I dont really leave reviews much but I had such a pleasant experience, leaving this reviews was a must. Jamica Sherman was such an amazing saleswoman. She never rushed me. I shopped several other stores where people felt pushy, even gave off the vibe as if they didnt believe I was someone who may have even had the money to afford what I was shopping for. The store itself was had a nice and comfortable lay out. Pillows were clean but it was ultimately the help I received from such a kind and if I may add, beautiful sales person. Her attitude was just amazing, she sold the mattress with her expert knowledge and such an awesome personality. I wish every store I visited had a Jamica Sherman. Hello, My wife and I purchased an adjustable Tempur-Pedic bed from Brandon at "Mattress Firm" March 18th, 2022. Brandon was very personable and friendly. He explained everything in detail about the type of bed we were interested in and is obviously was very adept and knowlegeable of the product line. I would definitely look forward to doing business with Matress Firm in the future thanks to Brandon. Here's a real good simple way to know alot about a salesperson: As I walked in the store, I was saying to my wife, we aren't buying today, just learning about these adjustable beds, thats all.. Because Brandon told us everything we ever wanted to know and liked him personally, we left an hour later with an $8300 adjustable bed! You can thank him for that sale.......period!!

We figured out which bed we wanted and he made sure we got the best value for the price and worked to keep us in our budget. This was a great experience! The River City location has great customer service! Odell Killebrew was phenomenal. He was more than knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. He was there every time we had questions or we needed his advice! We had a great experience here. They helped us find the exact bed we were looking for. Another mattress store wanted almost $10,000 for the same set. We literally paid almost 40-50% less and got some extra things (pillows, sheets etc). It was no pressure and we were able to try several brands. Also, if you are a veteran, active duty etc.. definitely go here! Togo was our sleep expert and he was very knowledgeable and kind. I’m sure the others are great, but seriously.. ask for him! We made the mistake of bringing our child with us BEFORE lunch and he helped us not spend hours shopping.

Had a great experience. A young man by the name of Brandon helped me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and the different types. My husband and I both have severe back problems and he was able to show us the different mattresses that was geared towards back problems. He showed us everything from high end to the lower priced . This impressed us because he did not try to just sell a mattress he was truly selling a mattress to us. Have done business at this store before and have always been very pleased but this time it was a step above .

I recently purchased a mattress and box springs at another Mattress Firm and also bought a body pillow. I was down here in Florida and saw the River City store. I went in and told Togo and Demetrios what I was looking for and they immediately said we have what you’re looking for!! I ask if I could get two and there was no problem. They both were engaging and wanted to know what else they could do. It’s really great to meet individuals who apparently like their job and want to provide a great service to the customer. Would definitely come back!

So I cam in about 3 days before this review. Odell was kind and knowledgeable of what can work for certain types of sleepers. Even after him explaining what could work, I threw in extra information and he still followed up with what helped. He also saved me over $900 on a mattress/base set!! I wasn't expecting that and to even leave with a mattress, but as soon as he did that, I was emotional! I didn't have much to pay for it, but I was set up with payments within my budget. I'm so glad I came into the store! Totally recommended it!

Togo was very patient and friendly. It seems obvious that they push scripted speeches on their salespeople but it's really not necessary to make a sale and detracts from the experience. Most people would appreciate good conversation and a good listener much more. Togo was a great listener and did not pressure me towards any particular mattress. I found a lower price on their website the day I bought the mattress and they did a price match with no hassle. I will return here when it is time to replace another mattress.

Had a great experience shopping for our mattress today. We spoke to Togo prior to coming in and informed him of our price point. Once we got there he already had everything picked out that was in our price range and helped us find the perfect mattress.There was no pressure to buy anything and he didn’t try to upsell us.. which we really appreciated. Went in to try the purple matress. Had no intention of buying that day (was gonna buy direct from purple). Sales lady, Ellie, was so extremely helpful, never pushy, and super informative. the price was the same online, but had better options for additional stuff, we ended up buying the mattress that day and it arrived the next, so much quicker than had we ordered online. So thankful for the help we received. And Ty was great loading it into the van, and very courteous.

Went in to find comfortable pillows for my wife and I. Not only was I met with proper health safety guidelines but a smile as well(obviously couldn't see the smile but trust it was there). Toghral(the employee who assisted us) was knowledgeable, professional, and helped us find pillows that provided such a great night's sleep that I actually reached REM. Had a great experience here, store manager Elly was working and she was super friendly and helpful. She explained how the different displays were marked and left us to explore and test on our own (which is my preferred way to shop). When we picked one finally, we had multiple delivery days to choose from. Delivery came when it was supposed to, and they were in and out quickly. Great experience, highly recommend.

Beds are extremely expensive now a day, but hey if you’re cheap good luck getting sleep. I recently purchased a sealy hybrid split king mattress and adjustable base.
