I went there looking for a new luggage set. I travel a lot and need to replace my luggage about every 1 year-18 months. I found a wide selection and plenty of good options. I ended up buying a really nice London Fog Oxford set with the 20" carryon Expandable Spinner and the 15" underseater with wheels for under $200! I saw the same one on sale at Macy's for $390. It's so sturdy, and I can easily see the technology used on the wheels is really good, just by the way it balances and rolls. Plus, it's beautiful. I'm hopeful it'll last me a little longer than my luggage normally does.

Love this location! Customer service is great and at times they will go out of their way to help you find something. They always have good choices of shoes and clothes in my size, which is more difficult at the other locations toward town. The home goods section could use more bedding choices. I own corporate rentals and often have to replace the bedding due to coffee stains and such. Other than this one down-side, the place is great. Oh- and I always find great parking despite being next to one of the best Pak-Ind restaurant, Aga’s.

All of the employees in here are fantastic except the woman with the atrocious wig in the dressing room. She is power hungry! You can do everything right and be polite and she still will find a problem. Please fire her!!! This is the closest Marshalls to my house and I just want to have a relaxing shopping experience. I don’t enjoy shopping that much or trying on clothes and she makes the experience 100x worse. When I told the cashier about her she understood and said they have had problems with her before. Please fire her!!!!!!

I just bought a pair of bra and noticed that it was not match and missed part. Then I went back to the branch closest to my house to get my money back, but they refused and did not care about me and I was accompanied by my child who did not stop cring, They argued with me and said go to the branch you bought it from and return it there! They are rude and The manager is uncooperative, arrogant and rude I know that the return policy does not force me to return to the same branch

I usually love going into this store because the staff is nice and there is always a great selection of items. On my last visit however, I left severely disappointed by the interaction I had with one of the cashiers. Sandra was very rude and unprofessional while I was trying to check out. This short interaction made me think again about coming back into the store but I also had to remind myself that all the other cashiers have been nothing but wonderful.

My friends and I refer to this Marshall's as "kidnap Marshall's ".. it's a shady area and a woman was kidnapped from the parking lot several years back. I did notice they have a police lookout system with camera's in the parking lot now. So that's better. This is a small Marshall's but they tend to have lots of good home goods and soaps/shampoo/makeup at this store, so I still try to come to this one at least once a year... in the daytime

M. The service is ok. But it’s very bad when they turn the lights off close to closing while I’m still shopping. Sometimes I leave from work to go there and that’s all the time I have to shop. I have had to leave the store and the items because they start playing with the lights 30 minutes Prior to closing. No one can shop in those circumstances. It’s in poor taste and they should stop it!!!

Wore place to attend. The black lady who attended me. Bad customer service ever. And I'm a manager at my store. This store is in anad location every time I just go for a few mints i seen how the employee do not help at all. 12/5/20 if you are white you will be attended the right way. Hispanic or latino you will not be. So take too attitude if toi have one

I visited mid day on a weekday. The selection at this marshalls is one of the best in town! It's larger than nearby stores. The merchandise was well kept and organized neatly - which isn't often the case for the franchise. The isles are cart and stroller friendly since they're not overcrowded with merchandise.

We were greeted quickly upon entering restaurant. Menu is well put together with excellent photos of popular dishes. We enjoyed selection of palka, biryani and lamb kebabs. In house flatbreads are wonderful. Manager paid us a delightful table side visit with great conversation. We will go again soon.

Always in and out. Things are usually pretty organized unless they are moving them to a different area or they are marking them down. Wide selection of items. Line moves pretty quick. Employees are always nice. The parking lot is safe, never had any problems here.

I absolutely love coming to this particular location to shop, it's very welcoming and pleasant..always clean and organized..The restroom is clean, and that's rare in most public places. If your looking for a great shopping experience stop here in Stafford!!!

Clothes and prices decent but I really struggled at the front door. The carts evidently lock and will not go outside. I am on a cane and could not carry wh a t yi purchased. Not one employee reached out and by the grace of God I made it to my car unhurt

Always delicious and fresh food, tried the philly cheesesteak for the first time today and it was one of the best I've ever had! The playground is nice for the kids and I love that they have part of the patio enclosed now with air conditioning!

Always able to find Shea Moisture Shave line. The shave butter and after spray at an affordable price. The store is clean and shelves always full of great products. There is always two or more cashiers. I really appreciate that service …

I didn't plan on shopping there, just went to look around. The bargains and clearance items were too hard to pass up. There was a top-notch associate there, sorry I didn't get her name. I have always loved Marshalls, and always will.

Love the store. When store opened years ago it was & still my first place for the unique gift. Now if store can keep the lady's restroom fresh. Also, don't recall if there's a changing table, that would be a plus.

I like that I was able to get a variety of things. Things for my dog, home, shoes, clothes and much more. Fitting rooms I liked and customer service even thou I did go at a time when it is usually slow.

Marshalls always attracts me, gives good shopping experience. Dedicated employees keeps better customer relationship, huge collection of goods añd arrangement all gives us a better shopping experience.

There is so many selections here to chose from all different types of named brand items. Even household things. I freaking love this place. Great place also if your looking for someone a gift.

One of my favorite stores. I always find what I'm looking for, plus something that I didn't know I needed. It's fine bc you never know what's in stock great place to Christmas shop.

My favorite location. You can always find great selection of clothes, shoes and home accessories. Great kids section as well. It's always packed, but registers work fast.

One of the best Marshall's I've ever been to. I managed to grab only three things knowing I could have easily found dozens of things. I will be back later this week.

Affordable prices for brand names. This location is busier than a lot of the other ones so it’s not as neat. There are some great finds here. Lines can be very long.

They have nice clothes but they have a horrrible makeup section. Not a lot of variety and everything is tampered with. The hair products are good too.
