My 6 year old son loves the chicken nuggets meal. I buy this meal at least 5 times per week. I visit the same 3 at least twice a week. I use my app ALL the time. So they even know my name when I come to the window to pay. To make sure it's my order they say my name and repeat my order. I always ask for two barbecues and two ranch and I know they have policies but how many condiments that they give you for order. But I'm never asked or inform on how many I can get. There's times to where they don't put his barbecue sauce or ranch in and I have to turn around and go and get it or he's going to cry. Well with the long lines and me not being sure they put it in there always check. I got a very bad attitude and bad looks from the manager and assistant manager and when I asked for the barbecue one of the manager spoke in a very rude way in front of my son that she already put one in the the Happy meal the other manager it seems like she had to sneak another barbecue sauce in the Happy meal box. Gummy overall in front of my child just very nasty and rude about an extra barbecue sauce which I said that I can pay for no problem at all but when people work in fast food restaurants and I can understand if they may have to deal with a lot or deal with rude customers if they allow customers to just mess up their entire day to wear their rude to all of the I don't believe that it would hurt anyone to give an extra ranch. You want is not even enough for those dry nuggets. I'm like when I come to the window I don't even have an attitude because most of them get paid more than I do I may not know for sure but I have an intuition that most of them don't have college degrees and I do and like I said they probably get paid more than I do but I still treat them with respect and a smile I just didn't like the service nor the attitude at this particular location

I go to this location often. MORE than 80% of the time they are either 1. Slow af. Like, I'm pretty sure they take an order in the drive thru and don't take the next until the last is already out the window. It's not a little slow. It's 20 minutes MINIMUM slow. 2. Frappuccino machine down or "being cleaned" DURING breakfast. AND/OR 3. Anywhere between 11pm and 2am they are closed to "run reports". This process should take 30 minutes to an hour. That's a 3 hour window they're closed for. I'm pretty sure they just use it as an excuse a lot of the time to not take orders at night. Again, this isn't a once or 2x coincidence. This is more than 60% of the time I've come during those hours. MANY times over the last 6 months. This location is a joke. I hope the gm and regional are proud. Lol I literally drive blocks away to go to a different one often. But this one is so close to home that I talk myself into just stopping here... and 80-90% of those times I'm disappointed, frustrated, and leave mad at myself for giving this location any of my money. I'm writing this while in line. I've been in line more than 15 minutes before ordering. Already 8 minutes after and I'm not even to the 1st window. Get it together! Sheesh.

I can’t accurately rate the food because I never received it. I eat at McDonald’s for breakfast 3 to 4 times a week so I accumulate a lot of points. so one day I wanted to get my nephew who is six years old a happy meal using my points and I scheduled it for a counter pick up. and sent his mother the QR code however, not only did they refused to give her meal they never gave me my points back. I have contacted customer service several times to ask them. Why couldn’t they couldn’t pick up the meal and was told on several occasions that everything varies from store to store McDonald’s has a uniform way of doing everything so I am I to believe that this one particular item is different. Do you think they would go out of their way to try to make people happy when they accumulate these points because their loyalty to their brand but no! A couple weeks ago, my wife called to see if the limited edition boxes/toys were available, she was told yes. She drove down and after a fairly long wait after ordering, they told her they did not have the toys. Last week we went and ordered breakfast via drive thru. They gave us the food and asked to park upfront and they will take our orange juice & frappe momentarily. We waited about 20 minutes, during this time frame 3 employees came out and tried giving us the incorrect order. I told each we just needed our drinks. No one was able to tell me why it was taking so long. After another 10 min, I went inside and asked for refund, at this point our food was cold. Took about another 10-15 minutes to wait for manager to process refund. During this time every new order was receiving their drinks on the spot. I was dumfounded from this situation. Horrible service slow as beans. Chicken buttermilk tenders were small and burnt the manager says that's how they are supposed to look. The girls managers for the most part are Freindly an do a great job but the boy manager that managers graveyard shifts… is truly a real character . They also try there very hardest to avoid giving you a receipt of what you purchased .I had to ask 4-5 times until finally the drive thru employee handed me a duplicate receipt since they had tossed my original one in the trash.

