I recently had my car serviced at Mawson Lakes Mazda, and I must express my extreme disappointment with the quality of service I received. Having been a loyal customer of Paradise Mazda in the past, I decided to switch to Mawson Lakes Mazda after relocating to the area. However, my experience has left me questioning that decision. Firstly, upon picking up my car, the service advisor informed me that I needed to replace my belts, belt tensioner, and engine mount. To my surprise, these recommendations were merely copied from the previous service report without any actual inspection of the parts. I had already replaced these components with genuine parts from a third party, raising concerns about the credibility of their recommendations. Even more concerning is the fact that my engine mount nuts were found to be loose, and yet, the service team failed to mention this issue, simply returning the car to me in this condition. This negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality of their work. Furthermore, during the service, it appears that my roof-mounted radio antenna was removed and carelessly left under one of my car mats. This lack of attention to detail is simply inexcusable and has left me feeling disconnected from the level of professionalism I expect from a Mazda dealership. I regret to say that my experience at Mawson Lakes Mazda has been nothing short of disappointing. It feels like I have been charged for services that were not properly carried out, and the overall lack of care and attention to detail is deeply disheartening. I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this dealership for any future servicing needs, and I will be sure to share my experience with others to prevent them from facing similar frustrations.

Mazda Mawson Lakes team is truly fantastic! My husband and myself bought a CX-5 2023 recently & their service was Great, very thorough and well explained. Rafael Prokopowicz was our sales consultant. Rafael is very friendly and a great consultant! He was great at explaining and answering all our questions. After our driving test we fell in love with the vehicle and Kalani Ipalawatta guided us through the total amount and etc.. Kalani is also our close friend helped us to get an idea of our monthly payments and helped through all the paperwork. She is very professional and friendly. Mazda team made sure that they provided an amazing customer service. Friendly team, also had a coffee and snack station for the clients. Initially we ordered a Black CX-5 which was already on the way to Australia, and we were given in between 1st December to mid December to receive the vehicle. Although we received a email saying that, our vehicle will be a-bit late (end of January) to be delivered to the Mawson Lakes branch. As we were quite in hurry, we spoke with Rafael and explained our situation. He was very understanding and made sure that we received a brand new vehicle in another colour as we agreed to be, delivered on the 13th December! Rafael and Kalani were much helpful and we were super happy about their service provided to us! Vehicle hand over was so memorable and unforgettable day for us. My husband & myself was super excited to join the Mazda family! Rafael took extra time and gave us a great explanation about everything in the vehicle. Asked us to call or message or drop in anytime to talk about any questions or if theres any issues. Loved Kalani’s and Rafaels service! Thankyouu again so much to both of you ✨

Probably the worst car salesman experience I’ve had through a dealership. Tried to settle on a price for a demo BT-50 which happened initially. They messed up my first contract so had to redo it again. However, they didn’t even include stamp duty in the 2nd contract and also changed all the prices of all the extra bells and whistles for the car too. As a customer, you don’t want to see a completely new contract all of a sudden, so when pointed out to the salesman (Rafael) he changed it again for the 3rd contract. But once again, prices of everything got changed for a second time just with stamp duty included. So when I confronted the salesman with all 3 contracts in front of me and offered my price for the car with all the lowest prices from the 3 contracts (Mind you it was only a $2000 difference). I was told that I was not normal as a person and that I had change as a person since the first time we met. So after we argued about why I shouldn’t be getting ripped off, he told me I can have my deposit back. ($500) However it doesn’t end there. We agreed initially to get premium plates for the car ($220) but because I never signed an actual legitimate contract I shouldn’t have to pay for them. Not according to this salesman, no, he tried to get me to still pay for the plates out of my deposit even though I never signed and actual legitimate contract. Rafael was his name - stay away from him. Hopefully no one else has to experience what I did! Pretty piss poor effort, not professional at all. I will give credit to the young lady after who helped get my $500 refunded. She understood where I was coming from and was also not impressed with the salesman.

