Daniel did not show up to an appointment that was made at his own office. I wasn't told by the receptionist that he wouldn't be there until 20 minutes after the appointment, when I'd been waiting for over half an hour. After this I never received any communication with an explanation or apology despite sending a follow up email directly to Daniel. Have spoken to other clients who have found Daniel similarly unprofessional.

Prompt and professional, able to do my return over the phone and after hours. Called me the minute he was suppose to, very friendly and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
