This was my first time. Just about everyone employee that I came in contact with Had some form of attitude.... Whether it was a look or responding to something that I asked anyway on my way out me and baby I asked the lady where was the lady fragrances she stood there for a second gave me a look pointed to the back of the store in the women's department not like I said this was my first time going there and I frequent Ross and I know that the perfume for men and ladies are similar together not anyway I said that's okay not walking to the back so proceeded to pay for our items and noticed that the girl looked at the tennis shoes that I had and I said it's their problem oh no no that's not a problem well lo and behold when I get home there is a problem there's two left shoes I have yet to take them back Marshalls get it together pay attention and if you're at the counter and the register and you're taking each shoe out the box and looking at it you should have noticed that when I asked you was there a problem have a

You know a person really shouldn't judge other people and when I walk in and saw all the business and the crowd I just assumed that the customer service reps would be terrible. I was definitely wrong! The girls here work really fast and do their best to get people out of their way and back out into their respective places. Every question that I had was asked with patience and effectiveness. The only reason why I gave four stars instead of five is because I did not like what they had there as far as inventory. However, if I'm looking for something to wear quickly and just need to get in and out, this is the place to go in this area.

Marshalls....if your on a budget and need to shop for almost anything, this is where to shop. Marshalls has just about anything you need for yourself or gift shopping....clothes, shoes,housewear,toys, kitchen,tools,...I love the prices and selection. You pretty much have to go almost daily if your looking for anything in particular because stuff goes pretty fast...o give it 5 stars!!!!

This facility doesn't have baby changing tables. The custodial lady cleaning the restroom said it was removed due to dirty diapers being left on the table. I had to change my baby on top of the sink area. This is ridiculous!! How is a big corporation going to remove changing tables and punish all mother's for the actions of others. Never going back to this location!!

This place is way better than their next door neighbors (Ross). They have better quality clothes at a little higher prices that Ross but its worth it. The lines are also not as long. However, I must say the Marshalls in Webster TX is way bigger than this one which gives it the advantage of offering a wider selection of clothes and shoes.

I miss when I used to like to shop at Marshall's. Now this location is one of the worst I've visited in Houston. Their selection is so limited and their shoes are hardly ever restocked it seems. I like their men's section and purses. Otherwise, you're better off looking elsewhere for clothing in your size if you are plus or petite.

This store is always well kept, clean and stocked with some pretty cute items. It's not really the kind of store to go looking for something specific but if you're not browsing you can probably pick up something cute. In the back of the store they have really cute and modern home decor, definitely worth looking at.

MARSHALLS AT THIS LOCATION LEFT ME EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I UNFOURTUNATELY HAD AVOIDED THE AREA DUE TO IT BEING KNOWN AS GHETTO. I WAS HAPPY TO FIND THAT IT HAS UPGRADED. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS AND THE STORE BEING FULLY STOCKED WITH AMAZING PRODUCTS WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. ALSO THERE IS A JAMES AVERY STORE NEXT DOOR!

Here is a reckless lady who wants to know about your credit history and to know the reason why you do not apply for the store's credit card and if you say that you are not interested she starts to ask the reasons and gets angry and also asks a lot of questions …

Employees, especially management are not customer friendly at all. The stock help can't or wont speak English. I was ready to make a purchase of $40 but didn't because there was a line at check out of 20+ but only 2 cashiers. What a waste of my time and a lost sale for Marshalks.

If you're looking for some makeup and can't really afford to go to expensive stores this is the place to go i have went here to buy some makeup and brushes and lashes and its always good almost each week they got something new you can find things like stilla and Anastasia makeup

Although the staff is very nice, they lack much on the shelves, they are not empty, simply many rows of the SAME items, but not much in terms of selection. So, cool if you're looking for A Lot of the SAME items....not so much if you're shopping for more than a "few" …

Not my neighbor store but when I’m able to on my short break I’ll run in and grab something’s . They always have nicer apparel than my Willowbrook location kudos to Leila and Natalie very nice young ladies they keep the store(neat) line ( moving quickly)

I always find the perfect face products here for a low price. I also get my hair products here. They sell bottles of shampoo that are organic brands. It's often very well organized. The staff is friendly. I always find something good here.

Why have I only gone to this place two times in the last three years? I've found exactly what I was looking for both times and was not dissatisfied with anything I've bought from there. I think this will be my new favorite place.

This is the most neatest/organized Marshalls I’ve been to! Seriously, props to all the employees working here especially to Lluvia she was sweet and made sure I found everything I was looking for, definitely coming back soon!

Bad experience in the changing room area. The lady was lecturing me about standing on the man side when I hand her the clothes I wanted to try so she told me I needed to stand on the women side and give her my clothes.

Not a place for household appliances was hoping too find pots or pans etc. They dont carry a large supply of house hold items but they have plenty of great clothes selections from babies to adults clothing !

I went shopping on 06/29/2022 at approximately 1:00 p.m. and the treatment of the person who was in the changing rooms was very, very bad, the truth is that they must instill knowledge of customer service.

Staff does their best to keep items organized despite messy rude customers. Very disappointed on cleanliness of restrooms, and sad there is no diper changing station in place.

Well I am happy to report the dressing rooms are back open!! I had the pleasure of being hosted by Lisa and she was a pure delight. So fun, personable, and engaging

Store was clean and the ac works well. We found a lot of cool stuff there. Will go back since they have so much to offer verse other discount retailers like Ross.

It's O.K. Just not a great supply of Home Accessories like the stores farther outside the Loop. There's also longer waits in line to check out.

entering, exiting, & parking can be difficult.....store can be crowded first half of the day....best to go couple of hours before they close...
