I used to love this place. I've grown up here my whole life. I had a car run through at about 40 to try to just beat me to the line and of course i let him because he would have hit me otherwise. So I rolled down my window and called him a name. Thats it. I didn't get out of my car or do anything to anyone, just that and then I was ready to order. The person on the mic apparently heard me say that and actually called the sheriff. For calling someone a name. i didn't treat anyone badly and he seriously almost took my car out from speeding through the lot. I go there almost every day for a drink as it's one mile from my home. I won't be going there anymore. They put a customer's livelihood in jeopardy for calling someone a name and perpetuating the culture of right now stating customers are deserving it. I didn't deserve to have the workers do this and I feel like most are just waiting for this kind of action so they can jump in. AND DONT GO INSIDE, they won't wait on you. You will stand there for a while, even with door dash. They also ask you to confirm a pickup before you actually even have the meal, which is a big NO NO. Just lost a loyal customer, will be going to the other hermitage location.

Not a big fan of this location! Did not want to wait on you at the counter, a gray haired man came over to "new order stations" (KIOSK)to show me how to use the kiosk. Really, I work at an computer ALL DAY I know how to use a kiosk! Then it occured to me, NO ONE BUT THE GRAY HAIRED MAN SPOKE ENGLISH!!!! I do not have a prejudice bone in my body, I work at an Elementary School and most of our population is foreign, all types of nationalities. However, we are teaching them the ENGLISH language. Please have your employees learn English! What is wrong with being able to walk up to a counter and ordering a hamburger, fries, and drink. Pamper me please I am paying to be waited on....jeez. If everyone is wanting to come to America by all means Come On. Just learn the language please!!! Those kiosk are the pits! My order was WRONG. But who can I ask to fix , they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND THE GRAY HAIRED GUY WAS HELPING TEACH EVERYONE ELSE HOW TO ORDER ON THE KIOSK!!! My sandwich went in the trash( allergic to ketchup, which it was loaded with) Went to SUBWAY. At least they take your order at the counter. Won't be back...

The staff basically ignores you as long as they can so they don’t have to deal with you hoping you’ll go to the kiosk. If you’re unfamiliar with the kiosk and you’re not sure what to do, they will just let you stand there forever and not say anything. The strange thing about my experience was that although I was completely ignored a different customer came in and was immediately served at the counter. I can only use one word to describe the quality of the work ethic that I observe in the people I see working the front counter. Useless. I know working in a McDonald’s on a Sunday Isn’t where most people wish themselves to be, But you can choose your attitude and you choose whether or not you’re going to make the most of it and be a positive person or you’re just going to be a toxic victim to be avoided. I guess the bar is only as high as being grateful they show up to work. Funny how when you go to Chick-fil-A it is never like that no matter where you go or what Chick-fil-A you go to. You can definitely tell the difference in company cultures and just how deeply embedded it is in the organizations.

The staff has really been able to keep up with the demands of the customers and I think they are not given enough credit for the job they do. With covid-19 and everything else that is going on in the world, but when I do go there for anything even if it is just a cup of hot water for my instant coffee (I'm that broke) I don't ever get a bad experience. Mcdonald's as a whole has really done everything they can to help make sure you are taken care of... That to me means more than anything. Being able to keep up with the world and doing well is not a easy task. They catch alot of grief for some of the oops moments they have, but we need to stop and remember that nobody is perfect... These people are out here putting them selves in danger for you to get a easy and affordable meal quickly... So all I have to say is GREAT JOB YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!?

So I did a mobile order and ordered a couple of quarter pounder with cheese and added to my order and did a quick add to add a coke and med fries. I get to the window and get my food and then the young Hispanic girl went to hand me a coffee and I said "I'm sorry I meant to order a coke" then she stated "well that's what you ordered" and closed the window and was bitching away that she had to make a coke for me even though I ordered coffee. When she opened the window to hand me the coke I said " I'm sorry I ordered the wrong thing and there is no reason for you to be nasty about it" and once again she said "well that's what you ordered" That little girl is rude and disrespectful and shouldn't be working with the public!

