this place is right down the block from my job so , naturally, its very convenient to grab food here. (you'd think) regardless i come here most days a week. i dont even go in anymore. i refuse. i order on the app and have them bring it out. 1st of all, I don't understand why the people here act like ketchup packets come out of their salary. i can get a 20 piece and 3 large friend and be lucky to get 2 packets if any at all. and then when you go inside to ask they act like youre asking for a free sandwich and only give you 2 more. 2nd they will make you wait for like 10 minutes with minimal customers as if im not there on my lunch break or something. they literally will see you trying to order, (or in my case just give them my mobile order confirmation which is extremely simple) and continue talking and BSing 3rd (actually the reason i stopped going inside at all) literally had me waiting for 10 minutes and comes out and takes the persons order behind me, and even when i repeatedly said something about it i was ignored. when i get up there, no apology. like if you made a mistake at least apologize im genuinely one of the most easy going people and it hineslty hurts my heart to leave a bad review but this location certainly earned it. every time i am there, somehow, someway, they manage to annoy me.

What's with this place??? It says I 24 hours for the drive thru on the app too but never lets you order online? One time i waited in line for like 10 mins and left i was there around 1am. The. Another time i placed an order on the app it said it was closed it didn't even show up even though it said drive thru 24 hours. I thought it was weird i went the first speaker said pull up to the other speaker then no one said anything it looks closed kind off like the kitchen lights are on. Girl with a pink shirt took my order, she didn't give me my receipt so I don't know her name, but she had curly black hair and a pink shirt on, and it was around 9:00 p.m., she took my order, and was also in the second drive-thru window. she was rude when I was paying and she looked like she was trying to rush me, I was checking my food but then she put her face out the window and was just staring at me and then I felt uncomfortable so I stopped checking my food and when I looked up she was still staring at me till I drove away, so when I got home I opened up the food and I was missing some of the chicken nuggets that I had ordered, which is exactly why I was checking the bag but she made me feel rushed which was very rude of her because they did get the order wrong. Worse service ever. These managers don't know what there doing. To order inside you wait 15 min just to place order then another 15min for food. I ask for extra cheese they put it on top the other cheese rather then separating them. When I asked to put it correct the manager said it already has cheese I could give you the slice if you want. I'm just wow that's your response. The only person working was a girl Stacy they where putting everything on her. The other ladies laughing and joking just walking around doing nothing. I specifically asked for 4 different kinds of sauce and I let them know beforehand so I wouldn't get to the window asking them last minute. I asked them for hot mustard because I ordered it beforehand it didn't even see it in the bag. They told me it would be 40 cents more, the price wasn't the issue. My issue was I asked already and they wanted the charge me it meanwhile the manager was right there and didn't do anything . I used to work at a McDonald's and I understand if each store is different and they charge for sauces but I don't understand how they question me as if I had a reason to lie about the sauce. The sauce is not coming out of the employee or Managers check and I guarantee you, I eat All my sauces lol.

This is a really nice McDonalds. The Play Palace is very spacious allowing several families to sit, eat and watch their children play. I found this McDonalds to be very clean. They gave me all the requested sauces for my Happy Meal chicken nugget order, two 6 piece nugget order and chicken sandwiches. The food was fresh and was ready VERY QUICKLY. I saw the cleaning person mopping a lot especially if there was some sort of spill or stickiness on the floor. Finally, I paid with a $100 bill and forgot to get my change. When I went to the manager over 1 hour later (I was still on the property) they had my change with the receipt sitting and waiting. I appreciate the honesty of the staff!

Stop by really quickly to get some fries order was taken promptly through drive-through. When approaching the 1st window to pay staff members seemed really tired and done, when approaching the 2nd window to pay stuff member was kind and even gave me extra sauce when I asked for it. Drive-through had very ample space for driving with bigger cars

I would say there is plenty of parking as it is located next to a target.

I wouldn't usually review a McDonald's but this was a McDonald's like no other. Perfectly clean. Fast service. Lovely atmosphere with relaxing piano music and flowers on tables. The staff were also really attentive, walking around the restaurant looking for guests who weren't paying attention to when their order was ready. I promise I'm not being sarcastic, I know it sounds too good to be true! If only all McDonald's were like this. Big props to the staff, I'll certainly return when in the area.

Basically only for drive through. Inside they have turned off the fountain drinks, they have closed off half the seating area, the bathroom has a combination which at the time of writing was 00690 (nice). They were out of large cups which in all 30 years of eating at McDonald’s all around the world, this has never happened to me. After talking to the kind staff is obvious management does not care about anything except drive through sales and reducing their margins. Instead they should care about customer experience, serving smiles and happy meals.

It's kind of an odd location. Inside of a completely gated off Target parking lot. Looks like a newer McDonald's. I'm guessing that the surrounding area is not that nice. The dining area looks nice, and they have a playground for the kids. At noon on a Sunday, it was almost completely empty. Very small ordering counter, the stand-alone kiosks to order without talking to anyone. Bathrooms are locked, need the code from the workers. But the food was good McDonald's quality. Hot and tasty. So, good in a pinch if you're in the area. Enjoy!

This location, like all of them under corporate ownership, no longer mix the oatmeal ingredients for customers, choosing now to send a cup of hot water through the drive thru window, asking us to mix it ourselves on our laps. After the great Albuquerque McDonald's Hot Coffee debacle of the 80s where a multimillion-dollar lawsuit now requires all coffee cups to have printed on the side that contents may be extremely hot, why in the world would McDonald's corporate think it's a good idea to ask customers to mix this ourselves on our laps?

