This centre is for only to loot customer money. My Ertiga was in very good condition before I went outdoor for 1 month vacation. When I came back it was not starting at all. Therefore, I approached this service centre which is nearest to me. So, they jump started my car and took it for servicing. Advisor told me quotation of 18500+GST for one time servicing and 22500+GST for 2years AMC. I requested them to reduce amount of AMC which was obvious option for me compared to one time quotation. Finally, after finishing servicing advisor called me that additional battery replacement is required. This sounded very silly to me, if you had picked up my car by doing jump start then the first obvious check was whether battery is in good condition which they did on last moment. And I was forced to make another expense of 3800 on account of battery replacement. They had done AC service also after which my AC has became problematic. Outside smell is coming in the car even when all windows closed and AC is on. They have also left one hook below my hand break which is visible clearly. They stole advancer of CNG kit which is worth 1500 without even informing me. I don't know what else wrong they have done to my car in the name of servicing. I had given bad feedback when I received IVR call and I was expecting calls from their seniors but no luck till now.

Very poor services , no one cares about customers time... incapable of repairing vehicles... unsure of what can be done .... very frustrating experience.... Skip this place if you have an option ... waited for around 2.5 hrs to get the car checked .... after checking they said it needs to be towed to a different service center... staff unresponsive

Total useless...!!! Very slow service. Not qualified staff. Always shortage of parts. Whenever you need something, the item is not available or out if stock.
