Fantastic experience! I'd recommend this business for anyones needs. Placed an order for my wedding a week in advance and it was perfect! However, my extreme lack of experience with weddings was clearly shown in my order request when I showed up. They had the arrangement elegantly designed and on time (even after changing the pickup time on them), but upon learning what the flowers were for, they very quickly changed the presentation to be more appropriate for the occasion and it was fantastic! Not only that, on the spot they put together a boutonniere to match and I couldn't help but add one of their flower arrangements to my purchase. All professionally handled within twenty to thirty minutes, right when they opened in the morning, keeping me on schedule for my wedding. I can honestly say I didn't know such care can be shown towards the purchasing of flowers. The event went flawlessly, and these flowers truly complimented the occasion. Thank you so much!

Received my Mother’s Day bouquet today for Mother’s Day. I usually receive a big beautiful bouquet of flowers from my son in Toronto. He usually orders from Western Flowers, but unfortunately they were closed & when inquiring about them, we are directed to Mayfield Flowers. What a disappointment. My flowers were in a very small vase, flowers were cramped & on the verge of dying. My flowers today were a huge disappointment & I’m not sure what to tell my son. They were not as colourful as one would expect for a Mother’s Day gift. I only hope that he did not spend a lot of money on these.

My experience with Mayfield Flowers was pleasant and prompt. I called in for a last minute, same day delivery and I was not disappointed. My lovely wife received her flowers within 2 hrs(impressive for same day and last minute) of my order. The arrangement was beautifully put together and the price point was adequate. I am extremely happy and my wife was elated to receive her flowers for our anniversary. This isn't my first experience with Mayfield Flowers and it will not be my last either. I highly recommend this establishment.

THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL FLOWER SHOP! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had ordered my mother flowers for mother's day and was shocked to receive wilting/dead mismatched flowers. The arrangement looked cheap for the $80 I spent. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. When I spoke with the owner she was so rude and unprofessional and refused to reimburse me after picking up the flowers. I would recommend that you take your hard earned money somewhere else. The worst customer experience ever.

I ordered 2 identical custom flower arrangements for my sister . The end result was absolutely stunning. I got to speak with the flower designer Wendy, a true flower artist! worked out all the details over the phone. Although the store was closed on the delivery day! Wonderful Wendy came on her day off made the two arrangements sent me pictures and delivered both arrangements on time. I am extremely please with Mayfield Flowers and can't wait to order more flowers!

Tried to order sympathy flowers online on a Saturday to be delivered on Monday as I live in a different city. I thought I would go local instead of the big chains... Only found out that the order had been cancelled by checking my payment method (payment had been put through and then later credited). No email, no phone call, and, no reply to my email asking why. Extremely unprofessional - so ordered via Grower Direct instead with no problems and free delivery.

One word for this flower shop... AWESOME! Don't go anywhere else, but here! They have beautiful, excellent quality flowers that last a very long time, along with great customer service over phone, and great delivery! My ordering experience for a "sympathy" arrangement over the Christmas season was such a positive one, with no problems at all, even though they were very busy with regular Christmas orders.....it is now my "forever" flower shop!

I have been using Mayfield Flowers for many years now and have always had excellent service. The owner goes out of her way to be polite and friendly and very knowledgeable and seems to understand exactly what I am looking for. The recipients of the flowers sent have always been amazed at how beautiful the arrangements were and how long they last. Such good value for money, I would not go anywhere else for my floral needs.

What good luck I had picking Mayfield when I needed to order flowers from our home in Australia for delivery to family in Edmonton. Such a lovely selection of arrangements and an easy website to review and order them from. I especially liked the tracking they sent me with a delivery confirmation. Suffice to say they were just as beautiful delivered and we were delighted with the whole shopping experience, thanks Mayfield.

I have used Mayfield Flowers on several occasions and have not been disappointed. Last week my boyfriend ordered me flowers for our anniversary and he gave the budget and the staff came up with a beautiful bouquet that was delivered. Also last week I ordered a beautiful peace lily for a sympathy gift as something different then flowers. Support a local florist, you won’t be disappointed!

Having ordered a Christmas arrangement from Ottawa for my mother, I was surprised to have it delivered in under an hour on a Saturday.  My mother was thrilled with the arrangement and commented on how fresh the flowers were. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with on the phone. I would provide repeat business to Mayfield Flowers without question.  Excellent experience.

The owner Mamuta is an incredible woman and business owner. 2 times I've called in short notice for a flower piece for my now wife's hair, and shes done everything she could to get me the beautifully done pieces when I need them. I called in with a large bereavement order, the staff was pleasant and helpful however the flowers were lacking quality. The arrangement was poorly done and there was not even close to the right amount of flowers for the price paid. I am a part time wedding florist and I was surprised some of the flowers would even make it out the door. I will not use again

I have been a customer for years now. The flowers I buy are both beautiful & long lasting, (most of the time) simple arrangements for my office desk (I work close to the shop) to arrangements that require shipping. This is a great place to shop for flowers and the staff have always been helpful

The flowers were bought by my husband for my 60th Birthday on February 10th. They were beautiful and lasted almost 3 weeks, but the 4 roses died the next day! The flowers were over $200, so I was disappointed in the number of roses, but the carnations were beautiful!

I purchased my daughters grad corsage at Mayfield Flowers. Very friendly and accommodating service. They worked with us to create a custom corsage. Price was reasonable and the corsage was exactly as expected and ready on time. Would definitely recommend.
