I had not patronized McDonald's in many years as there are many other establishments that actually seem to work for their customers business. It took over five minutes before one of the four employees asked gruffly if I had been waited on. I placed an order for a #1 meal which is their Big Mac. As I waited for 14 minutes to get my meal several other customers approached the counter complaining about their order accuracy. I watched as several people had to repeat this process three or more times before getting their order right or they gave up in frustration. No staff member including the English speaking manager/supervisor ever apologized or acknowledged the customers exasperation it gave the assistance if caring at all. I figured with my long wait that I would at least get a hot fresh meal but apparently my food must have been praised long before my arrival. I received a cold Big Mac that was half unassembled in the box with my side of cold soft fries. Not sure why it took 20 minutes from the time I arrived at the counter until I received my order since the time was obviously not doesn't preparing my food and there were not many other customers in the store. Lack of employee engagement, lack of empathy and poor or no management seemed to be the order of the day here. How on earth they can keep the doors open with every customer on site complaining and NO response or concern from staff is simply amazing.

Worker who's name was Erica stated there was a problem with retrieving my mobile order. They stated they couldn't find it when I was started trying to tell them what I ordered so that they could place the order. A woman by the name of Erica who stated she was the manager said she did not have time to deal with it and told us to get out of line. When I tried to call her back to the window to give her the order, she yelled she did not have time to talk to me and she would not listen to my daughter either. So I went to the restaurant to reason with Ms. Erica and she was very rude at the window and quite unapologetic. She went and got the real manager who was a man. I explained to him the problem and tried to offer him the solution I tried to offer her and while I was talking to him she was yelling and quite rude in the background so much so until he motioned for to be quite a few times and motioned for her to walk away. I told him that I did not trust to get food from them because I felt after seeing her actions they would spit in my food, so I did not place my order. I do not live in Antioch, Tennessee I was visiting a relative. If that is how McDonald's in Antioch, Tennessee are run then I wonder if the Hispanic woman Erica was racially motivated. It seems like that behavior is actually tolerated because I did not see the manager actually correct her.

Just waited 40 minutes for two sausage egg & cheese biscuits and a 3/4 filled large drink. They told me to pull up to reserved spot #1 and clearly forgot about me. After 35 mins of waiting, I went inside where I was greeted by the manager (Stephanie I think) who then finally put together my order and simply said “sorry for the wait.” Really??? They do not have a care in the world about customers. (Mobile order #NW14 if McDonald’s wants to look into it.) I have never in my life left a one star review, but this location is awful. I’ve been there 2 other times and, both times, they messed up my order. First time: I asked for a Crispy Chicken Biscuit w/ cheese….. no cheese given. Second time: I asked for a Crispy Chicken Biscuit w/ cheese and then even asked the lady running drive thru “Did you get the cheese?” To which she replied rather annoyingly “yes.” Thought for sure it was there after that annoyed response I received but…… Nope. I am done with that location. Every time I have tried, it has been a disaster, and a 40 minute wait today was the icing on the cake.

Every time we have eaten here (and it has been going on years) the food is not fresh, fries are cold, there are very long wait times inside and outside drivethru as well. Inside, the dining room is almost always not clean and there will be a group of workers (many working) standing around up front texting on their cell phones. One day I went in the drivethru and the girl working was sitting on a stool with her "toddler' child at drivethru with her. She brought her child to work? And she was not friendly at ALL. I have called the corporate who owns this chain multiple times over the years and never do they call back or care. The Mgt. staff gets reported and talked to and again they do not really care. At one time we were told there was a "new" manager who was changing things and it would get better. I see no difference, therefore we drive out of the way to the Brentwood location/Near Concord rd on Nolensville and Concord near the Mill Creek shopping center Kroger all because their foods better and the service is good and staff are friendly. :(

I should have known before ordering from here, but I was hungry, and I knew this was there. This is a notoriously bad location. I should have gone to the one on nolensville. Every time I order from this location, I regret it. A couple years ago my boyfriend got a RAW burger from here. Nonetheless, I was very hungry. I got a double cheeseburger and a basket of fries. Never get the basket here. I promise it will always be stale and/or soggy. Everything from this location is a complete disappointment. I get breakfast on the way to work from here sometimes. I regret it each time. I imagine frequenting this location is akin to a form of self harm. Perhaps that’s why I keep coming back. This place is cursed and has the opposite of an endorsement from me. Though I keep coming back, I am further saddened by each visit. Somehow it manages to get worse each time.

