I live out of state, and Sam was very helpful with picking out a car he thought I would be happy with, and he was very honest and upfront about all prior damages and repairs. I was impressed by how seamless it was to be able to purchase a car from a state. He was very accommodating and he even met my car inspector even after he was closed for the day. Sam was always available for any questions I might have. Sam followed up to make sure delivery went ok and to make sure I didn’t have any problems with registering my vehicle. We love our new car- it runs great and I think it will for many years. Thank you, Sam, for all of your help in this process. I wanna start off by saying that Sam has been a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He responds in a very quick time frame. He was very upfront about the car being salvaged. Which I appreciated his honesty. He even showed me pictures of the damage. The dealership was closed on Sunday, but he still came down and showed me the car and let me test drive it. Sam wants you to be happy with your purchase. He went the extra mile, and washed the car and got a oil change. Most small dealerships do not go that extent. I would definitely recommend Masi auto to anybody looking for a vehicle. The whole process went smoothly, the seller was so polite, understanding and communicative! And the car we bought, after being thoroughly examined by a reliable mechanic said it was an amazing find! I really value having such a stress free experience considering that It was my first time buying a car. I’d highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family, they are completely transparent in the condition of the cars before repairs and what has been worked on and they make sure everything is safe and functional. Sam is a kind, honest and extremely helpful man. Sam is the antithesis of the stereotype of a car salesman. He allowed me to take the car I was interested in (2013 Honda Civic) and have Jose at Jarvis Auto check it out (he’s also amazing). I didn’t feel pressure to buy, however just make sure you have finances figured out beforehand. I did it step by step, but I used PenFed to purchase the vehicle. Sam picked out a great vehicle and I could not be more grateful I chose him and this car. Sam is very helpful, understand and very patient. I highly reccommend Masi Auto.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic 2012. After visiting various places, this was the best place as everything went very fast with quality and time. They take care of all the paperwork and the cars that they sell are great quality. They are also very nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to my family and friends. And of course, I will be going back for my future needs.

Sammi was very professional and gave me a great deal on my 3 year old Civic. He went out of his way to get the paperwork done correctly, etc. He only deals with salvaged vehicles, but this one only had cosmetic damage. FYI, I have a relative who taught high school auto mechanics, and the only cars he buys for himself are salvaged! So don't be afraid of salvaged cars...
