Their management at this location is super unprofessional and terrible. If I were you I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s. I got food poisoning from this location not once but twice, while being pregnant. Which I should’ve learned my lesson. And now after a couple months go by I’m think maybe something has changed. I got breakfast August 3rd of 2023, and when I got my hash brown both of them were as hard as a rock. I have a video of me banging the hash brown onto a counter and it not breaking and keeping its form because it was so hard but sadly you can only upload photos on this. Im calling HR and reporting everything because I have had enough of this McDonald’s. So if I were you, don’t come here. I wish I could rate a 0 star also but I have to put at least 1 to make this review. Hope I save someone from food poisoning or a hash brown you can’t bite into have a good day.

I went to this location to pick up a mobile order today at 8:15pm and I wanted to recognize an absolute rockstar employee. I didn’t get his name but he has pine tree tattoos on his right arm. He was bagging food, taking orders, and making fries all at the same time. Although everyone was moving fast, he was moving consistently at an incredible pace and had a great attitude. He clearly has great work ethic and I hope he gets a promotion soon!

I selected table service. The boy shouted my table number instead of bringing my order. I ordered ranch and ketchup, none were given. He didn't provide a tray for my large order. Ignored me when I went to the counter for the second time to get the ranch. Completely horrible service. I'm not expecting five-star restaurant service, but you should be able to provide the basic services you offer. Of course, dirty tables.

I went through the drive thru. We were asked to hold on several times while they skipped us and helped 3 other cars that came after us. When she finally took our order I asked for the Grimace meal and of course they didn’t have it which wasn’t a surprise because this particular restaurant never has the specials advertised. Oh and did I mention the lady taking my order was very rude?!

Absoluelty stellar service from Charles...truly cared and had the best smile! Brought the food out curbside and had the tray of sauces and ketchup. Food was absolutley piping hot and all correctly prepared. Only negative, the fries were super super hot, but needed another 20 seconds in the grease. But the rest was amazing!

This is a rather busy location, but they always work hard and try to get food out ASAP. I enjoy the dine in area. they have booths, hightops, roundtables, TVs, and a private back room. The only reason it's not 5 stars is bc ice witnessed employees arguing/yelling with eachother on multiple occasions and they let homeless stay as long as they like (I'm ok with charity, but dont want to be asked while I'm enjoying a meal with friends/family). Definitely an upper tier location though.

At 9:11 am this morning, we were told to get up and remove ourselves from the table we were eating at. The employee told us we had to go to another table due to window cleaning. Brought this matter to the attention of the manager and NO satisfaction was given. Never will I give this establishment my money again. NEVER.

It’s ghetto here, the people that go here are crazy and the female manager is not professional and she’s rude. The food doesn’t always come out hot so definitely don’t get your hopes up when you come to this location and be safe in the drive through.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very impressed with this location! Hot tasty food and really nice employees. When I was finished, an employee Maria T. asked me if I’d like a bag for my fries that I didn’t finish. I thought that was incredibly nice; I just have never had this level of service at McDonalds before. Kinda shocked to be honest. A+ service!

I love this location out of many I eat at. Blanco and west location has absolutely awesome service! I really enjoy and appreciate Daniel Stifanos's great attitude that cheers me up when I'm down and cuts up appropriatly with me when I'm up.

Amanda (I believe that is her name) always makes my day when I stop by for lunch (which is often) She turns my bad day into a great day after my visit to McDonald's, she always has a smile on her face and something positive or funny to say.