I went into Mawson Lakes Mazda to service my car, which was booked in at 11:00am. I brought my car in for service around 10am, hoping that it will be ready by 2 pm for school pick-up. I came back at 2 pm and was advised my car has been serviced and was in the car wash. I waited for 20 minutes, and my car wasn't ready; I requested my car to be returned as I had to pick up my kids from school across the city. My car wasn't washed and cleaned, and I doubt it was properly serviced, which cost me over $800. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and the level of customer service I received. I was late picking up my kids from school. I had the same unpleasant experience with Rafael when I bought my CX9. At some time during the procurement process, he was disrespectful and insensitive but had to go through with the purchase because I had already started the process. However, when my wife was about to purchase her CX30, we went into Mawson Lakes Mazda and let Rafael know she was interested in buying a CX30. We subsequently decided to go to City Mazda to make her purchase because of the bad experience I previously had with Rafael. He lost over $30k in sales because of bad customer service. Rafael sees me when I go into Mawson Lakes Mazda to service my car and doesn’t have the courtesy or decency to even greet me as a customer after purchasing a $55k car from him. Mawson Lakes Mazda needs to treat its customers with some level of respect and exercise some degree of consideration when dealing with all customers.

Service booked and loan car provided not a Mazda loan car not much care provided by advisor. Advised the advisor clock has never kept correct time on media unit, and we have had the vehicle checked twice and service techs cant find the problem, adviser changes the time in settings and said they will look at it again. Service complete on return for pick up we discussed the clock again that nobody can find fault with staff seem to think I am making it up by display of body language when I provided photo evidence they did check it again. When the adviser came back to tell me the clock had been fixed which was a service tech error I was advised that a window had been left down in my car and it had been raining most of the day and they needed to keep my car to repair the water damage. provided a loan car with little petrol. Monday came around I called and asked about the water damage and if the window panel where all the electric buttons are for window control etc had been checked - oh that never happens. I had to call the service department 4 times to get a pick time for my car then I received a text message. Your customer service for follow up and care is really poor. Very dissapointed. Won't return to this dealership for service or purchase.

I had my CX8 serviced at Mawson Lakes Mazda sometime last month and I am happy to share my experience with the quality of service I received, this was my first visit at this dealership & got a 20000km service done, was offered a discount for selecting them to get my car serviced & was also offered a loan car, that makes it so much easier to reach work on time, isn't it......... I raised only 1 concern, the seat trim fabric was coming apart due to premature wear, Holly was too kind to take a note of the same & informed me about the findings that she has taken the photographs of the concern & will take the matter up with the warranty team & submit it for approval, after couple of weeks I received a call from her, confirming that the warranty claim has been approved the parts have arrived, I was rebooked & was offered a loan car again, they not only fixed my concern, they also gave my car a complimentary wash & vacuum. Amazing service, fabulous amenities and super friendly staff, I was welcomed by each & every service staff. Highly recommend them, they really know what they are doing...... keep it up team service & thanks a lot once again Holly for your effort.

I was made to wait more than 45 minutes to pick up some factory accessories, even after organising them beforehand over the phone. Upon arrival, I approached the staff behind the counter regarding my pickup, they said someone would bring them right over from the service department, and they'd come and get me. 10 minutes later I asked what was taking so long, someone made a quick call, said they would be right over, then went back to what they were doing. Another 15 minutes passed and I went through the exact same thing again. The fact they left me sitting there for what felt like a bare minimum of 45 minutes, with two different staff aware of what I was waiting for- terrible. Only by luck one of the service/parts staff walked in and recognised I'd been sitting there for so long and helped me within a few minutes. He asked how long I'd waited and he apologized and dropped $10 off the price after I told him, which I appreciate... But if he didn't notice me I'm pretty sure I'd still be there today waiting. Pretty disappointing overall. Would be one star if it were not for that fella from the service department.

