Horrible service. i wanted to buy some plant stands and i found the two that i needed. i also saw some that were stuck together and ask the lady with the black shirt if she can help me pull them apart, she tells me i can't help you because they have been stuck together for a long time and no one can get them apart. surly enough after 10 mins i manage to get all 3 free and was deciding to get the small or the big ones. so the small ones were 7.99 and then i saw a set which were very nice the tall one was 9.99 and the small 6.99. so when i went to pay for them i notice the tags were gong maybe they fell off trying to struggle with the plant stands. any way when i go to the register i explained to them that the tags must off fell off. but the price was 6.99 and 9.99. waiting 5 mins they same girl comes and it so happen that she saw me struggling with the plant stands and told me that she couldn't help. went to find the price and i told her there probably by the other plant stands. the girl by the register tells me 14.99 for the big one and 12.99 for the small one i said excuse me. first of all your doubling the price of the item that was 6.99. she then says that what the manager said and i ask to speak to the manager and she walks away. then i ask her can she bring the other one down and she looks at me and rolls her eyes. Well guess what i was so disgusted by the way there customer service and staff was that i will be reporting this to the consumer affair. about whats going on but i will never shop here again. believe me i will let the community district leader aware of whats going on. making up your own prices.

new-ish Marshalls open in the LES/ABC City area. this is a subterranean location. the street level floor is the small one and has some merchandise on the walls, in shelving units, and at the cashier counter. the two floors below street level are much bigger. the floor below street level: women's clothes, shoes, & accessories. the floor below that is men's merch, home decor, etc. each floor is pretty clean and feels new. and for the most each floor is fairly organized--it all depends on how messy shoppers are. i come here for the discounted junk food: cookies, flavored popcorns, chips, etc. bc variety of snacky eats is essential to not falling into a Doritos rut. however the real cost savings is on athletic wear like socks and layers for running in the winter. Marshalls comes up nicely on this front. that said, selection is small as this space is relatively small. staff are everywhere and helpful. drops mic cuz i'm on savings spree

As Marshalls go, this one is pretty standard. The selection iand space s pretty small, but the staff is super nice and the COVID protocols are very good. I was politely asked if I wanted to sign up for the Marshalls credit card, as was every customer ahead of me. Am pointing this out b/c I have a background in retail and I was impressed that the employees were actually following through with this practice! Be aware that you will be asked when you check out and if you don't want the card, "no" is an answer that the cashiers will easily accept. No try-ons right now as the dresssing rooms are closed, but the returns policy is very generous. I exchanged a nice pair of leggings ($16.99) for the correct size with no problem - can't really beat that!

I was surprised how nice (visually) everything looked and was presented as I escalated down through the 3 levels. Naturally (in clothing) there were many, MANY racks to go through, as one would expect of course in a store such as Marshalls, but it well organized and everything in its proper place (ie. clothing wasn't strewn about). I thought the selection was pretty awesome! From women's clothing, shoes & boots, winter coats, socks (lol), as well as homegoods. This Marshalls is located next to Katz Deli, so even though the outside was crowded with people lined up on queues, inside the store was great!

Fairly new Marshalls in the lower east side next to the Katz deli. There are three floors that go down but it's a fairly smaller Marshalls with a smaller selection in all departments. Like all other Marshalls this discount store has fairly decent prices on their products however the quality isn't always the best. The saying "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. That being said, I always treat my trips to Marshalls like a higher end flea market and I'm always looking to see what new cute thing I can find.

They have a good amount of clothing for the family. Just might have what you are looking for. The only problem that they have is price. Due to COVID-19 the cost of living has cause the current problems that all we have. The increase to the cost of living. A problem that we delt with in the Great Depression. The problem that we have almost gotten closely back to once again. Need to go back to the price that all stores were in the late 1950's or early 1960's.

Unfortunately because there are people that goes it'll still they swear everybody's a thief no I go there to spend my hard-earned money on stuff that I believe is priced very well maybe they got to retrain their staff to differentiate from people whose work hard and want to buy stuff from people who want to steal stuff

I found just what I needed at a very reasonable price and a few extra bonus items as well, the employees were very helpful kind and responsive towards my needs ,I am pleased with my experience, I do plan to return again and bring a few more along, thank you for your kindness patience and time

This Marshalls is on the smaller side but still has a good selection of things. It’s definitely very neat and tidy in there and staff are friendly with all the safety protocols. Although, no cell service once you go downstairs but as long as the prices are always good!

Great addition to Lower East Side. Which says a lot because a lot is happening. Amazing selection of great quality low price products. Super friendly staff and not as packed as your typical Marshall’s . Hidden gem for now. Hopefully stays that way. #SameTimeNextWeek

Can’t support a business that allows employees to mistreat mothers & children. Marshalls please fire the individual that hurt that child in your store especially the Manager for speaking to that woman so rudely , they are bad for your business and the community!

Some are better than others, it seems like the stores in the City for months now are lacking merchandise, but they claim their not going out of business. This losers were way ahead of the supply chain issues, way before it was a real problem.

The men department is terrible. When they opened for the first time the men department was great . They had a good shoe department but now it disappeared. They need to get the shoe department going again in the basement. Men also count.

Amazing place I was there today and the staffs there are really cool. Everything is well organized and easy to find and of course the costumer service was not bad. They just opened so go check it out you might find something cool.

Store is practically out of stock. Obviously due to the Pandemic. Nothing worth shopping for unless you are looking for Spring clothes and luggage. Social Distancing is practicd and hand sanitizer is at the front entrance.

They had some great sales on towels, garbage pale and other items. I saw from the other week and had to go back. $3.50 Hans towels are a great price! $4.50 for garbage pale!! Can't go wrong!!! Will be back for other items.

I went in to purchase pajamas for spring & summer. I found 1 light gray & white pair with a hoodie. I washed it & cant wait to wear them when it gets warmer. It was truly a bargain. Also Customer Service is good there too!

Herig, the manager at this location is fantastic. He is customer centric and accommodating. He went out of his way to process a return of these essential oils for us. TJX - he is a keeper. Do not let him go.

Since this Marshall's is close to where I live, it's convenient to go browsing from time to time. Clean, decent selections and there's usually no ridiculous checkout line, unlike the Marshall's on 19th St.

I love this Marshall's! I go too often, partly because I live near by, but mostly because they have just as much selection as the Marshall's in the suburbs. Also, the employees have always been so nice.

Friendly staff!!! Even when this lady claimed someone picked her pocket and demanded that they call the police. Even then her story wasn't credible and they were calm and polite.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store is on 3 levels. There are escalators and elevators available. Typical Manhattan prices. Glad it is in the neighborhood.
