days they mark items down you will score some good deals. Not the most organized especially in the later part of the day.

Bought a $325 jacket for $100. Their prices are always good, the dog stuff is really cheap compared to most stores. Not always a lot of selection but if you can find an item it's always a steal!

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I was impressed with the large selection of name brand clothes. I usually shop at winners but I think marshals will be my new go too place.

I've been going to this location for years and they always have amazing finds for great deals.Every time I go into this location I'll buy aleast one too two items great for finding gifts.

Not alot of sales items or clearance items but overall not bad. I go here cause its a larger store and i like the home decor but again so overpriced for a marshalls. Average at best.

Store is ok if you go early in the morning. Staff need to be on top of people opening makeup. It's gross to buy a product and get home and realize the product has been used

I love Marshall's period. Never know what you'll find I'm here. Some days you walk out with nothing and some days you walk out with lots of stuff. I like going here.

Probably the most reasonably-priced designer apparel south of 80 avenue. Be sure to take a good look through the racks, I've seen unreal treasures at this location.

You're much better off going to a Winners. I find the selection here isn't tremendous, the sections are over filled and often unorganized.

They are very effective in delivering next season items just on time. This year autumn collection has marvelous colors and shades.

This store has 12' ceilings and 4100k T8 lamps but in the dressing rooms it has PL-L lamps and 3000k par38 pot lights