I had been looking for a new car for over a year. I was initially wanting to wait until stock supply increased, but after seeing the effects of covid-19 on the economy, I decided to purchase right now. I have been to many other car dealers and my experience with Mawson Lakes Mazda was by far more pleasant than all the others. I went in on a Saturday which was a busy day, and was greeted by a staff member immediately and kindly offered a beverage. I then got shown the cars I was interested in, followed by a detailed explanation of their features and then a test drive. All my questions were answered, and I never felt I was being pushed into anything by their sales team. Later that afternoon I signed for a new Mazda CX-30 which would be available after a short 2 month wait. I highly recommend going to Mawson Lakes Mazda. And I would like to make a special thank you to Sing, Kevin and Alana. You have given me the best car buying experience I could ask for and I thank you all. I only wish I could purchase more cars so I could come back and deal with you again. Thanks again and see you at service time.

Detailed review.... From the beginning i walked in store, i was greeted by reception and offer seat and drinks.. Immediately i was assisted by their sales team.I had already made by mind to buy Mazda 3, still they explained features and comparison with other cars and shown me their demo cars... I was offered test drive and their after been assisted by finance to provide best deals for me. They are bit busy as i saw a lot of customer walkin , but still they managed to give excellent service. I was given a date of one week as the color which i choose was not available in stock. Still i got my preferred color of car with in week. Isn't that amazing. From start to last i love the journey of buying the car. And at at last i got a quick info of services, maintenance etc for new car. Oh i forgot i also got a cookies hamper. I am pretty much sure my after sales experience will gonna to be same as now. The only dealership which provide loan car for service. . . .. . . . I have a lot more to write, will update after my first service.

Having bought cars at both at Mazda Paradise and Mawson lakes, we highly recommend Mawson lakes showroom to anyone who is intending to purchase their Mazdas. Every single staff is well trained (from front office to sales and even finance) to make their customers experience a memorable one. We we greeted and welcomed by the front office and made us feel home and showed us some cars within our budget and then introduced to Natalie who was our sales personnel. They offered us snacks and drinks and made our visit a special one. Natalie was very knowledgeable about the car and her customer service skills were exceptional. She was great at responding to our queries and she sat next to me and ensured that all the settings are in place and took me through all the technical features. We are so glad that we picked Mawson lakes Mazda to purchase our car! Thank you Team:)

We were looking to buy another car and decided to look at the Mazda range. A friend had bought a Mazda CX5 from Mawson Lakes Mazda and was very happy with Kristen who sold him the car so I arranged an appointment with her to take a Mazda 6 for a test drive. We were not going to buy at that stage but Kristen gave us such a good deal we decided to sign up on the spot. We were to pick the car up the following week. She was waiting for us when we got there and spent the best part of the afternoon going through all the tech stuff with us. We have bought a number of new cars over the years but Kristen runs rings around all the other sales people we have ever dealt with. She was friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. We dealt with two other young ladies to finalize the purchase and they were also delightful. 10 stars for Kristen and Mawson Lakes Mazda

Had my 12 mth old Mazda CX30 serviced in October 10,000 klm although I only had 7500klm on the clock. I told them that my tyres on the front were feathering out, and would you check the alignment as well please. I also mentioned that I hadn't hit any kerbs or potholes, and the vehicle was riding rather bumpy. When they handed my keys back I was told the alignment was fine and they would monitor it on the next service 12 mths away. Ok well the tyres continued to rub so yesterday I took my car too Bridgestone select at Golden Grove who found the alignment was indeed well out. They rotated the tyres rebalanced and realigned for me My Question is why didn't you do that Mawson lakes Mazda? And saved extra unnecessary wear on my new car tyres? After all I had spent all that money with you buying the car. Your free coffees don't make up for things like that.

