DON'T GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Absolutely horrible. It's almost brand new but they have no idea what they're doing and they don't care at all. Idvheardnfrom friends and neighbors horror stories of eating here and the wait in drive thru. I thought maybe if I skip the drive thru it won't be so bad? I ordered through the app, which means I had to pay when I ordered. When I arrived and let the app know I was in the curbside spot it said avg wait time 5mins. 22mins later the app changed to Thank You for Your Order as if I had received my food. Then I went inside and my food still wasn't ready. I showed them the app order and they started making it then. I waited almost 10more mins at the counter. My order included a $4 basket of fries. In my bag that they slid towards me and walked away (not even an apology?!) I found only 1 little order of fries. I flagged down the lady who seemed to be in charge (which she should be ashamed if she WAS in charge of this charade) and pulled out my small fries and asked "is this really a $4 basket of fries?!". She looked at it and said "how many of those did he give you?". I said this is it. She walked back to the kitchen and another few minutes later came back and handed me an additional tiny order of fries and walked away just like the other guy. I had to endure this 40min ordeal because I had already paid so I couldn't just leave. Basically held hostage my whole lunch break and nobody there cared at all. Not even one "sorry about the wait or incorrect order". I look forward to these idiots burning the place down if some other customer doesn't do it first.

I would have loved to write a better review but unfortunately cannot. I ordered a Daily double no onions and use the app code to get a Free Friday Medium Fry. I pulled up to the window to get my food, the young lady handed me this small bag with just the burger in it. The young lady had this weird look on her face, and she basically stared at me. I explained to this young lady that I ordered fries and the other older lady jumped in and said I would have to pull around and reorder. I explained to them that I ordered the fries and also gave my code from the app. The creepy younger lady staring still like she is trying to read between my skin without saying anything. Weird and gave me chills. Then the older lady told me to pull up the the second window. She brought the fries to the second window and didn't even say "Sorry about that mistake" or "Have a good day". Now lets get to the burger, SALTY. Wow I need to drink a whole glass of water to dilute all that salt. Please McDonald's quit adding the extra seasoning salt to burgers unless the customer specify too. Way too much salt. You eat that salty burger everyday you are going to have high blood pressure and need open heart surgery later on in life. I wish this experience could have been better because I was hungry. Again lay low on the salt and smile sometimes, quit staring at people and apologize if a mistake was made.

I stopped by this McDonald’s this evening, and ordered myself a fillet-o-fish and Double Cheeseburger Value meal with Large Dr.Pepper. I ate some fries and the fillet-o-fish while my wife drove us home, and while the fries were far hotter than the fish sandwich, I didn’t really notice anything horribly wrong with them, until I went for a sip of Dr. Pepper, and found myself with a mouthful of Diet Coke. There are quite a few beverages on your menu that you could give me on accident. In fact, there’s only one type of soft drink on your menu that I cannot stand, and that’s Diet soft drinks. I could even live with the lack of the beverage I’d paid for, since I had stuff to drink at home, but when we got home and I decided to eat one of the cheeseburgers I’d ordered, I quickly discovered upon biting into the sandwich that there was no burger in my cheeseburger. I was given all the things one might expect from a standard cheeseburger, just without the meat. I will admit I got a bit grumpy about that, but I decided it was only a burger, and since I still had another cheeseburger left I figured I didn’t need to get too bent out of shape. So, I opened up the second cheeseburger. Can you guess what I found? If you guessed another burgerless cheeseburger you guessed correctly. I have learned to keep my expectations low when going to any McDonald’s, but this experience was arguably the worst I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I ever been to it’s close to my house so I come here every day and almost every single time there’s an issue. Countless times they’ve told me to pull forward in a reserved parking spot and completely forgot about me this is happened more than 10 times and I have to go inside and they don’t even have my order ready have to start it all over and countless times I’ve used my app and they messed my order up or the manager would tell me that they don’t do the app at that location when I use it there several times but if there’s a problem they just say they don’t use the app the manager has horrible customer summer service and needs to be fired he’s probably the main reason why this location is going so downhill