Went through drive through about 11:30pm and ordered a #7 double cheeseburgers. Waited easily 15 minutes in the drive through and watched YouTube to pass the time. Both burgers were missing Pattie’s and had no onions it was two pieces of bread with cheese and ketchup ‘no meat’. I know you guys close at midnight and want to go home, but if you are going to sacrifice service just close the window at 11:30pm and stop taking orders and clean your kitchen and go home. If your manager doesn’t like that idea then you need to serve food until midnight and have them pay you until 12:30-1am to do your closing. I used to work in a restaurant I know you must clean your grill, clean ice cream machine , take out grease, mop floors, clean bathrooms, prep food for morning, cash out register etc etc. I get it I understand.

if this is the one by the Walmart the manager is a well i won't say. but she is very rude, can't handle pressure when it is busy and if drive thru is backed up forget getting your order taken inside for quite sometime. i had a special request order and was told to do it myself at the kiosk- well the kiosk doesn't do special requests. so i was there for exactly 37 minutes to get something to eat. i started to leave but then i realized that's what she wanted me to do so i stayed and made her take my order. Oh, also if your food is wrong and you don't find out until you get home or work forget it! i called was told the next time i come back they would replace it. I had my receipt and the manager that day refused to fix my order. this particular location sucks in customer service.

Never do I ever have such a bad experience that I feel the need to come and make a review until I went to this McDonald’s. The only thing I got was a bacon biscuit, Sausage biscuit and a medium iced coffee. The bacon on the bacon biscuit was so burnt you could not eat any of it. I actually only ate the biscuit because the bacon was so unbearable. The sausage biscuit was bearable but the sausage patty looked like it sat on the grill for a minute on each side. Now the coffee was the biggest disappointment of my order. When I took a sip of the coffee there was an inch layer of just the black ground up coffee sitting in the very bottom of the cup. This is the worst coffee I have ever drank in my LIFE!! I’m very disappointed and I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s again.

So its a 24hr mcdonalds which is right by the house. We went there at 2:30 am and they didn't have coffee made, which almost every other mcd-s has 24-7. The lady who took out order seemed more concealed with getting us gone then actually serving us out meals. Not horrible but not good. Only use at 230 am..lol

I will not be coming back to this location again. They give the worst service ever. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it's always the same every time. They leave you sitting at the speaker box for a long time, even after saying "hello" several times. When they do finally take your order, your left sitting in line for a long period of time. A lot of people get so frustrated and just jump out of line and drive off, I myself have done so also. I've been handed the wrong order several times when finally reaching the window, and they're ice cream machine is always "down". Dealing with the not so friendly staff isn't pleasant either. I'm just going to avoid this location altogether from now on.

Ok, so its Mcdonalds..but the service here can be hit or miss .. Whatever happened to "Hi, Welcome to McDonalds" The "Go ahead with order" has the same number of syllables and not friendly at all?? Food here is never up to what I think is McDonalds standards.. Fries taste like old oil, and the coke taste like they need to clean the machine.. I really get a "we could care less that you are here" attitude. Especially if they are busy, dont bother trying to talk to the manager. she will ignore you, because she is too busy expediting food and not managing the store. Hanburgers are slapped together..half the time coming out of the paper.. I drive a little further to go to a different store most of the time.

Worst experience I've ever had at this location. The rudest most bothered woman immediately blurted out with an attitude "breakfast and cash only". It was 330 in the morning, she refused to answer what time they start serving breakfast because she knew they weren't supposed to start and were just being lazy af. At the point I'm more worried that foul lady would mess with my food I knew it was time to ✌️. The normal night crew is very respectful, timely & I never have problems. Not sure who she is but I truly hope she finds employment where no living being has to interact with her.