Ordered and paid for 3 large meals, drive-thru attending must have clicked the medium drink for one of my large meals as special request, but none the less, paid for 3 large meals. I get to the food pick up window and ask the woman to correct the drink as she hands me a medium, just simply stating, hey I paid for a large. Easy fix, wrong. She gets irrate trying to tell me I did not pay for the large drink and sticks her hand out with the ticket. A quick look at it and you see I paid 8.89 for a large meal and med drink, and I paid 8.89 for a large meal and large drink. No price difference, spent 5 minutes arguing over this before she stormed off to finally fix the issue. 5/23/23 17:45

Horrible, just horrible. On this visit, just after 6am in the prime breakfast morning hours, I visited drive - thru. "I'll have three chicken biscuits please" - "pull roun'"... I arrived at first window "be 'leven ".. me : "for THREE chicken BISCUITS?" lady at window lookin like I'm crazy to ask: "um, YES" Feeling overly passive on this morning I handed her my twenty, to be broken down to basically nothing.. What really brought this to full "2-star never visit this restaurant (at any location) for breakfast ever again" status was arriving at my clients location this particular morning, handing them a chicken biscuit as a gesture of good faith, only to realize these overpriced biscuits were so dry they were nearly inedible.

Went around 1030am, the drive thru was slammed so I went inside. The cashier couldn't understand the one person in front of me because she couldn't speak English, but I was getting just a #1 with oj and she understood that. Alone inside, I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES per my receipt, and had to for the first time ever ask for a refund. By the time the manager came it had been 20 minutes, I got my refund, food still not up. I go out to my car and the exact same people were also in the drive thru. Worst McDonald's of all time. I'm not going to a real restaurant, it shouldn't take 25 minutes from the time I, and everyone else, order their food. I was ordering for 1 from an item directly on the menu. Never going back

I ordered through the app while in the play place with my kids. I went to get our order and they told me they never received it and acted like they were not going to make the order that was already paid for on the app that I showed them. Then they said they had received it. They gave me the order with 2 items missing. Once I noticed they told me it would be 12 minutes before those items were ready. They weren't friendly during this interaction at all. Fair warning to spend extra money going somewhere else

This McDonald’s sucks, went there today to let the kids play and eat. The lady behind the counter ignored us and was very rude. It was raining hard outside so we though they could burn off some energy Inside and eat. The lady said she wouldn’t serve us inside and that we had to go through the drive through. ATTN - DO NOT GO THEY SERVE RAW FOOD… I ordered 6 sandwiches 4 chicken sandwiches that were so raw they were still frozen in the middle and 2 McDoubles that were pink the 3 fries that were stale and the only good thing about this place was the water they kept insisting on making it again no if you weren’t even busy to make it as raw as it was literally a flashfry it was still rubbery this isn’t the first run in here and I shouldn’t have went back save yourself time and money and don’t waste it here

They didn't apply my free 1-pc nugget coupon and over charged me. When I asked for a refund on the nuggets, I was told they couldn't give me a refund! I was a manager at McDonalds 26yrs ago. I knew that they could issue a refund for me. I asked the girl at the drive thru window, again. She asked her manager. He then issued a refund for me. However, he never came to the window to rectify the situation. As a manager his behavior was very unprofessional! He acted, inconvenienced by my refund request.

Who is the manager or owner at this MCD? The staff is not pleasant and I sat there with my food at the window for 5 minutes while the employee was filling other orders behind me. Why? No apology no nothing. I wish someone would step it up here. (Edit) No response from MCD. No surprise there but the service, I assume from my wife, still is awful. UPDATE 11/11/20 - Orders still wrong, lack of customer serivice, horrible. If I did not want to make my kids happy I would NEVER go here! EVER!

This location is close to my house, so when I am need of chimken nuggs or a quarter pounder, this is the spot! It was remodeled a couple of years ago and it's drive thru is impressively fast. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful the rare times I have had an issue. Also, I can't remember the last time I couldn't get a shake or a cone because of some breakdown. The caramel sundae and ice cream cones are my favorite. I wish they would bring back the butterscotch dipped cones.

I quit going here a year ago because there must be an egg shortage for the breakfast burritos. My wife, for fathers day said she would get breakfast for me and the kids and decided to go to this craphole mcdonalds again. I wish i could upload a pic of this, Its no bigger than my finger. When one packet of salsa sauce covers 4 flipping burritos, there is something wrong you cheap bastards. I, and my family will drive 10 miles out of our way to avoid this place.

This McDonald's is in the Shell station, even though its drive thru only now, I poked my head in & asked if I could get extra crispy F.F. I said, "if you drop them now the time I get to the window they will be ready", he looked at me like I had 3 heads. And of course, they were just regular ole F.F. That is the only reason I go to McDonald's is to get extra crispy F.F., I can get burgers anywhere, & I think after today I just might. I was so mad.:(

Mobile order in the morning took more than 10 minutes and I ended up having to go inside to figure out where it was. They had clearly forgotten about it. The point of the mobile app and ordering service is to not have to wait long or go through the drive thru or go inside, and they clearly failed at achieving that.