I come here more than enough times and they screw up my order a good handful of times. Usually they are very polite and helpful and apologetic but recent staff has had a habit of shutting the window on people and refusing to fix the problem. This happened to me today and I’ve seen it happen to two other people in front of me lately. So disrespectful and you take out money and not give us what we pay for. Make sure to tell your employees to always give a receipt if you are going to be in a habit of not giving the orders correctly and handle it so unprofessionally. No wonder why there is a high turn over there. At one point they only had teenagers working in store who all were nervous wrecks. Irresponsible and unprofessional location lately

I ordered the fish combo, without cheese, extra tarter...I asked if they would hold the drink in the combo but not charge me for the Xtra tarter sauce... the cashier told me "NO they will still charge you for the tarter" even if you don't take the drink! I'm like that's stupid from a business stand point.. If I'm paying for the meal but not taking the drink you're saving on cups.. To replace the tarter sauce that you purchase but the jars....I just paid for the fish sandwich with NO cheese with Xtra tarter and medium fries.. Which cost me .20 cent more than the meal. that's what I get for going to McDonald's knowing their food is horrible for me anyways.

Absolute worst food and customer service. I have gotten food here several times and it is consistently bad. Cold and stale. I got an apple pie today that was an hour past its “serve by” date. It was dry and burned. I called the manager, and Veronica was very indifferent. I asked for the owners phone number, and Veronica told me I would find it on the box that the cold french fries came in. I told her it was the trash. She told me that’s where I would find it. They just could not understand my order . Number 3 with an additional double quarter pounder. orange Fanta large easy. What I got was number 3 large fry there was maybe a small fry in a large box. a additional quarter pounder "was charged for the double that I ordered" and a orange fruit drink. when I tried to explain my order to them. They just stared at me and closed the window. I had other people with me so I could not come in to get my order fixed. I get it and I know your new. but if you cant get an in person order right I would never Uber Eats/Grub hub from you. You would not know what you would get vs what you ordered. This is one of the rudest McDonald's in the city. I was here earlier today and tried to redeem points from my app. Some how my points were deducted but the machine said the code was invalid. I showed the manager my code and he basically said, "tough shizz! Call customer service!" I wish I'd gotten his name but it doesn't matter. I won't ever go back to this location. This McDonalds is one of the worst on the north side. I ordered a hamburger and then the woman at the window argued with me saying I asked for a cheeseburger with extra cheese. I never order cheeseburgers let alone extra cheese. I was the only person at the drive through. Then my card got charged $5.00 for Amazon/tips at the same time my charge from McDonald’s went through. I was so happy to see a new McDonald’s go into my neighborhood, but now I’m sad because it so poorly run I don’t trust then to take my order or to take my payment.

I was treated very poorly by the person at the drive-thru this morning. I was trying to figure out how to use the app for the first time, and was told that she had customers and that she could not help. In other words she was telling me that I was holding up the line. She looked out the window to see the length of the line and made me feel as if I was not a customer, and I did not matter. Once I got through the line I pulled over to the side and looked back, there was not one car in the line. As a result, I removed the app from my phone, and I will not visit this location again.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Long story short they messed up my order. No big deal I went inside. The MANAGER refused to fix it, said since left the drive thru that it was on me. OK fine I ask Corp or franchise store she says franchise. I ask for the owners name and contact info and she flat out REFUSED to share it. In her words "we all donts, I cannot even spell the WRONG form of do not, do that here. I polite leave say I guess I will just call your Corp line tomorrow, and her reply was "they alls aints gonna do any thin for you!" Your move Mickey Ds

This is the third time I've had the same girl cop an attitude with me for no reason. She asks, " what do you want" I went to tell her just a sec and before I could say anything she barks back loudly!! " I SAID!! WHAT YOU WANT!" This time was my last. I told her I want nothing with that attitude. I won't be back. Sad because it's closest to my home. If you hate people get the hell out of the window. Go scrub toilets instead. Later at night I ordered waiting in the drive thru for awhile with a-lot of staff standing around waiting for cooks to get food to them. Had to take it back in because it was wrong. I was the only person in line so I was a little frustrated, but the manager was friendly apologized & got it fixed. They could have been short staffed maybe on the line I couldn’t tell. Only downside was the speed at which I got my food.

When you order at the drive thru or curb side pick up, make sure to look through everything. It’d be nice when ordering a 6 piece chicken nugget to actually get 6 of them and not 4. It would also be nice to get the apple slices I payed for as well. I don’t know why I expect to get what I order when going to a place like any of the fast food restaurants in this city. I never do.

