This is an assisted/staffed car wash so if you have any issues during the staffed operating hours your sure to get the help you need There is multiple vacuum facilities available, 4 self serve wash bays and of course a drive through! Staff going the extra mile for their customers, they will even wash your wheels and brush down your vehicle if you wish before sending you through! Got a truck? Come wash it down here! They cater for large vehicles too. I had an issue with one of the self serve vacuums not working properly and the lovely staff moved me to the next bay and credited me the time I had paid for no worries. Steals money no refund given. I wash my car regularly early morning . there are no staff around at 7am. On 02/03/2023 - Bay 1. high water pressure didn't work I paid $5.20 on card. I have called the number on google and spoken to Lisa 3 times who said she left a message for the carwash. And the 4th time i caller i spoke with Fema who said Aaron the manager at reception will definitely call me back. Fema said they only keep notes for 7days and had no recollection of my previous calls. No one has ever called me? I then went midday to the carwash and spoke with the owner Anthony who advised he cant refund me because his cctv footage only records 2weeks...and said I should have come earlier. The owner Anthony said he didn't even know what number I was calling. He said he didn't receive any messages nor did he recognise any of the names that I mentioned from reception.... Maxishine there needs to be much better communication implemented.

First time I brought my dog hear for a clean was awesome 11mins for a good clean, came back the 2nd time and was disappointed that the water pressure had dropped dramatically. Please fix this as I enjoy bringing my dog hear for a good clean. Thank you so much for the reply. As I don't know how make a second review I thought I'd edit this one. The pressure has been fixed the last few times I've been since, thank you kindly. I would also like to add that since I've been back wow the upgrade you have done with this dog wash is awesome now has 2 dog wash machines and barrier'd off with nice green fake grass and now under cover. Such a amazing experience I had . Been coming her since last couple of months and always great service . Went last two days ago experienced commendable service. The whole setup is new and all the machines products are fantastic . And even the staff I think her name was Lucy , such a incredible worker you have . She welcomes with such a happy face and also explained me about new machines and everything. I am very impressed with service provided by her and new setup . 200% will be coming back again . The service was very nice, the owner offered free bottled water on a hot day which was such a nice touch. She even played nice music so that was a plus. The DIY services offer card transactions which is always great. Everything was clean, tidy and ready for use. I especially loved the fact that the bins weren't full or overflowing. This was an arvo as well so I was surprised. It shows the hard work and dedication put in to this place. I appreciate it and I'm sure many others do too.

Recommended close to home & firs time using the touchless service car wash is worth it just make sure you have cloth to dry other areas of the car, I had one little issue my product I bought didn't come out ,I was able to sort it out with the gentleman I spoke on the phone to either refund or collect the product ,I will collect my product. Can't be happier. Would be nice to have a sauage sizzle on some days of the week& weekend would attract some people

Everything about this DIY dog wash went well. The set up has been upgraded from the one time we previously visited. The artificial grass, the individual sections that accommodates 2 dogs , the safety locks and glass panels all work well for your dog wash experience. The music playing over the speakers was good, the place was clean and it was good to see the young employees cleaning up and taking care of the area.

We washed our two cars there today, very pleased with the customer service and the friendliness of the lady who was working tirelessly there today (so sorry I forgot your name) and showed a willingness to help. A strong suggestion would be to introduce compressed air to blow the engine bay electricals from the water and additives / solutions when engine degreasing, id be there all the time if thats the case!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Been coming here for years, and with the new owners taking over the new service they provide goes above and beyond! Truly amazing! Shout out to Leanne (sorry if I‘ve misspelled your name!) she made sure everyone in the facility was having a great time! Even went around giving out Lollies to all the patrons and their kiddies waiting in the car. Would 100% recommend!

Used the Lazer wash this morning and so pleased with the service. Had the pleasure of being served with Lucy, who made sure I was totally happy with the wash, nothing was a problem with her and she personally along with the other nice gentleman hand scrubbed some areas of the car that somehow the machine didn't get to. Will def. Be using this service again . Thank you Lucy!

Steals money, doesn't give credit and there is nobody around to fix it. Do not go here. Edit: This review was written while sitting in the car bay which had taken my money. A wander around the area revealed only two other patrons and no attendant. There is no number to call at location though there might be on the website. Selected Delux wash which was supposed to do 5-6 things. Only 3 things happened and car gets cleaned up to certain height from bottom. My car's tyres are now half clean half muddy... Will have to clean again so not happy. Note: I have done other automated clean at other places too. And their results are much better with lower cost than this. Hence disappointed ratings.

The auto car wash took out the money from my account, and didn’t give me my wash. It said it was unavailable only after I paid, then some countdown occurred and once it was over, it asked me to try paying again. I tried it once again, and get another payment occurred from my account yet no wash, don’t recommend to anyone, don’t even try it, such a disappointment.

I always go on a Sunday afternoon to give my car a good clean. The touchless wash is my favourite and they give you a quick pre wash if you go during staffed hours. My car always turns out perfect. I never bother spending 50+ at a car wash as im never happy. the vaccum I do myself and it takes about 5 minutes since I'm there weekly.

disappointed no parking for the dog wash ... water was cold and you can't top up the time you have to pay $10 for increments of 10 minutes the parking 20 metres away is for service station customers... if a water heater is installed why was the water cold ? and why after I inserted another $2 coin did it require another $8?