My girlfriend and I went to this location at 11:15. PM on a Friday night. There was nooooo cars around me not in the parking lot other then I’m assuming employees cars, there’s was 3. Anyways, 20min just sitting there listening to silence. Not once were we acknowledged. So I pulled up to the window, two employees just sitting there on their phones laughing. When I tried talking to them, they looked at me and turned away. Please hire people that actually wanting to work. Thank you, the Macdonald’s down the street helped us and I told them thank you for doing their job. Please do your job and hire people who diserte to have a job.

I was in a rush this afternoon. I had to leave work to run some errands and thought I would grab something at McDonald’s. Now, to be fair, I have never been a fan but I was on a hurry. All I can say is WOW. The first picture was taken right after I opened the container the burger was on and it was the biggest mess I have ever seen. To add insult to injury, I was given 2 flimsy napkins. I took photos so you could see for yourself. All I can say is BEWARE!!

Soon after leaving a McDonalds close by which got my entire order wrong, I visited this location... let’s just say that I should have gone home. “Welcome to McDonalds, we are cash only and breakfast only.” They apparently “count the drawers” around this time so they can only take cash payments.... Does anyone else not understand this? All I can say is that McDonalds needs to get it together. I don’t know if it is just the night shift staff that needs to get it together or the brand as a whole, but something needs to change. Save yourself the trouble and GO ELSEWHERE.

We had a medium-sized order with three quarter pounders and three chicken nuggets plus three orders of fries. We were asked to pull ahead as they were waiting on fries. We waited for 10 minutes and when they brought the food to us we got cold fries. Also we were missing one of our orders of nuggets. Not sure where the disconnect is but a little quality control will go a long ways. I am downgrading my last rating of five stars to two stars as you're only as good as your last visit. Too many more visits like this one and l might have to rethink my dining options.

We waited 43 Minutes in line and the food was COLD. The tea was half-spoiled. There may have been 5 or 6 on staff giving out Bad Food. Two days prior, we were told " the system was down", but EVERYTHING is back working an hour later. This has been a Constant problem for about a year at this location. We were quiet until today with this Cold Combo given to us today. Suggestion; Maybe this location should just close with everyone else in the area or Close For Good. Paying $10 - $15 for THIS is Old. Just like this bag we were given. We're Done.

The Manager at this location is always working no matter the time of day. At my residence we have 12 ppl in our household (roommates) and we all visit here at least once a day for the Caramel Frappe Xtra caramel. The manager must work a lot but is always hospitable

The restaurant itself is clean and has a cozy feeling; but the staff does not seem to listen or care. Typically we have no issues here, but once we had started to use our BOGO coupons we received in the mail, the comprehension of what we wanted went down the drain. We've come multiple times during different hours in hopes that maybe the cashier was new and honestly didn't know how to use the coupons.. sadly that was not the case. Just about every order we have attempted to get ended up wrong with either too much food or not enough.

So I can't order food from a human being cause we might spread Covid but if I want ketchup I have to get it from the dripping faucet in the lobby that looks like it's maybe cleaned once a week. This isn't the fault of the staff but their safety precautions seem more to keep them from having to work and less to do with actual safety. McDonald's is a joke anymore, check your standards before you claim to be protecting people. Pay these workers a fair wage and we might see some actual compassion from these individual stores.

1 star review. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin sandwiches meat cook well done. The sausage was cold. Both pieces of meat were cold and not cooked well done. Terrible customer service. Hope you don’t want anything that would cause the workers to work after 10. Ice cream machine is always being cleaned. Never any cookies or pies since that would require them to actually do something. This location just keeps getting worse and worse. Shame I would rather drive out of my way to go to another McDonald’s. Asked for no pickles and no onions so out of spite they put one pickle in the middle of my burger and 2 onions when clearly marked with the custom stickers.

I don’t know what everyone is talking about when they say this location is the worst. I was a bit weary ordering from this location at first but decided to bite the bullet and order online anyways. I walked in and was greeted warmly by the staff, the restaurant was clean, and my food was ready! 10/10 the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had.

