Fantastic experience today! We have brought our cars in for various services and always had a great experience. Today I had an emergency tire situation heading into a family weekend where we needed the car. They were able to take us in on short notice and fix it up quickly. Another day of friendly service and a great experience.

They were able to get me in right away for a dead battery where other places either didn’t return my calls or pick up the phone and the dealer said it would take a week for them to get to it. They got me in and serviced the vehicle in a day, the time they said it would take. Great service and will use them again!!

I ordered 4 new tires from the Goodyear website and was sent to this location to have them changed. They did a great job and then unfortunately a couple months later a nail was in one of my rear tires. I went and they fixed it quickly and did not get charged extra. I am very happy with the service I got here.

Completely ruined my wheel and charged over $150 for bending my tire, scratching my rim, left me with one less lug-nut and my alignment completely off (my whole car is shaking now). They did not tell me the price before charging my credit card a total of $955. Do not go here, they are EXTREMELY unethical.

Be aware that any appointment you make is meaningless. I arrived for a noon appointment (made several days in advance) and was told I would have to leave my car because they had trouble getting a flat off a car earlier in the day and could not possibly change my tires that day.

I am visiting Charlotte from out of town and got a nail in my tire. The staff fit me in quickly and because they knew I had a long drive they went above and beyond to make sure I had a new tire, even though it’s almost closing time. Holly and the rest of the staff are amazing!!
