I ordered a white coffee and a chocolate brownie. Unfortunately I didn't get a chocolate brownie, instead I was given a cherry muffin yuk. The service was extremely poor. After waiting over 5 minutes, I asked if someone could serve. Thankfully a female member of staff came over and served me. I also told her I was in a hurry to be somewhere. She was very helpful and went to make my coffee. Unfortunately the manager on shift gets 0 stars. Poor organisation as the manager was running around making drinks and doing other things, the manager even told the female staff why she was making my coffee when they were other orders and that it was tough even if I was in a rush. The atmosphere going to the McDonald's in Northenden made feel very tensed and so were others waiting. My long journey was ruined by the manager as I can understand orders were being done but surely it was a simple order, make a coffee hand the brownie, job done. I hope I will get what I ordered and a refund for the brownie. I can only praise the female staff for taking my order, however due to her being pressured by the manager she give me the wrong order.

End of the road with McDonald's for me. Just tried to get two Big Mac meals. On entering the shop I was informed I could not enter without a face mask. I was wearing my sweatshirt neckline over my mouth. Ok then, I said, give me a facemask. They wanted one pound for a facemask when I could easily wait outside for my order and pay first.. I told them no. I instead used their drive through for my order. Whilst in the queue I didn't observe any mention of facemasks on sale for one pound. I did notice their delivery people, counterside, not socially distancing. I wonder if the facemask charge was a private arrangement? I am without doubt ending my entire interest in McDonald's. The Big Mac, it self disintegrated in to a soggy mess on the first attempt to take it from its carton. Glad it's all over. The End

The 5 star is because the staff were very hard-working and professional. They had a very challenging sofficjlt customer who was aggressive, intimidating, and generally very rude. The staff dealt with the situation in credibly well. I was behind the perpetrator, and he frightened me, but I felt reassured as staff dealt with the situation professionally. I want to thank th for their hard work and professionalism in dealing with this incident. The young woman on the till was very calm. Please offer them a thank you and also all staff need recognition and a thankyou gift

Mcdonalds are usually pretty good but this was the worst experience I've had in probably 10 years of occasionally going to Mcdonalds. Came in at about 10.20 on a Friday evening for something to eat quickly with my family, was told that we had to be out by 11 which was fine. Except the food (which was only 4 basic meals) took about 25 minutes to be served to us. The extremely rude female manager then said to me "you need to be out in 5 minutes" to which I replied that I had been waiting there for ages and so wanted to finish our food inside. She just replied "well just make sure you're out". To top it off we were the only people in there! Manager needs a lesson in customer service or needs to get the sack. Place was filthy inside as well, rubbish everywhere.

The service was not much impressive. Friendly staff but not responsive to a waiting customers. The girl had her back towards the front busy talking and drinking even after being told customers are waiting she continued. The quality of the food was very low. The chips smelt of a damp cloth. The fish o fillet burger was half off the bun but glued down with the tiny piece of cheese. And a dollop of tartar sauce just left in the middle of the bun. Not made with any care or consideration. Very disappointed. Will avoid visiting again

Utterly disgusting... had to wait over 15 min for coffee after ordering on the self-service.... Manager with tattoo on his hand was awful, mannerless, rude and serious hygiene issues... It's just disgusting. I have never ever seen this level of low standard and poor hygiene anywhere else. Bins were over spilling. Rubbish all over the place... the manager was standing there, cudnt be bothered.. It wasn't busy at all. It's was just poor skill... never ever again. @McDonald's how did you managed to get your standards to this lvl of low!

Wow just wow the worst mcdonalds I have been to. Firstly so dirty had to ask the staff to clean it they didn't come had to resort to cleaning it myself. Secondly ordered off the app for table service found our food just dumped on the counter. Chips were half a carton full and when we dared mention it were looked at like we had just slapped them across the face. Avoid this place needs new management or knocking down.

Typical McDonalds. You take either the drive-thru or walk in and the restaurant is swamped with Uber orders and Uber drivers and the food is either cold or delayed and the staff are rude, ignorant, or are so overwhelmed they just can't cope. And it's not just this franchise...it's all I've been to in the last 12 months. I'm sorry McDonalds, you've turned from the defacto standard in fast-food to the laughing stock of the drive thru. Shocking service. Ordered the new mega muffin. Bacon was barely edible. Girlfriend isnt able to eat egg, and lo and behold shes given a double sausage and egg muffin. Ontop of that we ordered coffees to use the points and was told we couldnt, and even though two coffees were ordered not pushed meals with the muffins as itd make it cheaper. Essentially eat here if you have no allergies, want to be ripped off and dont care just as much as the staff

Burger was as thick as leather, and the cheese was like melted plastic, and whatever they put on was tasteless.. worse burger I ever had. I'm never going to buy another burger from there again.. Chips were super thin like the ones you buy from smiths chrisps in a bag.. total waste of time, I had to go elsewhere to eat straight after . . Never again, absolute rubbish. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The worst drive through I have ever been to. I've been twice now and both times were horrendous. I thought the 1st time was a one off but nope, it seems this is how they operate all of the time. No cold drinks, unless you want to pat extra for a milkshake. They make you park up to wait for your order, even if its a simple big mac.

Due to Covid restrictions they were only operating a drive through takeaway option but that suited us. The meal was prepared quickly and was hot. It was run smoothly and although they were offering a reduced menu, there was enough for us to choose from. The toilets were unfortunately closed but the Co - op on the same site had public toilets on their premises

A pretty standard McDonald's, clean and friendly staff, it's fine, the food was fine, but somehow the food is better at Macclesfields McDonald's. For example, the burger wasn't hot enough to properly melt the cheese, but it did still taste good. Great for a stop off on a journey, but not one to go to if you are after that amazing maccies fix

Very poor service. Waited 45 minutes for food when people behind me were getting there orders first. Lots of staff unable to cope, trying to juggle deliveroo and uber ad well as seeing in store customers. Rude shift managers. If your unable to cope turn off deliveries until it has calmed down. Won't be coming back in a hurry

Excellent customer service, upon our arrival we were welcomed and the staff were great with our 1 year old girl. The staff were really friendly even came out and gave our girl a little teddy. Today I'm in shock. My fries was cold, they missed my ice creams and Coca-Cola from my order. Manager was confused, gave the impression that he has been working there since yesterday, but all the time with "nose on the phone" and this fluid on the floor. I hope I'll never back there again.
