Tiffany was incredibly helpful and understanding with my wife and I, We came in one day just to look around and decide on what bed we wanted. When we decided what we wanted we told her that we would come back to buy it (we were still waiting on our refund from another mattress store) and she was very understanding. Upon returning we found that Mattress Firm was running an online sale for the bed that we wanted so we asked if it was in store; she told us that it wasn't but that she would match the price of the online sale. On top of that she also gave us a mattress protector for 50% off and shipped anything that we could fit into my car to the store instead of our house. Overall she saved us about $400 and a lot of headaches. I will definitely be coming back here for any future bedding needs.

Matt and Kevin greeted me upon entering the store. Matt approached and asked me what I was looking for and after explaining, he took down notes, showed and allowed me to try out a few mattresses, broke down price options for me and the entire time was not “pushy”. I told him I would return later in the day after discussing options with the family and at this point he could have believed me or not but was respectful and informed me what time he would be at the store if I decided to return. I did, Kevin greeted me, called Matt for me and he answered a few more questions for my wife and I, and we completed our transaction. Matt stayed after closing time and we appreciated that as well.

My husband and I went in looking for a mattress that fit both of our very different needs. We shopped around at multiple stores looking for the best price and mattress. We stopped at Mattress Firm on Potranco West and was instantly greeted. Our sales rep, Justin, listened to our every need and helped match us with the perfect mattress! Justin was very professional and extremely patient. Justin went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We are already recommending him to all of our family and friends and will continue to do so! Best sales rep EVER!

My husband and I were just looking around and we were a little lost. Thankfully Justin did a great job showing us around and finding out our dream mattress. We weren't even planning on getting a mattress that day. He got it shipped to us just a day or two. Absolutely stellar service and the best bed I've ever laid in. I never thought I'd want an adjustable base but it's perfect for movie nights and gaming or reading without having to tuck a million pillows behind my back. Worth every penny!

Tiffany was great! She was patient and explained everything, she also was able to pick the first bed for us. We spent an hour tossing up between 2 beds and had the ability to pick the one just for us with her sleep expert skills. She was very relatable with personal experience as while still keeping it professional. She greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile as well as a warming goodbye. First time mattress buying and it was actually an enjoyable experience! Joe and Tiffany were both incredibly helpful in helping us to get a mattress/adjustable base to suit both our comfort and price range. Highly recommend this store!! Mathew helped us with our mattress purchase and was super friendly and knowledgeable about each mattress. One thing that both my husband and I loved and appreciated about our experience today was that Mathew wasn't trying to just sale a product but he tried explaining each product so we can fulfill our needs. He was able to meet our need within our budget to help us purchase a mattress that fit the best.

The experience was smooth and quick. The associate even went the extra mile and save the store from an invading scorpion!! Snatched it up with a pair of pliers and sprung into action, evading and defending the store from the incredible beast. When the battle seem to never end, the associate Justin mange to swing the open pliers and snatch him up and dispose of it humanly. Oh and the mattress we purchase was good too.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking to replace my 16 yr old mattress and the two lady associates were very helpful in explaining the different matttess options and guidance based on my personal needs. I didn't feel rushed and allowed to take my time. I would recommend checking online prices before purchasing in store. Delivery for Gold was $75 online vs in store $100 for same mattress set.

I went to look for a mattress for my dad who has Parkinson’s and severe arthritis. My dad went with me and gets around slowly with his walker. Justin was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, professional and so compassionate during our visit. He’s the best sales rep in all our experience anywhere! I’ll buy all my mattresses from him and will refer him to family and friends every chance I get!

Karin (with an I) was very helpful. She answered every question we had without hesitation. I shopped at other mattress stores before heading to Mattress Firm and I did not get even half the help I got from Karin.
