Had a bad experience just now!! I was very specific about my order, even repeated 3 times what I want. That I wanted plain Fish & Chips. Left my order to the grocery store. Didn’t check when I came back it was already wrapped. When I got home, my order was nothing like I ordered. My food is swimming in 3 different sauces which I’m allergic to, and being pregnant made it worse. The guy who served me fails to take any accountability. I asked that he covers my R52 Uber which this whole experience cost me, snd refused. On top of that, I haven’t gotten any apology, cause apparently I expressed how disappointed and dissatisfied I was.

The worst service delivery, the waiting periods are literally an hour, very under staffed. They only look at you while you're waiting to put orders through. This deserves a zero star, I have missed my appointment due to them being so delayed with everything

This is the crap the fish and chips shop next to shoprite at sophiatown sell to the public, i complained to the manager a month ago about the state of the chips and today i bought again to see if it was better. they overcook the chips and freeze it and reheat it in the oil . it also has a glass taste

No thank you, when you have to wait more than 30mins for a standard meal. Never again, I still say clear and honest communication is key in this business. If you run out of stock then please do not make your customers wait for nothing!!!