The people that work here are lazy, ask them for something and before looking for it say they dont have any left because they dont see it in the spot it normally is. Either pay these kids more so they feel like it's a job worth keeping then they will perform their responsibility or hire people that have the decency to do their job regardless of how they feel about it. If I acted like the employees here and didnt bother to do simple things the customer asked I would be fired from my job

I am lowering my review of this spot. This particular McDonald's has managed to get my usual order (McDouble, fries, drink - not complex and no items customized) wrong in some way the last five times now. Staff is nice about it each time and I rarely complain about minor fast food messups, but lately it has been the exception for me to receive what I ordered how I ordered it rather than the rule. I will change the rating if they improve or stop going altogether if they don't.

My biggest complaint is that they usually don't make the food as requested. I don't like the yellow cheese they put on their burgers so I always request it made without it. But I always check it before I leave as whoever makes my food never listens. Today I ordered 2 bacon burgers, no cheese. Before I left I sat down and inspected my order: cheese on both. They remade them without offering an apology. But it's not just a McDonald's problem. Same thing happened @ BK last week.

Aside from the architecture going Full Dud from how it was before, now there's More Proof the Mexicans can Not Speak English‼️ I Paid $2 for an Extra Patty on each of my Double Cheeseburgers and did I get what I Paid For❓️Hell No❗️I didn't even get the Extra lettuce I paid for either...

On the positive side the food was good and the portions seems larger than what I expected. On the negative side however, it was surprising to find that although the restaurant had been recently renovated, the upkeep was very poor. There was trash everywhere and almost all the tables were dirty. Like most of the restaurants in the immediate area it doesn't seem like they can hire enough staff to properly maintain the restaurant and quality of service.

Do not bother here .first time visiting this McDonald's. Went through drive thru.which showed a promotion .after waiting 10mins I asked the employee how much was the promotion they had on the menu .I got a reply of "I do not understand you .what do you actually want " I only asked to see what the price was of the promotion . I even heard what the employee was saying to their colleagues on the microphone. Very upset about the whole situation

Clean, decently made food. Terrible staff. Recommendation: never come here with a coupon. On two separate occasions they could not understand a basic buy-one-get-one coupon. After reading the exact order back to the cashier three times, they still got my order wrong, even with the manager assisting. If not for the uncaring and unprofessional customer service, I would have given 3 or 4 stars, but that's a huge part of the experience.

It's McDonald's. Although one of the more pleasant one's in Nashville. Much better service than the other one in Hermitage. The other one has a more modern atmosphere, but employee (and management) attitudes are rough and accuracy has been an issue. So, for my money, this McDonald's is the better one.

Very upset. As someone who doesn't eat much, McDonald's has been my go-to lately because it's one of the only things I can stomach. My nuggets were gross and stale and I didn't get my sauce. My mcdouble didn't come as I wanted. The gentleman who took my payment wasn't even paying attention to me so I can assume he wasn't paying attention to me when I was ordering. Going to try to avoid this location if possible from now on.

The cashier put my order in wrong. When I tried to get her attention, she ignored me. Then, the manager upcharged me for the mistake and told me to come in and fix my drinks myself. I refused, and he proceeded to tell me Lady your killing me. Beyond rude.

They forgot one of my orders. Was too late by the time we checked. Was already home. As the customer, we should not check if we got all of our orders or not. That responsibility should not fall on the customer. That responsibility should be the employees. They had one job.... they get paid to check orders and make sure that everything is in the bag before handing it off. They get paid to do this. Take responsibility!

Not like I expected something great... We went here in a late night once and once it became our turn to order they said they were closing or out of food. Some real bogus excuses for being 24hr spot right by the highway... Also the place is filthy as hell. You can see the dirt build up all around the fountain drink area. Always seems to be chaotic there. If you just have to have McDonald’s go to the one on Lebanon...

