"I had a very bad experience at this Service station"
"I come here every week"
"What are the opening times? *Because it's NOT 24 hours* (and I've notified Google)"
"It's a good garage but getting in and out at rush hour is terrible, not the fault of the service station"
"I used pump no"
I had a very bad experience at this Service station. The (coffee (lid holder) fell tipping my cup of coffee over me and the floor. The Manager Arthuro proceeded to blame me in front of customers and staff, he made quite the spectacle. To be honest it was very much a health and safety issue , thankfully it was me and not a small child in the firing line of the hot beverage spillage. Nobody came to my assistance, only other customers were appalled and sympathized with my predicament. No incident report was filled, the wet area was not sectioned off. I did write a complaint to the Maxol department , I received a case number Case: MAX-2022-09-07-07981 , Im still waiting on a reply . I did send on a follow up letter but received another case number LOL
I come here every week. The staff are lovely but one morning when I dropped by a manager walked into the store from the back to openly berate the staff in front of me, calling them lazy and shaming them. To do this in front of customers is
What are the opening times? *Because it's NOT 24 hours* (and I've notified Google). I went there very late at night to get essential food cos Google said it's 24 hours: when I got there, it was all closed up, and no sign with opening times.
It's a good garage but getting in and out at rush hour is terrible, not the fault of the service station. For such a small service station it has a great variety, a friendly member of staff when I made a visit.
I used pump no.1 this evening at 20:25 I put €70.00 into my car which would normally fill it and ended up with under 3 quarter of a tank. I think the pump needs recalibration.
charged full price for chocolate that was on offer, made the guy on the till aware and got no apology just a grunt and no thank you, clearly had poor customer service skills.
Tiny forecourt so be warned, it's also on a busy road so getting back out can be a hassle. A small shop with the usual forecourt fares is there too with ATM beside it.
Very small and not a great selection of car products or food & drink. Kind of disappointed given the location. Also this petrol station has no toilet.
Petrol station with a deli, pastries, drinks and some useful car products. Prices are what you'd expect given the location.
Went for Car wash for first time ,,machine stopped twice, had to honk and waited for long until someone came out to help.
Conveniently located petrol station accepting major cards and having several facilities available including carwash.
well a gas station that is does the job, really small only few dispensers but is not like they can fit more.
The guy working here helped me so much! I should have got his name because he deserves a raise. Thanks
Their air machine malfunctioned and broke my tyre - not their problem apparently according to "Joseph"
They don't accept American express cards, but there is no post about it. You find out at the counter.
Small filling station near canal. Small shop but there is food offered.
Handy location and friendly staff. Shop is small and limited though.
Has little forecourt. No space to maneuvre. Only for emergency stops
