This was a laughably bad experience. Came here at about 5:00 in the morning so it wasn't very busy. I simply ordered six chocolate cookies. I went inside and stood at the counter and waited for my order. There's no lineu, there's only one order on the order screen, which was mine. There's nobody at the till, there's a couple cooks in the back mopping and a lady up front mopping. After a few minutes the lady up front sees me and then tells the cooks that there's an order up. The cooks say something I couldn't understandand and disappear around the corner. I assume that they're going to finish baking my cookies. Fresh baked cookies, yay, I mean why else would I be waiting around this long for six cookies? They were in the oven baking. No doubt. But they weren't. They weren't in the oven baking. After about 7 or 8 minutes another young lady comes out from, I guess the break room, and asked if I've been helped. I'm like "yeah I placed an order a while ago." She looks at the till and then reaches under the counter and grabs me six cookies and hands them to me. And, oh yeah, they weren't chocolate cookies either, they ran out. They were the chocolate chip ones. So I wait around for almost 10 minutes for six cookies, and they weren't even the right ones. The complacency at this McDonald's was unreal. I have to laugh honestly it was so bad it was comical. The girl who came in at the end who actually got me the cookies I will say, was doing her job correctly as far as I can tell.. I decided to get cookies here because I was picking up an Uber eats order. Except they told me I had to cancel the order because the customer ordered things from the evening menu and it was now on the breakfast menu. So I had to text the customer and let them know I can't pick up her order because they can't make it and I'll have to cancel. And I canceled. My question is why does this McDonald's have items on their Uber menu that customers can't order? Every McDonald's I've ordered from will have either breakfast items on the menu or their lunch and evening items on the menu. Fix your Uber menu. This is crazy to me also how someone can be on break and literally know other employee in the restaurant looks at orders or prepares orders. Like don't you have a protocol for like, you know, knowing when orders come in? And getting the customers their food?

After the renovations I have never been to such a bad McDonald’s in my life. The service is god awful. Always rude and make it seem like you are inconveniencing them. I waited 18 minutes for a Jr chicken and a smoothie. I went up to the counter to ask how long as people who ordered after me were getting their meals and let’s be real 18 minutes for two items at McDonald’s is beyond ridiculous. Was ignored by several employees. Finally got the attention of one of them and was treated poorly as if I was lying. 20+ minutes for two items is ridiculous. The food was awful, no lettuce, super soggy. This place needs new management immediately as it clearly shows the staff they have now were not trained properly and cannot handle the work load (wasn’t busy at all). You go to McDonald’s and don’t really expect top notch service etc but this was baffling.

Unfortunate, that’s all I can say. I can’t even begin to express my frustration with how my solo Christmas eve celebration had to be affected by the irresponsibility of whoever that decided to take a bite out of my burger. Called in to address the issue but even more surprising was how such disaster was handled by this branch’s manager. I’m truly out of words and have zero clue why anybody would allow themselves to ruin somebody’s evening like this but as a loyal paying customer I truly hope the ones in charge do look into this and hold the person who did it accountable. It surely would not be a complicated process but would prevent this person from doing worse to future clients. Happy Holidays…

I went to this Mcdonals around 2pm on a Saturday. I waited a few mins for anyone to even come to the cash. This is after the manager told me WAIT! With a hand gesture in a very rude way. When all I was doing is politely waiting I wasn’t even looking around for anyone. Then I placed my order 1 hamburger and 4 nuggets. I waited over 10 mins after ordering. In all it took about 15 mins to get my food when I was the only person in line. However during that time they put out at least 20 online orders. Absolutely terrible extremely rude service. This is the worst service I’ve received at any McDonald’s and by far the longest wait time. Even when there are 10 people in line I’ve never waited so long

It's frustrating how people always get there food before me even though they ordered after. If my order was complicated sure but when it's less if not the same as everyone else I just start losing my mind Update: the teenagers who work here are not good at attention to detail, I'd highly recommend checking your entire meal every time before leaving. When I order and purchase hotcakes and sausage, and they COMPLETELY forget the sausage half of the meal, that's a really big problem. At least they remembered to remove the mayo from my sandwich THIS time.

This location used to be an absolute hole. So much so that I avoided it at all costs and would rather skip eating than to enter. Now however, it's been newly completely renovated for a very impressive transformation. It's clean and bright. Possibly one of the nicest Mc D's I've been in. It's a very small location though. Seats maybe 20 people or so. Service was so-so, food was good and order was correct and served quick. Prices same as all the others of course, which is a lot for just fast food. Deducted a star for pricing.

It sucks that this is my neighborhood McDonald’s because it’s continuously a miss. Yesterday I waited over 30 mins for breakfast and tonight the lady gave me a tone for asking for my order just to find out it was sitting there for over 20 mins. I also don’t understand how a mobile order that says no cheese on the actual sandwich still alwaysss has cheese on it anyway. Not trying to be a Karen just tired of this service but, it’s McDonald’s… and it’s a block away, I just wish it was better.

I recently ordered from this McDonald’s on Skip The Dishes, and I have to say I did not love what I received. I decided to try the new Chicken & Bacon McWrap with Crispy Chicken… what arrived did not look like the photo. The wrap was soggy, and it lacked flavour. There were no grill marks on the wrap as advertised in the photo. Too much sauce and not much else. 0/10 would not recommend

This location is visited after the recent renovation. Waited for the cashier to show up more than five minutes. It is poorly set up with a solid wall with no window between front of the house and kitchen so no one at the back can see if there is a customer at the front, neither they can hear you as the kitchen is playing their own music. Walked out without placing an order on a Friday night.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Anytime I’m here the service is awful, if I make customizations in the app they’re ignored. Currently been waiting 15 minutes for a single sandwich with 5 orders still ahead of me. Very disappointing

disaster service, I ordered coffee carafe they gave me milk and cream in a cup not small one which everylocation give it to customer in side of order. then I had to go another location to pay $20 for milk and cream.I wish I could give 0 star to such a terrible service

ordered two large fries two 10 piece chicken nuggets, got home and found two big mac's and one large fries but at least they added 6 sauces for the nuggets they never included. just under $25 plus fuel to go back plus parking fees in downtown Vancouver on a Saturday... really quite annoying.

The best location. In the morning it’s consistently the same staff and I love that. You know you’ll get a warm greeting and a good breakfast.

Even after the renovations here they are ridiculously slow. Embarrassing waiting 10+ mins for a mini chicken wrap and McDouble ‍‍♂️ I only come here if I have too. Other McDonald’s are far quicker and better. …

Long time no visit this location! First visiting after their renovation, nice and clean, friendly staffs and it was super fast. Not even waited 3 minutes! I loved it !

I ordered a MC-chicken sandwich and it was absolutly inedible. It hurt my teath when I bit into it. I will be sending an email to corpate. This is horrible.