Three days In a row I’ve ordered over 30 dollars of food and all three days large amounts of the order were missing. Your entire night crew is too worried about playing and talking and can’t get a single order right. I’ve eaten there every day at least once for the last 2 years. To top it off the food they did put in there had toppings that were asked to be left off EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It needs to be made right

Considering it is open around the clock, It is hard to find anything but good things to say about this McDonald's. I wish more locations had the motivation and hard work ethics needed to step up and be the leader in the return to freedom, the return to the days when you can hop in the car and go grab a big mac at 3 or 430 in the morning! Way to go guys!

I dont think I've gotten FRESH food from McDonald's in like 8 years OR LONGER. Got a big mac and they gave me a double chz burger with the big mac middle bun on Bottom so obvious that it was old. Was gonna give three stars but I was just so disappointed.

The staff at this McDonalds was extremely rude to paying customers and harrassed them and demanded they leave simply because they did not eat long enough. Even after buying more food they were forced to leave. I personally will never eat at this McDonalds again and honestly I may have lost my taste for McDonald's all together! The staff of this McDonalds should be ashamed of their behavior and rudness!

Drive thru was wrapped around the building. Mind you, it has two lanes to order. Waited 18 min to order food. It was around 10:45pm. As I got plenty of time to wait, I saw there now hiring sign for 3rd shift only. This explains a little bit about the wait. After ordering it took another 12min to get food. Food was slightly warm and very disappointing. Overall not worth over 30 min for drive thru food!

Was not impressed with this location. I was in drive thru, ordered a quarter pounder and a sprite (witch I ended up not drinking because it tasted like plain carbonated water). I had to remind them that I ordered the sprite and when I asked for a straw they acted all offended. And when I opened the quarter pounder container when I got home I was amazed to find chicken nuggets instead of the burger.

No stars for me, i had to put one. Lady at the drive through was rude and got an attitude when I asked to place an order because i was on the speaker for 2 minutes but the people who order next to me who pulled up 2 minutes AFTER me had gotten served. She rolled her eyes and said, “what do you want?” Customer service is absolutely trash! So i left and didn’t eat. Hermitage McDonalds, all bad!

I dont know how macdonalds is still in business. If it wasn't for thier breakfast I think they are doomed. Even when you order a bacon egg sandwich without bacon they still get that wrong. On top of that people are supposed to get a discount when you dont get bacon will, in some places I do and others I dont. Price is always different in 3 different locations ordering the same exact order

The worst customer service I think I've ever had ANYWHERE. Four employees watched me walk up to the counter (I was the only one there) and continued to talk about some shop they liked for at least a full minute before one of them started toward me, then turned around and continued to talk to another about this shop. When I looked aggravated they seemed to stall more. I left. I won't be back.

Terrible service, but friendly drive thru workers. Double cheeseburger looked like a burned pancake, no condiments on it EXCEPT ketchup; fries were cold so asked for a fresh batch only to have the same cold fries returned to me after the fries were dropped in grease to reheat. SMFH. Do better. It's not that hard.

Nobody home! This is the second time I went through the drive through, and after waiting about 3 minutes decide not to go to McDonald's They didn't even say please wait. The first time they finally spoke up right when I was driving away. We went in once and the guy charged us for water, while someone was yelling at someone. This McDonald's is not worth it. I've given it too many changes.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since the late 90’s and they were attentive, courteous to our large party (with multiple kids under 4), and the dining and play areas were kept clean throughout our time here. Good management is noticeable and just wanted to make sure that’s reflected here

If i could give a lower score I would. I went to this McDonalds twice in a week.. Once for breakfast and they left out an item. Then one more time for a quick lunch left out my fried but luckily I checked my bag before I pulled off only to get to work and realize they made my burger the wrong way :( Anyways I'll try them again in a couple of months not any time soon.

Will not be going back to McDonald's again tired of the missing order not picking up the phone and losing to people who just want to stand around and talk. Terrible customer service. I asked before I left if that was everything and of course it wasn't. They didnt even give me a receipt. Taking to my business to Wendy's. McDonald's you have lost a valuable customer.

