We went through all of the inventory on the floor and our salesperson, Spencer, had the most patience and even more experience. When we asked any question, there was data at his fingertips to answer all of our questions. Plus, he was a customer, not only an employee, and told us about his personal experience with several models as he upgraded through the years. There's also a 100 day exchange policy without penalty, which allows for a buffer for your buying decision. They only stock the highest quality. We had multiple beds in a box, and although they were very good over the years, what Mattress FIRM sells is much higher in quality.

My boyfriend and I came in a couple days ago, ultimately just to get an idea of what we wanted. Larry assisted us promptly and had a totally welcoming, playful and comfortable demeanor. All while maintaining professionalism. He was genuine in suggesting a couple options, and ultimately the best fit for us according to our needs. We went home with a beautiful, brand new bed and an adjustable bed frame! Spencer helped cash us out, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. We knew what we wanted from doing our own research and the sales associate Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Experience was very easy. Just one reason why I wouldn’t rate 5star….the online deal was $200 less than the deal that we were given in store. When I showed Michael the price listed on MATTRESS FIRMS actual website he couldn’t/wouldn’t match it and said he couldn’t offer that discount. If we weren’t strapped for time and already planned to purchase and take home a mattress that day we would have waited and purchased through the online offered price for $200 less.

We came in planning to check out several stores and expecting to be pushed into something we didn't necessarily want. Larry had promised us that they would the only if not the last mattress store we would go to and he was absolutely right. Larry was extremely helpful and personable and didn't push anything at all. He showed us all the great options and let us decide what was right for us; and got us a great deal! Didn't even go to another store. If you are in the area and looking for a mattress, stop by and ask for Larry. Mattress shopping here was an amazing experience!

I am so tired of looking at ads for mattresses so I decided to go to my closet Mattress Firm store and was greeted by Whitney, the manager, who finally answered all my questions about what I wanted that I could never get from the internet. She took the time to explain what would work best with my failing body due to chronic arthritis. I walked out of the store feeling like it was Christmas in August after buying my new bed! Thank you, Mattress Firm for having the best help as your store Manager. I will recommend this place.

We had a great experience with Larry! We came in at opening and there were no other people in the store. Larry was able to answer all our questions and work with us to get the perfect mattress! It was delivered the same day and so far we are loving it! We did not feel pressured in any way to buy from him and even checked out other stores in the area. After not finding the same mattress, and not given the same attention at other stores, we came back to Larry for our purchase. I would recommend this place to anyone!

When I came in one of the sales persons helped me right away. Jenner was able to sign me up what I believed was a payment plan to pay my bed in a year, but when I called progressive leasing. They told me I would be financing the bed on top of that paying another 1,700. I called mattress firm and told them I longer wanted the bed, because I was told something different. They got the bed back, but now I’m left without out a bed and having to called progressive to stop the payments.

My son’s mattress was on its last leg. Mattress Firm was my first call. Spencer and Team guided me to a high quality mattress that was on sale, making it within budget. We chatted on text. Went in to doublecheck the mattress quality and were very happy. Bought it on the spot. Transaction was frictionless and everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. Very happy with overall experience. Both of us are delighted to have such a great mattress for a workable price!

Larry was awesome. Extremely personable and helped us find the right mattress. We had previously bought a different one and went in to take advantage of their exchange program. Larry made sure we left with the mattress we wanted rather than talk us into a higher priced mattress. Made the price right and his relaxed personality made it a very comfortable and relaxed experience. If you want a no hassle experience look for the wizard in the crazy jacket.

This is hands down the best place for mattress shopping. We were looking for a bed frame and did some comparison shopping before coming here. I’m not sure why considering we’ve purchased mattresses here in the past and their prices are always lower than the competitors. Special shout-out to Whitney who is a patient, knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson who has helped us every time we’ve shopped there. Her customer service is top notch.

I was nervous about going into the store at first. But when I got there, I was greeted by a very nice man, Michael. He was informed, honest, easy-going, no pressure and allowed me to make the best decision possible for me. He spent time with me, and insisted that I lay on the mattresses which I was reluctant to do! But that made all the difference. I wouldn’t have been able to pick the right mattress without spending that kind of time.

I was referred to Mattress Firm by a friend who'd made a previous purchase so, I asked if he'd go with me. We received immediate attention as soon as we walked through the doors. I told him (David) what I wanted and that's what he sold me. No trying to upsale nor get me to purchase more than I came for. Larry, the Store Manager, was amazing!! I am a single mother on a tight budget, but I absolutely needed a new mattress. I have been sleeping horribly for years because I haven’t had the money. Larry made magic happen for me. I never thought I would be able to afford a new mattress again, but he helped make it happen. He was so friendly, very down to Earth and I would highly recommend him to friends and family at this store.

We honestly had the best experience at this location. Larry was awesome, very personable, and knew exactly how to lead us in the right direction. Probably the best “sales” experience I’ve ever had. Hands down. He was able to get our mattress delivered 30 minutes after we left the store and gave us a great deal. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Joseph was very easy to work with and made our shopping experience so easy. There was a small issue that we needed to return to the store for and we met by Joseph again. He again was very professional and was able to resolve our little issue. We did owe a little money, which was perfectly fair, but to have this resolved so easily was great. To top it off we love our new mattress and box spring. Happy customer.

Larry, my sales guy, seemed more straightforward than the people at the previous two mattress stores I visited that day. It is hard to know if my purchase was a good deal but it at least seemed like a slightly better experience than other places. The whole process seems shrouded in mystery in regard to whether you’re getting a decent product at a fair price.
