One of the worst managed McDonald's stores. The staff and manager here work as per their convenience and care 2 hoots about customer experience. Ques here can be very long at crowded times, exposing the incompetence of the staff taking orders who basically have no clue on order taking and kot mgmt.The staff here will shut off the ac when it gets chilled for them. Washrooms, too, are poorly maintained for hygiene required at a food establishment. Wrong order deliveries are the norm here. The worst being in spite of there being a drive in the staff here will barricade and close the drive in counters citing system or some other issues. Especially on crowded days when they can't manage. Result , you have to park your car and pay for parking to the parking contractor.

Good location. very near to the airport and just off the main road. They have introduced boom barriers and parking guards to this complex. Now it is very easy to find car parking inside this complex. A few months finding parking was a huge challenge. The spicy chicken burger taste tasted good as usual though the portions seem to shrinking.... - shrinkflation. The food was quickly delivered to the table by the staff. The self ordering system worked well. However there were many flies inside the restaurant. The main glass door was auto-closing. Maybe the air curtain at the door is not sufficient/working to keep out the flies as guests walk in and out of the restaurant. The rest rooms are clean. Overall a reasonable food option near the airport.

Didn't have to queue up to place an order. There are multiple digital kiosks using which one can browse the menu, select items and make a payment. Plus, there was an enthu staff to guide the first timers. Those not-savvy ones can still go to a counter. Plus they offer table-service so again don't have to hang around a counter to collect the dishes. We were quite comfortable in there. Oh yes, and there are multiple types of seating arrangements to cater to individuals, smaller or large groups. Self-service water fountain with paper cups was a boon!

This is the worst branch of McDonald's. They took around 15-18min just to give 2 veg burgers with fries. They made me to keep waiting and giving order to others. They said fries are not ready for your order and giving fries to other people who came after me. Literally I was feeling like why I stopped here. They have written a board outside that they will take your order in 2 min but there also they took 7 min. Just one counter was one. Really worst, don't buy anything here. Also you have to pay an additional amount for car parking.

McD's as it's popularly known, has really improved its menu. The cheesy chicken burger was most enjoyable. This outlet on the airport road has a parking issue most of the time, with rude parking attendants to deal with before entering the eatery. However, the staff inside are a pleasant change. Avoid weekends, as this place is chock-a-block!

Had been in here on is opening had. People full of enthusiasm. Greeted well. Nice place to spend evening. But went to visit the second time all experience weared off. Will never step here again. First of all we wanted to customize order. That lady didn't have enough knowledge. We got wrong order. When asked they started arguing this was the order. Had to show then the bill to get right items. They are convincing to have it that way.. which I hated. The quantity is gone to dogs. Cheese very sparse on cheesy fries. The quality of McSwirl was so bad. Check out the pictures. They say it all. I'd rather visit McD in city. You drive here to get disappointed. Very bad service. Atleast the last time I went on 16th October. Ensure you give better experience please.

The person at the cash counter could not take a simple order. I informed them for a dine in order, but the person had placed a take away order. This lady was short, and a lil chubby. There seems to be a very nice lady in yellow shirt who would keep walking around and asking for any service request. I really appreciate her. Because of the incorrect order taken, there was a lot of delay in getting the order. Kudos to the young lady in yellow shirt and grey eyes. And when someone asks for water, pls ensure that you serve then in a larger cup.

I am not much of a fast food person, but the staff and service of this McDonald's establishment has impressed me enough to provide a review. They are very well behaved, helpful and way better than the other McDonald's outlet close to the Sadahalli signal. They are better stocked too, with better parking and a way better drive in experience, if that is what you opt for. I have to admit, i have a weakness for their McSwirl ice cream cones, which seem to be provided with a much more consistent and generous crust/coating of chocolate.

Really good outlet. Ample parking space. Really good service. Kudos to security guard (Kamal). He was doing a great job. He deserves a raise!! He was doing his job with so much involvement i was amazed... I was riding from Hyderabad to Bengaluru, and took a stop at this place for lunch. As my luggage was tied to my bike, I had concerns regarding its safety as i would have to leave my bike with luggage and go inside to eat. But Kamal assured me that he'll take care of it and not to worry. He made my day after such a tiring journey. ❤️

A pleasant stop - The convenience of an automated kiosk for ordering was a plus. However, the parking fee was a minus. Nevertheless, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff made up for it. You will find this Mc'D on your way to the Bangalore Airport. The food is the same as any other outlet. What's different here is that this outlet has all women staff. It's so empowering to see all of them doing their work right from billing, cooking, cleaning, assisting, and some serving as well. I had a Worst Experience when I stopped to have my lunch. Ordered McChicken combo and they missed Chicken pieces, when I crossed checked with faculty staff then they apologized for missing the item and then provided me. While ordering the food, the billing machine got stuck and we had to argue with the faculty member to get our order placed. This is the first time I have been facing with McDonald's.

