If I could put 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru & as I was ordering using my McDonald’s app not only did she misunderstand me saying a large fry for a large sprite. I tried correcting her & she interrupted me not letting me finish ordering my food. She went on to taking the person in the second lane order. I waited to try to put my order in again & disrespectfully got interrupted again not able to finish ordering my food like before. When I got to the window not only did she open the window making a face, but tried arguing WITH ME then denied me service. NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS THE MANAGER! She stopped a young man from helping me & a girl came to the window with her as they were walking off she pointed & laughed. Someone was also hanging out the second window laughing. DEFINITELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish I recorded! I think I recall her name tag saying “Marilyn”

My mother and I stopped in on August 22nd 2023 ordered a couple of big max drinks and one large french fry .My mom took a look at her big Mac and the meat was Gray. I took it back to the front, showed them mine where it had been thoroughly cooked. And then I showed them my mother's big Mac where it was slightly Gray and the manager. I believe told me that's the way that it's supposed to be cooked. And she said that you have to ask for it to be cooked. Well, I've never seen a big Mac hamburger comeback Gray. But they did fix it. Although they did not want to. I would not recommend going to the McDonald's off of old Hickory boulevard exit On interstate forty.Unless you thoroughly check your food.

I ordered a big mac, 2 cheese burgers, 2 large fries, & a cup of ice. I checked the bag & was missing one large fry. I told the girl that took my order, she told the fry guy & he came over & asked me to show him my receipt...then he proceeded to take his time getting the missing order of fries, while my other food was getting cold. Then I had to ask for the cup of ice. The big mac was the worst that I have ever had. The meat tasted old/bad, lettuce was overflowing & the special sauce was missing.

My experience at this McDonald's was just like any other typical McDonald's in America. Cold fries, long wait (yet a short line), wrong order, and rude employees. Everything was as expected from the McDonald's brand. It's about time for McDonald's to come out with something new and different and maybe the employees won't be so bored that they mess up orders just to get some sort of entertainment. Jk, I'm sure they don't purposely mess up orders....

Ayo, honestly. This place smacks. In all my short 21 years, only a few years do I remember actually enjoying a meal from them. This was the first visit in forever that my chicken was actually chicken and not a damn sponge, and my coffee... Ugh, dude, fantastic,not burnt, not overly flavored or sweetened,just freaking right yo.. I'm happy.prices could use an adjustment, but that goes for everyone.

Man, if y'all hate Doordash customers just say that!!!! Ordered double quarter piunder meal. Meat and fries on double meal undercooked. had to put in airfryer at home and put condiments on it. Did not get cookies. Fries and chicken nuggets were undercooked and had to put in airfryer. Like it was hot but not cooked thoroughly. Super stressful to experience after an already long, hard date and working late.

I went through the drive-thru for my mobile order and was told to go to the 3rd window. I waited and waited, as I saw car after car behind me get their food. After 10 minutes I had to go inside and they were all confused. I had to repeat my order to them 5 times, apparently no one knew anything. Finally they remade my food for me but they were very apathetic to the situation.

Was trying to pick up my door dash order the guy handed me the wrong food twice then proceeded to tell me they don’t have the food. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything. I had to cancel pick up and had to cancel the next pick at the same McDonald’s because the next order wasn’t ready. I wasted 20 mins on these orders I could have been working on other jobs.

Not sure if it was a staffing issue but a Tuesday night at 7pm and I waited nearly 30 minutes from start to finish. So naturally my fries were cold. But the staff that were there, were friendly and busting people out of there as fast as they could.

15 minute wait, slow moving employees, not friendly, no napkins, no straws, had to wipe down my own table and what we though was a homeless person sleeping on a corner table.....turned out to be a cashier towards the end of our eat in meal. We did see the drive thru window attendant hustling even though she had on a leg brace, so kudos to her.

This is the most consistent Mc Donald's around on food freshness(fresh fries), made correctly, open all hours, with polite and competent workers.

Nov 26,2023 I visited McDonald’s the manager was so disrespectful she was rude. she came back with an attitude because the machine wasn’t working at the front counter. I will be calling corporate on her because he doesn’t make sense the poor customer service I receive here.

The cashier was nice but my order wasn't right. I asked for the egg white sausage meal. I got it with I don't know what kind of cheese, didn't get my hashbrown, it was old and cold and reg egg. I also saw bugs as I was getting napkins. Just throw the whole meal away.... Won't be visiting that McDonald's again.

We pulled thru the window and got breakfast, it was great, biscuits were hot and delicious Service was AAA, thank you!

Latest SNAFU, ordered Quarter Pounder no onions, got home NO MEAT … I’m done with this location.. Curb side order twice, both times 10 minutes before I decided to go in and pick it up myself. Terrible, won’t use curbside again. Tried to call MOD and got hung up on 4 times… emailed corporate…

i only had a 4a combo and they told me to park and wait and 3 different people has gotten their food they even had bigger orders than mine, they never came and i had to park and go inside to get my food, so unprofessional

The McDonald's in martin is usually pretty fast on your orders and most of the time they are correct. Food is your typical McDonald's food. The place is pretty clean and staff always has that smile.

Kids love the outside seating don't have to worry about the traffic because it's gated in.