I purchased my car from Mawson lakes Mazda this week and had the most amazing customer service experience with the entire team they are extremely friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable in every aspect of car sales. I felt that I got the best value for money overall with my car and finance. I would like to make a very special mention to Mr. Singh who manages the team, Samuel our car sales consultant who was the best and very knowledgeable, Alana who did my finance and made sure we had the best finance deal that suited my needs and Olivia for looking after my rego and additional requirements. Overall they all went above and beyond to make my experience one to remember and I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family. Brilliant service experience from start to finish. I needed somewhere convenient to get my wife's care serviced and I had heard good things about this site. Booking the service on the phone with Georgie - Easy and pleasant Being guided to a park by a very excited high-vis wearing gentleman in the morning - Entertaining Dropping the keys off and picking up a loan car with Mitchell (Who I believe is quite new at the site) - Straightforward and swift. Picking up my wife's clean, serviced car with Frank - Very informative and super simple. To top it all off, a lovely lady at the reception desk gave me a Villi's pie for the trip home, and the coffee in the morning was decent too! I know where i'm recommending everyone get their car serviced from now on, absolutely outstanding effort all-round from your team. I'd give you 6/5 if I could.

UPDATE: Had a reply to my review from the business ages ago saying they were looking into this. As of 6/03/23 I haven't received any contact or further explaination. Looks as if the reply was for show rather than genuine attempt to address a customes concern. Purchased a car online ( August 2022) without being able to inspect. Purchase process was smooth and transport was arranged to Sydney and that all went smoothly. However, the sales invoice and advertisement quoted the km on the car but when it arrived it had a over 2000km more on the clock. When I sent an email to seek an explanation I received no response and I'm still waiting more than a month later. I get a few km difference but 2000km seems a bit off. This bit took away some of the shine from what was otherwise a pretty good experience.

Undoubtedly the best Mazda people in Adelaide! And Sales Consultant Kevin Fan was just fantastic! From the day we first met Kevin, he was very helpful and informative. He was patient and caring too and gave us a detailed description of the cars and excellent advice and the best price that helped us decide. Compared to other Mazda showrooms and sales consultants we have visited, Mawson Lakes was the friendliest and on top of Kevin's hospitality added their customer service is just outstanding! Kevin was very cooperative and understood our financial situations and helped us accordingly. We bought a Mazda CX-8, and we would surely go back for our next car in the future. I would 100% recommend Mawson Lakes Mazda and particularly Kevin as your sales consultant.

Today I picked up my new Mazda 3 from Mawson Lakes Mazda which I ordered in 2022 but due to Covid delays, I had to wait like everyone else. The Sales Consultant Rafael was in touch every step of the way and his customer service was the best I have experienced from all car dealerships I have ever dealt with. He was extremely helpful when giving me the run down on all the hi-tech features of the car which is far superior to my 10yo Nissan Pulsar and Rafael was extremely patient answering all mine and my partners questions to our satisfaction ensuring we understood all the gadgets. Appalling service I was stuffed around by the get go. Had to wait a week for a part from Vic then had to chase them to find my car wasn't even booked in. Finally booked my car in for a 1 hour job a week later I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed they are waiting on a part from Adelaide been waiting for that for 3 days. Communication is the worst I was told Friday my car was done go pick it up the part still hadn't arrived. They are trying to charge me 3hrs labour for a job that is an hour 2 tops. This is just a joke for a Mazda dealership I'll never take my Mazda back there. The only good thing I can say is the lady that booked me in was very nice and apologizing for everyone else's stuff ups. I don't recommend anyone use Mawson lakes Mazda

My mother purchased a new Mazda CX-30 from this dealer last week… She dealt through Rafael Prokopowicz who navigated a challenge where the ordered vehicle was damaged in transit… He was able to source another to align for a specific delivery date. The delivery date was also Rafael’s day-off, however he arranged to meet myself and my mother to engage in the handover during this time, most appreciated. His patience in explaining the features of the vehicle to my mother was commendable. The dealership is very welcoming, has a great cafe within that helps in the atmosphere and engagement of clients and salespersons. The whole experience once gotten through the challenge of finding a vehicle was first-class.