The ordering system is quite smooth. They have a self-service kiosk where you can add items to the cart, customize it and place an order. Saves a lot of time by not having to wait in the queue. Stopped here for an ice cream to cool down. Here goes my review. The place is spacious and well done. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean and hygienic. The McSwirl chocolate coating was very good. However the vanilla softee and the icream cone lacked flavour and delicacy. The place otherwise good with self service option.

Just stop as it was too sunny for a refresher drink, took spirit and Oreo Mc Flurry. Spirit had just ice cubes and tasted literally like water. After drinking half of the spirit noticed that something like a mosquito was in the ice cube, i asked the waiter and they took and brought a fresh glass of spirit with ice cubes .. a big thumbs down.

Great McD location firstly. They offer self ordering and it’s very convenient and easy. We did it ourselves and they have ppl who offer to help if you are stuck. Firstly, the service was impeccable, everyone here is so kind. I had tried the Big mac, as it was recommended, and the burger was equivalent to the Maharaja Mac, however, the burger was a bit sloppy due to the extra mayo and the lettuce. It was hard to have a satisfying bite at once. If the burger had been a bit petite, it would've been excellent.

Very very slow service. The self ordering kiosks are working fine & reducing the load on the counters...but I suppose the kitchen is not organised well. It took us 37mins to get just 2 pcs of chicken..... We stopped by thinking McDonald's was a fast food joint... I think they need to rebrand themselves..... While returning from airport we bought an Ice Tea and French Fries at 11:38 Am on 15/10/23 from their drive through. After having the ice tea in our car while driving we mistakenly open the lid and to our surprise we found 2 ants in the ice tea glass. This is unethical unexpected from a brand like Mcdonalds.

Neat place for a short stopover or a drive to eat for night eaters, the staff is ever courteous and very helpful in making people use tge LED screens kept to custom their order. Very spacious with well lit areas and ample parking for all vehicles. We enjoyed the burgers and the unbeatable softy which is available only at McDonald's for that price. Suggest this place for big families looking for a get together and Large group of friends because of the ambience.

It is a newly Opened McDonald's and thankfully on the return trip from the airport to the city.. Did a pitstop today on the way back from airport.. It being a weekday the place was empty... The staff is helpful and courteous...the layout of the seating is very good... The restrooms are nice and clean... The location is perfect that once you eat you can get back on the Flyover....

Bad service all the members are busy in taking photos since the auto ordering machine is there but after that also it took so much time for my food, so if you have sufficient time then go otherwise you will cry .

This is quite new and started recently, There are only a few McDonald’s where drive in delivery is available and this is one of them. It becomes very handy when you are not interested to sit and dine. Drive in delivery is very quick and easy, saves a lot of time. Otherwise ample space for parking. Good staff and there are a few other shops as well like nike, addidas, sketchers, allen solly etc if you want to shop.

The Burger is average but he fried chicken is good and fulfilled one.

Went through the drive thru and it was quite fun! I definitely prefer this option as we didn't have to wait for a long time. It was quite crowded yet we received the burgers pretty soon. The staff was friendly and sweet. The burgers were delicious!

Self serve ordering kiosks was easy to operate and faster than standing in counter queue. Also, order was delivered to table by restaurant employee. This was much better than continuously keeping an eye on screens with order number or hanging around the counter to see if order has arrived yet or not. Overall enjoyed meal with family even though place was quite crowded.

This outlet of mcd’ s was fabulous, no neatly done in terms of interiors, seating atmosphere and not to forget the service. Best part it is all women employee place which was awesome and the staff was friendly. No queue, no chaos and food absolutely yum, after ages i must have liked mcds aloo tikki burger the basic one ✌️

I received my burger meal 25 mins after placing order from self order kiosk. They had option of upi which failed, so had to pay for the order I queue which over all took 25 mins. McD was known to deliver in 2 mins years back
