This location only gets one star because that's the only way I could post. The staff is totally disrespectful as I would come in there to just pick up lunch and go back to work in buckhead. Why the attitude? And just because a customer orders from the kiosk does not mean that you ignore them and don't speak or say thank you when they come to the counter to pick up their food! One of the black young men there, who claims that he is a manager, twerked in front of me while trying to tell me about myself. This particular day I had a issue with scanning my phone at the kiosk and they were NOT any help. I went to the register to get the other person to take my order, another young black guy, and he was totally rude to me. He said that I was rude to him which I don't even know what he's talking about because I just approached him. Anyway, I went back to one of the kiosks to place my order and my order never came up because they decided to not make it. GROW UP PEOPLE ❗ Because of this, I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. MCDONALD'S IS ALREADY NOT MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT BECAUSE OF THE SAME ATTITUDE AND A LOT OF THE STORES. I reside nearby, and my son frequents this establishment without any prior issues. Regrettably, this evening, my son found himself in a situation where he had proof of purchase just before your systems experienced downtime. Consequently, while other customers received their orders, my son had to contact me to come to the location so I could retrieve their food. He endured a wait of over 30 minutes for his order, which I consider to be remarkably inconsiderate. Upon my arrival, I found that the team members were uninterested in resolving our predicament. They contacted the manager, "Mr. B," via phone, and the female cashier became hostile after we expressed our understandable frustration. She raised her voice and even resorted to threatening physical confrontation, repeatedly citing her pregnancy as an excuse as she yelled across the restaurant. My expectation is for all customers, particularly teenagers with proof of purchase, to be treated with equal consideration and respect.

Ok... nice and clean establishment, store was not busy. If you ever want to step above the rest you have to give the best customer service, it's not hard just take a moment and think outside the box. I ordered my food at the kiosk, the runner brought the food over to the table and looked for the number 41 dropped the food down and left, did not say do you need anything else or nothing. Second it clearly showed on the ticket that I ordered a Sprite tropical berry drink, he brought the cup to the table empty as in get your own drink, so I should leave my food over on the table unattended and go fix my own drink... smh And we ask why Chick-fil-A can be so successful, and do so well in their customer is amazing. Sad part is I was about to give the person a 20 dollar bill, I believe if you give good customer service. Don't get me wrong the restaurant is very clean and I love it, but you have to step your game up it's about customer service, they just remodel this McDonalds and it very classy and clean...

Undoubtedly, hands down this location is pristine clean, property landscaping impeccable, outside trash bin always clean , restroom and dining room spic and span clean, food quality exceptional and accurate order, back of the house employees chattering in a busy bee style, but only area of concern that should be corrected is the front counter hospitality worker. He was beyond rude no matter how friendly we were. The only thing illuminating from him was his two huge diamond earrings. I suggest an employee that actually takes pride in their first impression.

I LOVE THIS MCDONALD'S ❤️ We usually do drive-thru, but... I had a coupon, so I had to go inside. My order was taken and completed, but I didn't get my cup to have a Coke while I waited. Later, I found out that MCDONALD'S is removing the lobby drink machines. Fine, not the store's fault, but it flawed my experience. I used a coupon for a free large fry and drink with any purchase, but the system glitched and added two drinks instead. The receipt indicated a free drink and large fry, so I asked the employee for the fry I paid for, but she responded aggressively. Other employees advised her to give me the fries as per the receipt, but she refused and even threatened to call the police. After a 15-minute wait in the drive-through, another employee handed me my food, including the fries, from a side door. When I left the restaurant, an officer arrived, and after explaining the situation, he understood that the employees were at fault. The staff is rude and for lack of a better word "Ghetto". I do not suggest eating here. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Usually excellent and speedy drive thru service. Today the order taker (which turned out to be the manager) had to repeat and question my simple order (of one hot large caramel latte with two sugars) three times. When I increased the volume of my voice the third time to make sure he got it, he took it upon himself to berate me at the pick up window for getting “mad “ at him over the speaker. When I told him I wasn’t mad, I was simply making sure he got the order the third time, he continued to be combative and condescending, which did lead me to lose my temper. I’m in the service industry and know how to treat employees. It’s a shame this manager doesn’t perform the job as well as his employees. I won’t be back!