Took my car here for it's service. The staff were very friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. The showroom is very spacious and comfortable and I noticed many customers enjoying the complimentary coffee while they waited. I was offered a vehicle while mine was in for its service but all were already out. One of the staff handed over the keys to her own car to let me use! I can't believe how they all went above and beyond to help me out. When I went back to collect my car, there were no surprises in the price and my car had been washed and cleaned inside and out. Thank you Mazda, for a wonderful experience, I will book back in with you for my next service.

Went to Mazda to have a car serviced and looked over by Mazda. The car was used and not purchased from Mawson lakes Mazda. The service centre went over the car looking for problems. The mechanics really must love their job. Problems were found and a full report was printed out and everything was explained with costs. The service is excellent the mechanics are fantastic and they are the people you never get to meet. It's the Mechanics that keep you safe and your car running. Not someone in sales... Update the team at Mawson lakes have been really helpful in trying to get my problematic car fixed. Always keeping you updated. I wouldn't trust no one else with my car.

Not too long ago we had a bad experience with another Mazda dealership, so we were a little skeptical with the brand as a whole. But dealing with Raf was extremely easy right from the first call, he worked with us really well to get us into a new car at the earliest. He followed up through out the 2-week wait and the delivery and after sales experience was also great. Alana the finance manager was also very helpful to us during the buying process. Our overall experience at the dealership was amazing and having visited and test driven from around 8-10 brands/dealerships in the past year so, I am glad that we could buy from where we had the best experience.

Jayden from Mawson lake Mazda has provided me such great customer service, and I did not once feel like I was in a trouble(my job is totally depends on my car)because of my brokedown car, I felt the staff was with me in my bad time, understood my needs and give me a loan car so I can do my job and provided me all the information about my car when ever i required prior and after my car get fixed My overall experience is that I felt like at Mawson lake Mazda It is like a family where everyone is looking after you, and if I ever needed anything they were easily contactable. The experience at Mawson Lakes Mazda is amazing. The general feeling of the place when you first walk in is by far superior to any other dealership I went to while looking for a new car, as is the customer service from everyone working there. I was almost ready to forget about my new car dreams until I walked into Mawson Lakes Mazda and met Raf. Raf was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made buying my first new car a joyful and cruisy experience. Ashley is a star she assisted me in everything else I needed and nothing was too much. I am very disappointed with the car servicing which happened today. This is first time I was in the Mawson lakes Mazda and would never come back again. The pricing for the batteries of the car key, this was never charged in the paradise Mazda. My basic problem is the the servicing people did not even care to update the log book. I drove back from my home just to get the the log book updated. There are many other servicing issues that I faced, but no point of speaking about them right now. Even though Paradise Mazda is little far away from my house right now, I prefer to go there next time rather than visiting this Mawson lakes branch.

I recently bought a vehicle from Mazda Mawson lakes. I was very surprised by the incredible customer service and the hospitality from them. They had a very welcoming environment and were very helpful throughout our entire visit. Especially from Kalani and Kevin, who displayed outstanding customer service, which made them stand out from everyother dealership have been to. Not only were they helpful, from the start to end of our visit, they were friendly and informative, and told us everything about the vehicle. They also served us with coffee, and food while we waited. I was very pleased, and I highly recommend a visit here.

Very disappointed with the service from Mawson Lakes Mazda. My partner and I have purchased 4 cars from here. I took my latest car back here on Thursday for it's 30,000 kms service. They advertised free car hire, I wasn't offered this service at all. Free wash and vacuum, this was done by someone that obviously didn't care! I also paid over $600 for authentic Madza seat covers and I asked if they could fit them to my back seat, I offered to pay an additional cost, this was not done. They also told me that the service would take 90 mins, it took 3 hours. I was used to great service, never again guys! Very diappointed!

From the moment we walked into the showroom 'just to have a look' we could not believe how good the customer service was - from the offer of a coffee while we checked out the cars to the salesman who we did the deal with, our experience was first class all the way. My 19 year old daughter Caitlin picked up her new 2023 CX-3 on Monday 24th July. Of course she wanted her dad with her to help her as she didn’t know what do and I was worried about her being taken advantage of. Not long into the process my fears were put to rest. Found my experience here was very good. booking was straight forward doing it online and with ease. Welcome when pulling up and told were to park by a friendly guy then shown to the office to book in. Found the very big and clean which was good. Loan car was clean and new which was great. Picked up the vehicle and found it to be vacuum and washed which was great. The only reason i couldn't give this a five star is I found the service adviser i found a little dull and disinterested. Would much prefer to be served by the lady behind the counter whom seem full of life and more welcoming.

