No matter which city I visit in South Africa, I'll always make sure to check Matrix warehouse for computer parts, accessories and cabling requirements. I've received excellent service from Woodmead, JHB... Springfield, DBN... and Musgrave, DBN thus far. They had cables and accessories which other so-called "Tech stores" didn't even know existed such as Displayport converters/cables and MHL cables. Need something that they don't stock in-store? They'll find it, quote you and order it for delivery within a week. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service . Went in to return a pc mouse. Renton and TJ refused to accept the return , saying the manager bianca is not in,only she is allowed to authorize a credit . I must come back another day . Went back again 2 days later , manager was not in again . But this another helpful salesperson credited me .Time and petrol is of utmost value. Therefore I will not be supporting Matrix Anymore .

You can't open because the weather is bad... That's what your employee tells me whilst locking the door. Needed a simple WiFi dongle. He tells me that he can't open the system if they're closed. No worries. Took my business elsewhere. Don't tell me you can't open when you're in the store. If I made it there so can you

The multi led sign outside was more technical than the bumbling and socially awkward assistants. Microscopic product selection and a lot of cheap import products sold at elevated prices If computer mania was in KZN I would have easily gone to them but it seems you strapped for choice. Wouldn't return

Service was good but they don't tell you that the technical side is closed for the day. I was just lucky as I wanted to leave the technician just walked into the shop as he was on a call out and was not answering his phone. Otherwise all went well. Was given good advice too.

Poor experience. Price increased by over R200 in the half an hour I took to get there. Botched a straightforward task and so it took much longer than expected. They were unrepentant. I will avoid this bunch in future. I would recommend the Springfield branch.

Big shout out to Eugene for following up with me as he said he would. Nowdays when people say that they will call you back they usually don't. Big up to Eugene, Sbu, Charlie and Pat, you guys rock. Keep up the good work. Go Matrix Bluff.

Dont make a mistake and buy built up computers from here all hardware used are cheap entry level but they charge u expensive prices and the computer only lasts about 15 months till those cheap hardware gives up

Unfortunately matrix has gone in support and available stock and up in prices. A once affordable and pleasure to to shop at company has sadly taken a fall. Maybe when Covid has gone they will be back to normal

The prices displayed on the website is not what you pay in-store; and the website has no disclaimer stating that prices are more expensive in-store. This is an unethical business practice.

Received such wonderful service from the technicians in store. They helped to diagnose and repair my laptop after the Hp technicians said there wasn’t anything that could be done.

Took my PC in for repairs: 1. Poor customer service. 2. Lack of technical knowledge. 3. No communication. I would rather go to the Springfield branch or use a competitor.

Knowledgeable staff. I was attended to in a timely manner. Technological mumbo-jumbo was explained to me in layman's language, this made it easy for me to understand.

Staff are helpfull and clearly very competent and friendly. They build a pc for me within 24 hours and it work without any issues. I am a very satisfied customer.

This place has a good variety and I think it's underrated because it's smaller and a bit hidden away. Locals should support it better. Prices are good.
