They sure are persistent and incredibly pushy. Three texts over the span of less than 3 hours asking if we thought their pricing quote on our house was to low. Really gives off pushy sales man vibes. From Andy: 1. 830am- what did you think about the price we quoted? To high? To low? Just right? 2. 8:45am- Im excited to hear from you?? (Yes he did question mark his own statement) 3. 10:30am- Normally when I don't hear from someone its because they think my offer was to low. Did you think it was to low? ME: The reason I haven't texted you back is because its 10:30am and I haven't even had my coffee yet. Three texts in the span of two hours is a bit much. I'm good, I will find someone else. There is zero reason to be this pushy and quite frankly placing blame on the customer for not responding right away. I am looking for someone to represent me, not high pressure sales me or any possible buyers of my home.

Jordan, Paris and Sierra of were excellent in helping me get my house sold. From contact to listing was about one week, and their efforts of getting the house visible helped get an offer within 3 weeks. Jordan was dead on the estimate for house value and time frame of when we would get an offer. I just finished selling my mom’s house with Andy Wilcox of Matin Real Estate. It went as smooth as it possibly could. I live out of state and originally chose Andy/Matin for their concierge approach to this home sell. Smoke detectors needed replacement??? ‘No problem,we’ll take care of it’ was Andy’s response.