They don't allow you to use the brush as soon as the foam stops, the site supervisor get very aggressive and will approach you to ask you to put more money in .if not you can't even use the brush to rub the rest of the soap sitting on your car roof. I don't recommend this car wash to anyone in the area. Such a rip off

Today 26 March 2019 a old person working this car wash Soo rude and rassis person I never see in my life .IAM washing my car with soap and get angry and said there is a car waiting behind you so you have to go. What a ediot person I never see in my life IAM doing soap and he give me instructions to leave right a way.

Your spatter wax has stained my car!!! What the heck! How is this product a thing that you use? I followed every step perfectly. Spent around $40 because I did it with my kids (dad guiding) even went over the section that has the streaks on it after putting everyone in the car, but alas they’re still there!!

No brush car wash, the boys give your car a quick going over before entry, although this is with a brush. Machine washes car really well. Worth the $20, saves doing it yourself.. I cleaned interior before I went, so drove out with a very clean car. Vacuums are available and self wash booths available too.

I was charged twice and they rudely denied my refund even though i showed them that it came out of my account twice and then was told to come back and wash my car another time instead of the refund I originally wanted. Really disappointed considering I’ve been coming to this place for a while now.

Rather than put out of order until they could repair or replace damaging parts the foaming brush was duct taped up and spilling foam all over me and could not use to wash the car. This discovered after putting in $8 in coins. I had to move to another bay and ran out of coins. Very unprofessional.

Highly recommend if you have a caravan or boat to wash. Took my 7m van down today. The bays offer plenty of width and height and the brush then high pressure hose got rid of all the dirt and grime that had accumulated. Will definitely be back to wash the car and van when we return from holidays.

Could not recommend this place more! Paid $20 for a premium laser wash and the result was great. Kudo also to the great customer service from their young attendant (Matt, I think) who gave the wheels and body panels a thorough wiping to remove deep set dust. Best carwash in Blacktown.

Self service which is easy to use and well priced! You can also pay by card in the wash too which is great. There is a little office in the left corner for the vaccum where you can pay by card also but that closes earlier, otherwise you can just get cash out from the petrol station.

Always tip them coz super friendly attendants however bit of pop music will enhance the ambience. I would be willing to put a small European food truck. All in all great place. The young people attending should look more happy anf offer vacuming while one waits for coffee.

Great carwash with really friendly staff particually a lady who works there she iwent the extra mile to do her job. You could see that they were busy but she always had a smile . Good to see that there are still nice people out there who dont mind helping others .

Not bad, however, they need to check the equipment is working, because once your money is in, that's it. I couldnt get the fragrance going on the vaccuum, after i found the tray open and wasted time trying to work out why the vaccumm wasn't working.

Went here for my first time and I am impressed! $1/min for using self-serve car wash, or spend $20 for a machine wash. Everything is working as they should and the place was clear. The option of the dryer machine in the self-serve bay was a bonus!

The crazy old man who works there is very rude. He literally started going off at me for the fact that i used my own sponges for my car instead of their brush. Told me to go home and wash my car there. Very arrogant. Never going there again..

The auto wash is a waste of money. For starters, the credit card option isn't working, you have to get cash out. There are no brushes, you get a squirt of detergent, a squirt water and you leave with your car as dirty as it was, plus wet.

Used to be good but unfortunately the last few times the automatic car wash leaves a residue on the car and glass which needs to be wiped over again after the wash. Doesn't properly clean the car and not worth the $20 "premium wash".

Absolutely love coming here, we usually do the normal DIY car wash but was exhausted & decided to do touchless car wash. Went in & the workers on shift were amazing! Professional & careful when they scrub your car. 110% recommend.

Nice having an automatic car wash for a quick spruce up but being touch-less doesn’t work effectively. Still had dirt build up on sides of my vehicle. The vacuum works well but you need to keep feeling it coins as runs out fast.

I used the auto car wash my cars passenger side front tyre was all dry with dirt on it same as I entered when I checked it after the full wash. I think machine needs to be fixed other than that pleasant experience.

Terrible! 2nd time I’ve been there in as many weeks. Auto wash is terrible, $18 and it put one lot of soap on, washes it off and that’s it. Go to Clarendon, cheaper and all inclusive. Not even worth 1 star.

Automatic ultimate wash cleaned off all the sand/dirt/mud accumulated on our car after an off-road weekend and no chance of scratching or damaging the car like regular drive through car washes

This place is the best do it yourself car wash anywhere. During daytime if you take the automated laser wash they even have attendants do your wheels and spot removal at no additional cost.

My brand new car’s premium paint job now has swirl marks around the whole car. Spotless finish my arse, that water is filthy. Have to get my car re-waxed and polished now. Worst idea ever.

The equipment is a little bit out dated most self car washs iv been to have the rainbow wax and lost at least $1 waiting for soap to stop and rinse to start and it does not use warm water

Easy to use and if you need some change for the machine they have their own coin machine. Clean area many parking to park your car for drying. Gets busy sometimes depending on the day .

The "laser wash" isn't as high tech as the name might suggest. If you climbed a ladder and urinated on your car, it would do a better job. $20 to wet your car is excessive.

It's a self car wash so what can you say when you was your own car. it is open 24/7 which is handy and during the day there is usually an attendant on hand.
