Maria has some of the best customer service etiquette I have ever experienced and is the most enjoyable employee I have ever dealt with out of all San Antonio McCoys stores and I have been coming to both the bandera road and general mc mullen stores since I can remember. She is definitely an employee who sets the bar and and a great example that all other employees should follow, even upper management, whom, and this is putting it nicely, need to re-humble themselves before they are Faced with an inevitable “fall from grace”. GO MARIA!!! You are an asset of the likes of which Mc coys needs to have more of.

Have always enjoyed shopping at aMcCoys! Lot less hectic than at larger box stores. Went in for plumbing parts, lo and behold, they were sold out of just about everything plumbing. The storm caused havic with the water lines, not only plastic and copper lines burst but steel galvanized fittings! Tanks of Mapp gas were unavailable, no copper fittings very few carbon pipe fittings. Most other stores were limiting entry into the plumbing section as they too were running low on parts. All in all I would still go back and do some shopping for other misc items!

I'm glad to have a home improvement store right around the corner. Friendly and helpful service. Update: I purchased some wooden stakes to tether a new tree but they broke after the first hammer blow to drive them into the ground. I had paid cash and did not keep the receipt but I took them back anyway and spoke to an assistant manager who very kindly gave me credit and helped me find something more suitable. Great customer service!

The employees walked past me as I was clearly looking for something an trying to follow the signs. The people at the cashier where to busy saying hi hello or Acknowledge me in any sort. If wasn't for me paying attention to pay with my card I would have just stood there waiting for the total an for her to say anything. But they do have everything I was looking for and more.

Better store..remodeled..cleaner and brighter..many other things..I like it better..has weedeaters..bought catfood there..nice..very organized..hope it stays that way..easy to find things now..it is so nice now. Keep it up. I will go back more. Keep getting different things..it has a better feel to the place now..cleaning is good.was dusty before. It is all good. Awesome

I buy glass here all the time because they cut it to the size I need and it's not expensive. Good service, but today they didn't have the size I needed. I had to drive to another location 15 minutes away to purchase it and bring it back so they could cut it because the glass cutter at the other location isn't working. Not ideal but I needed it.

I went to The McCoys on Bandera very polite I went to the McCoy on General McMullen very polite I went to The McCoys on Kirby very polite but the only one that was very rude what's the one on South Presa maybe because they were the South site and they treat people the way they want.

You can find what you need at McCoy's you can even get asked to come to their home. Staff is extra friendly with the spouses. Heard it while I was on the phone. McCoy's please clean up your customer service, should be a professional environment not a place to hook up.

Old fashion customer service, Intelligent courteous employees. Same attention to details as Lowe;s just a little smaller. The store is clean and organize. Best place to find stuff quickly and check out fast. I would give them a 10 Star review if google allowed.

This is a good little general hardware and lumber supply store. You can get little bit of mostly everything here. There's a good staff on hand with the knowledge to get you what you need quick. Place is not usually over busy like some of the big chain stores.

Great place to find parts for older homes. Oh I went there for their 40 anniversary lunch. The brisket plate was awesome. I expected to be served hamburgers or hotdogs. Damn they went all out.

I am a former employee. Always did my best to help and be efficient and friendly. Met a number of very nice people, and seeing the busiest store in the city, I always had something to do.