I had a recall on a seat part for my Mazda 3, 2009. The staff welcomed me for my service as if I were buying ten new cars. I was offered coffee / tea, a seat to go over the details, and a loan car until my service was completed. When I received the keys back - the team had completed a full clean of my car inside and out!! I was so grateful as It was something I had been needing to do but between running a business, moving homes, etc, I hadn’t had time. Those little gestures mean the world and I’m so grateful. When I’m ready for a new car I’ll definitely see the team at mawson lakes.

Just went in for a look and met a lovely lady called Kristen. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. Very much appreciated her taking the extra time with my hubby myself and son (his height play's a big part in my final decision). Highly recommend this lady if you're car shopping. Went back again today to test drive demo of car we're buying, all of the staff were running around like crazy, so busy, but every few minutes someone stopped to ask if we were taken care of. Kristen still took time out to look after us, so well pleased with this company and staff to date!

This is a great dealer, I have found myself with no dramas purchasing a car from them. They always been professional and friendly which I did expect as spending tenth of thousands of dollars here is worth a good service and they delivered. If there is anything they could improve is staff availability, their sales people are busy at all time, this can be a bit troublesome for customers who work full-time and don't have a choice but arriving at the last minute before the dealership closes. Lastly Mazda cars are well made, so I would recommend shopping from them.

Had amazing service from Eric at Mawson Lakes, he helped me buy my brand-new car. Eric was really friendly, and not pushy, which I liked. (I don't like pushy sales people) everyone at Mawson lake Mazda was actually really nice every time I went in. Out of all the car dealerships I went to, Mazda was the nicest and the bonus of having a friendly dog their Charlie! I also really enjoyed my charlesworth nuts I got as a treat for buying a car was a nice surprise, thank you. You also get to enjoy a nice coffee while you wait and also food if you like. Couldn’t have had a better experience dealing with every single team member especially Aiden. From being welcomed on day 1 to the minute I leave driving my new car. Aiden was welcoming, friendly, never over bearing and pushy and always happy to help and answer any queries I could think of. I went here searching for a family car after convincing me too pay $500 too hold a car and while pending finance when the lady Kalani and sales person Aiden convinced me that I would be approved have since refused too send me back my refund that was subject too finance as they believe their colleague already has when the number they’re providing for this refund isn’t even my bank card. I’m so disappointed. Do not go here they will scam you out of money especially with young children. You should be ashamed of yourself.

This is a lovely dealership.very modern and accommodative. Everything is there that the customer could want or need plenty of comfortable seating and not completely horrible coffee. There's an abundance of friendly staff to get the job done and weather you are buying a car or getting an old one serviced someone is getting on with the job. We crashed our car and had a significant problem with the insurance company and it was great to have the dealership on our side looking after our interests.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my car and everyone from the service desk to the mechanics have helped me along the way. After a bit of time waiting for a part from Japan, it was fitted in today. Frank and Michelle at the desk their customer service is A1, super friendly and anything is no problems. Frank even waited for me to pick my car up after 5:30pm. I have been waiting from more than 2 weeks to resolve wheel bearing noise issue in my brand new mazda 3 but they always come up with new excuses. " Jo " from service department is very rude employee. Dodgy and pushy sales practices. Advertise false prices to create interest in slow to move models then make out they're virtuous heroes for simply abiding by the law and honouring said price albeit with "on the spot" sales pressure. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

The service reception is a sh!@ fight. No organisation. Just staff running around that eventually get around to actually dropping off your car for a service. When I spoke to the service manager about the poor reception, he just gave excuses rather than take on advice.