While eating. A big argument broke out in the gasstation side. It's was 2 employees going at it. My children was scared and I was concerned for ther safety. The argument kept on going without any signs of stopping. We left without finishing our meal or useing play area. 2 employees from Shell are the reason. Im a lost coustomer and will not return, but will spread news of what happened. This happened Sunday August 13 2023

Being a patron of McDonald's for over 40 years what can they do differently? How many versions of the big Mac can they deliver? I've tried them all. Not much of a difference. Depending on the direction you're driving it can be a challenge to get into this door. It's attached to a gas station. The drive-through is a little bit different since McDonald's is behind the gas station. But you can't miss the golden arches.

We came for lunch Dec 16th 2023 with our kods from Church (21 kids plus chaperones 30) and they were incredible. Service was great and they were very patient and kind. Thank you from me and Primera Iglesia Bautista Nashville. Thank you Natalie Mejia and Elizabeth. God bless you all for an amazing work you did.

Horrible mcdonalds! Never been to such a disgusting one as this one! Flies everywhere the play area smells like feet and mold! The place is disgusting the floor dont seem liked they have ever been cleaned. If i could give this place 0 stars i would! Side note, the southwestern salad is not even a salad! Its just leaves slapped together with chicken and cheese! Horrible! First and last time EVER coming here.

Despite the social stigma associated with McDonald's I have been a lifelong lover of the convenience and food. When McDonald's food is served hot such as hot fries or a hot Quarter Pounder they are tough to beat when you are low on time and low on funds. McDonald's decision to once again use fresh meat for the Quarter Pounders was a great idea and has really improved the quality of the product.

Drive thru and food was fine but one of the workers bagging the food was eating an apple pie in the kitchen with his gloves on while touching the food the customers were eating. The one worker also wasn’t wearing a face mask. (photo below was a picture I snapped of the apple pie in his hand.) I don’t like to post bad reviews of establishments but this is genuinely a health hazard.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ate at.After waiting for almost 30 minutes to get taken care of the manager gave me a dirty cup with dirt around the top of it with my drink already poured into it

I get off work late and sometimes will swing by on my way home. Everytime the late night crew seems to ignore or not care about the drive thru line. Tonight despite being there forty minutes before the midnight close time I was ignored and in the process of waiting they shut all the lights off. Basically we're closed, even though it's only 11:30pm.

Yum. I love McDonalds. While I don't eat here often (age prohobits that as it catches up to quick!), but I always look forward to satisying my cravings when I get the. Food is fresher now than ever. Lots of burger choices. Best fries. Best coke! Lost a star only cause sketchy people sometimes hang in the parking lot and it can be scary.

It's suppose to be fast food not I'll move on my own. Employees are always slow. When I go in there it would be at least 6 employees i see but they move like turtles I'm like we are building y'all pockets. And theres one rude manager short and wear glasses he just so rude doesn't show any good customer service it's just terrible.

I wasn't going to say anything, but I'm still disgusted. 2 days ago at 11am I bought a hamburger and while I was chewing I pulled a long brunette hair out of my mouth still sticking out of my hamburger DISGUSTING!!! I expected more from a McDonald's in that neighborhood. You can wear a mask, but no hair nets. Just plain nasty.

1st of all I needed to use the restroom granted they had lobby shut down but they had about 6 people inside that were not workers just inside hanging out "Not eating" so my problem was what made all those people better than me & who are they to decide who is able to come in or not just saying

This used to be a good Mcdonalds with nice staff. Now they barely have any workers. They only have the drive thru open and not the lobby. One of the night shift managers is always rude like it’s our fault they got no staff. She used to be nice but now she’s just always has an attitude.

Never actually eaten in this McDonald's, but it has become a usual bathrooms stop in the mornings. The bathrooms are fantastic! The people are always very nice, and it always appears very clean. There is typically not much of a line, so I assume they must have pretty fast service.

I checked in when I got to the gas station because I had a mobile order, went inside for 3/5 minutes for a drink. Went through the drive through and they still had me wait 15 minutes at the pick up window. The people that work there are slower than cold molasses.

The breakfast team here is awesome! Always smiling and always fast! The team in the back look like they are having a good time and Charles at the front counter is always very friendly and courteous. Glad to do breakfast here!

Very rude person taking our order, she was just rushing us still managed to get our order wrong and gave us two kids meals with no toys, gave us ketchup with syrup all over the packets. I don't recommend this location at all.

I was only there for drinks, but my kids are picky. One medium no ice, one large no ice, one large with ice. These guys got it right. Bonus points for not asking if I needed a cup holder, but instead just packing them in.

I went through the drive-thru around 5 p.m. on a Friday and ordered a 6 piece McNugget. They were so fresh and hot. I would give ten Stars if I could. Great job McDonald's on Nippers Corner

The drive-thru took way longer than it should. The staff is also very disorganized when preparing the orders. Besides that inconvenience, the food is well cooked and the order was correct.

This location has become allot better with customer service and quality of food. All of the employees are great and they showed me why I should continue to do buisness with McDonald's.