I hate that this is the only McDonald's near us. We go regularly because of our kids. After about a year, I don't think the person taking my money or the person giving me my food has ever said a word to me other than my total. They don't even look at you. But the order is correct about half the time we go, so I guess it's an improvement to other McDonald's?

With all due respect this drive thru worker that is here constantly…can’t even get orders right and has an attitude every time I come through..my orders are wrong every single time…I came thru 4/12/22 at about 2:45 am and I specifically asked “can I please get 4 Buffalo?” I couldn’t even get that… tried to remind him but his attitude really isn’t right…

This McDonald's, unlike the other McDonald's I rated, is extremely good! I ordered my food at 2 and got my order at 2:05 it was hot it was fresh the staff was friendly when they brought it to me they were friendly when I ordered it and they were friendly when I left I would highly recommend going to this particular McDonald's if you have the chance to.

I just left. Gave the guy 50 dollar bill for my food. My order came up to 21 and some change. He acting like i gave him a 20. No sir i look at my money before i hand anybody anything. I asked him to check and he wouldn't. Will be calling corporate in the morning. Do not go here if u want your money. The workers are thieves and not to be trusted.

I will never go back to McDonalds. Thought I'd give them one more try. Meat has NO taste whatsoever that resembles beef. Fries terrible; not like they used to be. Guy at counter could not speak English! His eye looked like it was bleeding.Had to happen have English speaking manager come take my order. Terrible experience. No more McDs for me!!!

The worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's. Waited for about 5 min for the lady to take my order,even though she saw me waiting. After the manager said something she finally came over grumpy and took it. The whole restaurant was full of unhappy customers complaining about the lazy service. I'll drive out of my way to avoid coming back here

Stop overpaying for coffee. Most of the staff is friendly and efficient . Never a long wait, even when there’s a long wait. Literally, we drive past another local McDs to get to this one.

This location has hung up the phone on me 7 times. I’ve been trying to call for 20 minutes about being charged twice for an order and haven’t been able to speak to a single person due to the staff continuously hanging up the ringing phone.

I tried to use the mobile app to buy a homeless person some food and I screwed up since with it, but the young man at the counter was very patient and helpful figuring it out with and for me. As well as offering me an extra complimentary pie for not having the one he wanted. I don't eat here, but I had a great customer service experience!

What is the point of having a mobile order app if your cash only when I come for breakfast that defeats the purpose and makes people think that you are stealing from the restaurant

Ordered quarter pounder meal. Took longer than 15 minutes from when I placed order to reach drive thru window to pay. My fries were warm, not hot. They replaced my fries. I didn't check my burger while at drive thru. I wish I had, because it was smuthered in onions & hanging off the bun. I had to scrape off onion & rebuild my burger.

Worst service EVER. I ordered biscuits and gravy and paid for everything. Then 15 mins later I was informed there was no gravy. The manager was completely rude saying it was the new person's fault. Ugh no it's your fault for not paying attention.

Terrible terrible terrible. You have teenagers as managers trying to lead teenagers. The service is crappy, the managers don't care about customer service. Nothing is never stocked, always shouting for supplies. Drive thru is always wrapped. Inside is always dirty and your always waiting. Nothing is fast in this " FAST FOOD".

Supposed to be a 24hr location. Popped out for a late night burger at around 2am. They left a line of 6 cars in the drive thru waiting for over 20 mins before finally abruptly just saying "closed" over the drive through intercoms with no other explanation, making it a frustrating total waste of time.

By far the worst service ever. No matter what you ask for they never get it right. Once I got a cheese burger without the burger. I mean are you serious. Usually I'm understanding but come on now get it together... it's not rocket science. I've been in Customer service for years if I was the manager there is be embarrassed.

Its the best of the worst locations for this fast food chain! Poorly trained, rude, and zero sense of pride or reputation whatsoever! Management along with the staff to match need to all be fired and ultimately replaced because these characteristics seem to be set in stone and lack any willingness to change or do better!

