I cannot thank Sandra enough for her compassion and extensive efforts to help us send off my beautiful mother. We had such a short turn around between her passing and the celebration of her life - Sandra was at our beck and call and went above and beyond our expectations. She provided us with such comfort and reassurance in caring for my mother’s body whilst awaiting cremation. Sandra brought a very personal touch to Mum’s farewell and helped us plan an impromptu sermon which she willingly conducted on four hours notice. Sandra was compassionate, approachable and organised, delivering a beautiful service which was heartfelt and moving. We are eternally grateful for her efforts and feel incredibly blessed to have met such a beautiful person with such a big heart. Sandra, Johanna and Kai were wonderful and made everything very easy for us. They spent a long time listening to our stories about our father, and giving us the time and space to come up with ideas about how the celebration of his life would unfold. We ended up having a beautiful ceremony that matched who our father was and our feelings about him. Mary Eleanor took care of everything, including helping us navigate the practicalities of hospitals, crematoriums and so on. So kind, so compassionate to help the ease of pain and help assist the families in need with their passing of loved ones. It is an ordeal trying to take this burden on and it is never pleasant.