They are very efficient at this location. Impressively so. A little more friendliness at the counter would be nice but that's a dying skill; they're not rude at all. They're very quick both inside and in the drive-through. Well worth the visit. Update: The quality of the counter people is declining. I think they're relying too much on kiosk and app orders and sacrificing the quality of counter orders. People skills are poorer. Only one register is open and not always manned even at that. Orders are recorded wrongly too often. Good business is still all about the people, even in an online world, and McDonald's is starting to forget that.

Only going to give four stars out of principle for not giving McDonald's more than four stars. With that being said...this is the best McDonald's in Atlanta. Never a line to order, though I typically do mobile ordering. Order has always been correct. Chicken Nuggets are actually fresh, which is SIGNIFICANTLY different than what I have experienced at Boston-area McDonald's. Safe inside, though things can get a bit sketchier during later hours of the day. Employees are always really attentive and quick to get you your food. Have only done take out from here.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life tbh and I have worked at two myself in the past. They yell and curse at every little thing going wrong, long wait times or there is something always breaking down like the deep fryers, ice cream machine or the register not accepting card payments on top of that if it gets to wear they can't handle the flow of customers, They just shut down the lobby and lock everyone out! If I could give a zero I would. I haven’t been inside a McDonald’s in a long time. The line was long so I went in-I waited 10 minutes for them to deliver food that I had ordered. And when I went to get it, I waited another 5 at the counter. I was waiting with another person and we had even tried to get attention and no one answered at all. When I pulled up the McDonald's had closed and locked its doors as well as shut down the drive-thru about 3 hours before closing with no signs on the door. I had ordered through the app and was just picking up and could not get anyone on the phone to ask them to refund my meal. Very disappointing but it was open the next morning and they were very pleasant but a couple days later at about 9:00 p.m. I tried to get food again and they were closed. I think there is something wrong with their night shift maybe they don't have enough people working but it is unacceptable so one star.

Service from drive thru attendant was incredibly rude. One of my employees let her know the order was missing 1 drink and 1 burger for the large order placed (as had ordered for 7 people) she got an attitude and tried to argue that everything was there when it was not. I don't know if she was having an off day, but if someone is politely telling you something, there is no need for an attitude or argument.

The staff is uneducated on what the promotion of the week is. The MOD was unwilling to explain what the 2 for 5 was at the time. He simply said 2 for 5 was old add and they dont have it. I quickly got a refund and went to the location on Sandy springs and got a refund. Store #944 issued a refund by the bad attitude Mgr. 10 min later Store 647 on Roswell delivered the barging bag as I expected. Receipt of a paying customer.

Had to wait for my fry for a bit during a busy time & my order seemed to have got lost in the mix. So I made the decision to go here and to get me a human remains Big Mac. Now my order was simple. Big Mac w/a large fry. My fries were half filled and I got no pickles on my Big Mac. Not one person ever said no pickle. When I called, wanting nothing for free, but to ask them to be have better communicating skills, bc I am livid. What irritates me even more was no apology, just an “ok”. That’s rude.

Manager is the worst thing ever. I have never met a worst employee. He treats clients and workers horribly. Told me he didn’t have time to “deal with my stupidity” just because I was using a coupon. I went to this location in the upper class buckhead section of Atlanta because I knew it would be amazing, I knew the service would be stellar it was, & it would be as sterile as any hospital it was. Employees very respectable, shirts and uniforms clean and pressed hair back. very very attentive and food came out very promptly & order correct! Amazing location.

Shout out to the morning crew, I’ve never had to wait in line more than a minute and a half THEY ARE FAST! I really appreciate that because I’m always in a hurry to get to the office and everywhere else ( especially chick fil a ) takes forever…. I’ll admit the food isn’t always great but it’s reliable enough. Keep up the good work !

Best McDonalds ITP hands down. Recommend dining in. Much, much faster than the drive through and the inside is very clean. The employees were friendly and clearly way better workplace than the other McDonald’s in the area (I.e. not arguing in the back..) Overall really great location!

They gave me an old burger that had been sitting bc I asked for no tomato’s add Mac sauce and it definitely had tomatoes on it and the cheese was so hard you could tell it had been sitting out . I can’t get ahold of anyone at the store or customer service but I will not be returning.