Waited forever in the Drive-Thru and when we got our food some was wrong, some was cold and some was left out. Had to knock on the window to tell them to give us the rest of our order and they acted like we had offended them. They didn't even say thank you they just shut the window in our face. Neither fast nor friendly.

The service was good and quick.place was clean I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a small fry. The burger wasn't as hot as it was expecting and it was really small for being a double.

Drive thru window gave me my Coke dripping and then acted as if I disturbed her by saying wait a min so I could dry off the outside of the drink then didn’t say anything else like thank you come again just totally ignored me. I understand being busy but really? What has happened to the work ethic in these trying times?

They don’t read orders. Consistently leave out half the order or the nuggets… or put fries in the bag upside down. Act like it’s normal and they don’t care. Get it together McDonalds. I’ve been coming to this location for years. Please hire folks that can read to work the window. It’s not that hard to check an order.

My husband and I stopped there this morning Friday April 26, 2019 at approximately at 8:00 a.m. and not only were they out of orange juice, it's like REALLY and then I opened our 2 sausage egg mcmuffins to discover there both BURNT! And the girl didn't give us our cash receipt of $10.47! NOT ACCEPTABLE McDonald's!

Actually it was good today but on May 22nd the employee at the drive through was on her phone, handed me the wrong order, then proceeded to yell at me when I tried to correct.Appeared to be a manger, not a good way to start out some ones day. Very poor customer service. Any other time I have had no issues.

It's your average McDonald's .. they are pretty quick at getting your order to you..

This McDonald’s is horrible every single time I try coming here from customer service to bad attitudes to the cold fries. Like stop working in fast food hating your life’s It’s not customers fault y’all work there. Shut this place down and give us a Steak ‘n Shake or cookout with new smiling happy faces.

Employees were friendly & quick! Went for a milkshake but once again, as found at multiple other McDonald's, the machine wasn't working. Not sure why McDonald's even has milkshakes or ice cream on the menu if the machines don't ever work. Son got a cheeseburger instead for a quick snack & it was fine.

I ordered in the drive through, paid, picked up food and left. I was sitting at the red light and a lady ran out to give me the right sandwich. She said your order was bagged wrong, we are sorry but here is what you ordered. . . . WOW How Great is that for Customer Service!!! 6 Stars please. . . .

The drive thru is usually busy and on multiple trips here I've had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the order. Seems to me that's a very long time when you have only 2-3cars in front of you. Also, it doesn't seem they have customers pull over when they have a big order like they used to in the past.

Order a spicy chicken sandwich and got a burnt piece of garbage, was extremely hard you can see how burnt it was. They left thus in the cabinet for way longer than what policy states. Definitely filing a health report

Waited 10 minutes at the 1st drive thru window. Then another 8 minutes at the second window. Then told to wait at reserve sign another 6 min. Only ordered 20 mcnugetts 2 small fries and large coke. They weren't even busy. You would think waiting that long the food would be hot nope all luke warm

The deluxe Quarter Punder was dry and terrible. They left off a 10 peice nugget (but they replaced it). Everything else was great.

Ordered a big breakfast and got a biscuit,egg and a piece of sausage, I could have ordered the biscuit and saved money instead of paying for a big breakfast. Then tried to call and they wouldn't answer phone, not because they were busy its 4:45 in the morning and I was the only customer.

Does this McDonalds ever give receipts? I believe we have people pocketing money at this location 11/8/21 11:30pm I was told a different price at drive thru window then he took my money to back usually that's not how I've conducted business in the past experiences. Customer Beware!!!!!

Check your food before you leave. Majority of the time its wrong. They act offended if you ask for condiments. Than just give you 2 jellies for 4 sausage biscuits. I gave them 2 stars because sometimes their ice cream machine works. Took away a star because they deserve negative stars.

the only McDonalds I’ve ever been to that you consistently get the joy of building your own sandwich into a sandwich every single time lol I love our local McDonald’s with a constant insane wait time for cold, missing/wrong food ☺️
