Paid for 10 lessons got 8 top tip for phone etiquette…. Don’t call your clients “darlin’”
I went into the store on a Saturday, asking to try out one of the guitars on the rack. I asked one of the employees to take it down so I can test it out. The employee was very mean saying 'This is not a toy store.' I do not recommend as the employees are rude.

In today's day and age...to have every single staff member I dealt with be nothing but totally patient and helpful, even when being presented with complete ignorance of what is actually needed.
They educated me on buying the boss katana mk2 over wasting money on pedals and man. I'm in love with the amp. I can't stop thinking about getting home and playing it thanks Maxx music.

The experience I’ve had with Maxx Music has been great they offer 3 make up lessons if for any reason you miss lessons.