No customer service. Literally, none. We walked in, and there was no one taking orders at the register. There was also no sign stating that customers had to use the self order on the kiosk. We waited for someone to come but no one ever came and we could not find anyone to ask for help. We eventually used the kiosk but had a hard time navigating it. We finally saw someone and asked if we could just order with an employee, and he said no and everything was done on the self kiosk. He didn't even ask if we needed help. Can someone explain to me what is in my drink? I went through the drive thru on March 15th 1:59pm. Person who took my order was excellent. The person who gave me my food on the other hand was not pleasant. Didn’t say anything to me when handing me my food not even after I said thank you to her. Grabbed my food and drinks and drove away without really looking. I grab my Powerade to put the straw in and as I am doing that I see something inside the cup. I finally pulled over to check what it was and its plastic and rusted. How does this even happen? Not looking for a refund but please remind employees to pay attention or if it was on purpose that employee should be held accountable. Thanks!

I haven’t been to this Maccas for quite some time. I went last weekend just got a Shamrock shake, of course the machine was down, but I wasn’t surprised on that on. All of my experiences with this store have been bad. I always get home to discover items missing or incorrect. But tonight, on a busy Friday night, the drive thru ran smoothly, the customer service was amazing. My order for a family of 3 was correct AND I got a Shamrock Shake. I’ve given this place a lot of negative reviews, I’ve even written emails that went unanswered, but today they deserve a pat on the back. Great job! Well done guys.

Well next level disappointment. It's McDonald's so didn't expect much, but seriously. They were out of soda? Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru that only had 1 lane. Also, the topping on the cake was when I gave the clerk a 10$ bill and she gave me bills only for change. I have never met such a disrespectful crew of people to a customer ever. I came through doing Uber eats 3 times and the system was down. Sat at the window of the drive threw as I looked at the workers looking me without a attempt to come see what I actually had a question about. I went through the driveway, ordered a hot and spicy with cheese no lettuce, and a regular hot n spicy with cheese. If I could give negative stars I would! Terrible. Frequently have trouble there, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt. The last two orders were wrong. The one guy said the meal doesn't come with fries and drink. Then the next time I had a RAW patty on my burger! Just look at the picture. I wish I had taken one next to my sister's burger from the same order, that was cooked fine. It would make it far more clear. And when I called, the manager was rude about it, both times. ZERO STARS! Ivan- the manager, was very rude. Rude when taking my order In the drive through, even ruder when taking payment. Asked him how his day was and he ignored me. Greeted him but he didn’t greet me, rolled his eyes didn’t say anything to me. He didn’t repeat my order to me then my drinks were wrong and didn’t realize till I got home. He has had a horrible attitude the past 3 times I’ve been there and I literally only go there for drinks.

I would give zero if I could. I just moved here from out of state and this is the McDonald’s nearest to my home, I’ve tried this place a couple times and every time there’s been an issue but nothing as nasty and disturbing as this. This is the burger I ordered from McDonald’s tonight 3/5/21 via Uber eats. How this is possible or even acceptable is beyond me but I know I will no longer eat at this location.

I'm very disappointed in my meal tonight I got.home and although my food was hot they forgot my nugget sauce and when I removed the bun to take out the pickles on my quarter pounder with cheese I found a hair in my burger don't think I will return to this McDonald's any time soon. At DRIVE THROUGH, I asked if they could wrap filet-o-fish in lettuce instead of the bread. Yes, they said. I ordered it with an iced tea, unsweetened. They asked me to park and wait. On a very hot day, 12 minutes of waiting in my car with A/C full blast, the pictures will show what they have me for over $7.... yeah, disturbing and ridiculous!

Horrible customer service and horrible accuracy. Always missing multiple things when I order through the drive thru. My daughter's happy meal didn't come with the correct number of nuggets and they completely forgot the apple juice box. My large fry was filled up about a third of the way. Tea was old. Don't bother coming here.

Outstanding staff but with any fastfood you will experience issue from time to time. I always remind myself that not only are they catering to drive thru and dine in customers but multiple delivery platforms as well.