I placed an order through the app and they still got my order wrong. Times are too hard nowadays for things like this to slip through the cracks. I work hard for my money and when I place an order I expect for it to be made right. You have given me the option to customize my order so the least you can do is respect my request. I also put in a complaint on the app. I’m curious to know if I’ll get a response.

Having a bad experience with the person who works drive thru. They are horrible (all men) and don't great you and make you feel like your not important. The food is taking much longer than necessary, they asked me to move to the side because the eggs were taking a long time ... Uhm No! Screw you guys because you didn't even acknowledge my presence as I sat here for 5 minutes waiting on my food. Smh I'm just irritated with this place. They sick and have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too....but my goodness is their food top notch! When I order a double hamburger it comes hot off the grill with a fluffy bun and just the right amount of condiments on it. I can’t stop coming here every day (sometimes twice a day) I’ve gained about 30lbs over the last 3 months from this place I’m pushing for 40lbs next 3 months. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me and McDonald’s but I know I won’t be the one to break this off.

This McDonalds was dirty in the inside and I found this out after going through the drive thru and my frirs were bad so I parked my car and went inside. Food quality is mediocre. Location is large but understaffed. Ordering can be annoying. The line is set up right next to the entrance so if your waiting in line prepare to fight all the incoming and outgoing customers. And prepare to answer the golden question, "is this the line?". Yes this Genius Engineering floor plan is the bloody line. /s. It's not the employees fault but the experience is dampened by this issue.

This is one of the nicer locations that I've been to. When I got my sandwich bun was all toasty on the bottom. They took down my name and call me up for my order by my name instead of the number onthe ticket. there's a separate family area from the rest of the dining area with a jungle gym. It's nice that it's separated to reduce on noise. The location is also remarkably clean and even graffiti free.

The staff here doesn’t acknowledge or tend to guest when waiting in line. The lines grow long and they don’t have any sense of urgency. I was in line with one more person and they didn’t even acknowledge us. I waited 5min a left. They tend to do this all the time. I come here frequently and even when there is no line they take forever to help.

How is it okay to close lobby doors early then deny customers service because they don't own a car when it's not even closing hours. This is a recent trend and I really hope McDonald's investigates this store because the manager dressed in blue denied me service even after I explained to him they took my order from the drive thru before. Great because of the play place just too large inside to only have 2 bathroom stalls. The second toilet in the play area is private but it was locked for some reason and the employees neither unlocked it not knew why it was locked no one responded from the inside. And it could have been an unconscious person inside there and no one did anything to open it.

Stood in line for 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. The staff would not even acknowledge that I was there. I had to ask someone if they could take my order and I was told " I'm on break so I can't help you". It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It will save you time and grief!!

The new touch machine are terrible and make ordering confusing. The employees don't ask if the costumer needs help. When I was their and older couple couldn't order and I had to go and help, minutes later an employee ask to help me but not the elderly couple. Also, the tables were dirty and they would lag on cashier service. Worst experience ever!

This place is more unpredictable than the weather in Kansas. Somedays it's good, somedays it's really good, others it's bad, and others it's really bad. Still, it's a decent place for a cheap bite that you don't have to and don't want to think about too much, and has improved significantly from two years ago with regards to customer service.

Staff REALLY REALLY GOES out of their way to satisfy guests. I've NEVER had a problem but I've watched a manager top a $1 ice cream cone with so much ice cream I knew the greedy client (sorry) was gonna spill it on their lap or ground when they took a couple licks. In fact, Everytime I go there they blew me away with their customer service.

Wait time inside was horrible, one person taking orders with at least 10 to 12 people waiting to order. Food was cold once received, fries were not only cold but hard as a rock. Spent a wasted $15, never again. Oh, and the order came out wrong, perhaps shutting down and retraining your people is needed for better service!

Long line, extremely long wait. Only 1 of 3 registers in use. 4 self-order kiosks available but the wait is long regardless. Kiosks are inconveniently located as they interfere with both order and pick up lines causing confusion for customers. Poor layout. 20 minutes in total. Not a good place if you're pressed for time.

I work close by, so sometimes I use to come to this location, despite making so many mistakes on my orders, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. But unfortunately they still disappoint me. I gave it 2 stars for the days that I did get my order correct, but other than that, I stopped coming here.

Staff was really nice and professional. The fries were not so good. They weren't that fresh and tasted like they were cooked in old grease, which is how they tasted on a previous visit too. Maybe should change their grease more often. Other item I had was iced coffee which was pretty good.

One of the cleanest McDonald's, fresh flowers on the tables and friendly staff. I choose this location because it's one of the few with a playground, the problem is that it is often closed. Also, they didn't have high chairs for my grandson which made my visit very uncomfortable.

What appeared to be the manager was very off-putting and didn't fulfill my simple request for salsa for my meal. More-so, he denied my request all together without reason and another staff member had to do the job for him. Staff seemed fine, manager seemed to have an attitude.

This should be zero stars i went close to midnight and the location says 24hrs and the phone number listed on this location someone picked up and said they hate the "n word" etc. My lawyer will be reaching out soon racism is nothing to joke about!!!!!

Great spot for a quick bite to eat. The kids won't argue with you on this. This particular McDonald's tends to get very busy as it sits in a high traffic area of Los Angeles.