This is my second horribly experience at this location. If I could give a zero star I would. It is ran by mostly Hispanics that have trouble understanding you while taking your orders. They never apply your coupons properly and have been overcharged twice now. This is the only McDonald’s that I have trouble using the app at. Will be my last visit to this one. Twice and no more.

Got there at 9:40 because they close at 10. The worker kept taking orders on the other lane and after I said hello for the fifth time I decided to just pull up. After waiting another 20 minutes they told me they couldn’t take my order and that they didn’t hear me on the headset because they took it off. Everyone after me got to order but I didn’t. Terrible service and owners.

Staff was rude. The place is like a warehouse - nothing comfortable or inviting about it. Make you use kiosks that take forever to use and are not clear on how to pay. Nobody wants to touch a kiosk that everybody else has touched - even if there is sanitizer in thedispenser. EVERYTHING is behind the counter - napkins, ketchup, salt & pepper, soft drink dispensers.

Order a Happy Meal and Mc chicken in drive thru after paying was instructed to pull up and wait for order seemed to be short staffed because everyone coming through drive thru had to pull over and wait for food and then was brought out cold food complete waste of time and waste of money

By far the worst McDonald's within a 5 mile radius. They will double charge you for your meal and then give you the wromg food. If you decide to go inside it will 10 minutes minimum for an employer to notice you and take your order that's only after you tell them 3 times that you have cash and therefore cannot use the kiosk

I have tried now 3 times and I would rather go back to 96th street. Employees are inside playing around in lobby, its over 2 hours before closing time. They are not answering the drive through, the doors are locked, all the lights are on they are just walking around on their cell phones. Tried calling the store phone and they just let it ring and ring never answering it.

Felt bad for staff at this location, obviously short handed and trying to keep up. Not a good situation for staff or good experience for customers. Staff I saw was friendly but stressed, only ever saw one employee on my visit.

Ordered A LOT of food and they got everything right and it was all fresh.. the only complaint was that they made the slushies before the food was all prepared so they were halfway melted to liquid before we even left the restaurant. Other than that...great job!

Messed up my order. I'm allergic to pickles and they had on my sandwich. Fries were cold n the drink was awful. Ditch always gets the order wrong.

Why would someone open a brand new McDonalds and have it ran this poorly!? Time and time again, it is the slowest one I have ever been to. It’s worth it to drive a few extra miles to go to a different one. The owner needs to step up and fix this restaurant.

Super long drive thru line, decide to go inside. Tried the self service kiosk, it was not working properly. Went up to counter, three employees made eye contact nobody acknowledge me. Left and went to location on 96th and 31 was in and out in 5 minutes.

Abyssmal. Stood inside for 10 minutes, seen by 5 people, flat out ignored, I called out still nothing. Lock your doors if you aren't taking orders, tgat's fine, but for 5 people to make eye contact and not even come ask me to wait is unacceptable.

Took my mom to see the new store 3 employees look at us and went the other way I didn't want to use the kiosk cause I knew my order would be wrong and it was wrong but store looks good

I asked for no lettuce on my big Mac. Well I got lot's of lettuce . Kid's happy meal with no fries . It's not that hard. I've worked fast food before. And this is getting ridiculous. EVERYTIME I COME HERE IT'S A BAD EXPERIENCE.

I'm surprised this location has such terrible reviews. I've only had good experiences here, and the food is always fresh. I usually go through the drive-through in the morning, and the older Latina woman is always so sweet.

If you don’t have time for bad service don’t go to this McDonald’s they can’t follow simple instructions even when you order from the kiosk the wait for food is excessive and they got bad attitudes

I understand that this is a new establishment, but the service and food was incredibly bad. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, only for it to be stale and cold. Don't recommend it, at least for the near future.

Similar to someone else, I arrived around 10:45 and there was no answer at the drive through. Perhaps they had to close early, but I wish there had been a sign instead of just waiting in the drive thru with silence

SERVICE; The kiosk is a pain, and I wasn't going to wait to do a face-to-face order. Bring back people at the counter for placing orders. FOOD; Yes, the food was good, and I was glad the shake machine was working

Actually had a pretty fast crew at this McDonald's! Typically I don't go to any McDonald's because of the wait time, 30 minutes or longer. This crew had our food in 5 minutes, didn't even wait in line.
