I have been trying to submit a complaint twice but it seems even your website is not doing a good customer service. My sister and I had a very bad customer service experience with one of your stores and the staff's unapologetic response is appaling. The two orders took more than 20mins to make because somebody at the kitchen forgot to do it. And if we did not follow up, no one will make it. Then what is the sense of having a monitoring screen for orders pending and serving? For sure you spent millions of dollars to have this technology and just be put to waste bec orders are still not completed in timely manner as well monitoring completed items. Things like this can only happen if staff are not paying attention to what they are doing. Twice we have to ask (still, very nicely) to follow up on our orders and only then did they notice that nothing was done. We even received a comment from one of the managers in charge that she is done for the day. That "I don't care attitude" is not acceptable for a management position. If in the first place she is doing her job then the staff will not be fooling around in the kitchen. Also even the uber orders were completed first. We are both paying customers, how come theirs were given special attention and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend that you review the cctv cam of the store. I do not like writing reviews but I believe the staff needs to be properly trained from the staff level to the management level.

Fun place to eat at, the chicken nuggets always go from tasty to mind-blowing delicious. Even when ordering from Uber eats or the mcdonalds app, the food always arrives delicious with little to no issues. If there IS an issue, they take good care of it with rapid speed. They aim for satisfaction. And they achieve it. Sounds cheesy, but it's true, and when you go into the store, it's always clean, the atmosphere is fun, and I always have a laugh when going with my boyfriend or my family. My little sister loves the play pen, and the staff is actually very kind. The manager deserves a shout out too! My first time eating breakfast there, and he was patient when I didn't know what to order and even made some suggestions. The hotcakes were delicious, and the coffee was great! My absolute favourte McDonalds so far!

My little sister loves the playpen and the happy meals here. She always makes friends, especially since it's near a school, and it's big enough to keep the kids happy and busy.

After like two years, I finally decided to give McDonald's another shot, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the lightning-fast service. I placed an order for two combos – the Fillet-O-Fish and the Big Mac – through the McDonald's mobile application. To my amazement, it took just about 13 minutes (yes, that's right) for my order to arrive at my doorstep. It was undoubtedly the quickest and most efficient delivery I've ever experienced. To make the experience even better, the delivery person was genuinely nice. They went the extra mile by saying, "I hope you didn't have to wait too long," which added a personal and welcoming touch to the service. This impressive speed, combined with the friendly demeanour of the delivery person, left me thoroughly impressed. If this experience is any indication of McDonald's current service standards, I'm definitely inclined to become a more frequent customer. Kudos to the team for such a fantastic and efficient job!

I bought a vanila cone here and some pie apple here on my way home first time here and staff very freindly,very kind,very polite and quiet fast! as Mcdonald is suppose to be fast i hope prices go back to normal it was almost a dollar vanila cone but now it is summer and 2.09 so i suggest price reduction but in terms of quality and staff i was happy and hope the manager takes care of its staff here and treat them well☕

I always order from this location for delivery, drive thru and dine in but majority of the time my order is wrong. Especially when I get happy meal, which I always order with apple slices. Today, we ate in the dining area and I had to come back to the cashier twice because my order was wrong. The first time I came back the drink size was wrong the lady was nice enough to apologize but the 2nd time I came back cause I asked for apple slices for the 2 happy meals and the crew just looked at me grabbed the fries from the box threw them in the garbage then replaced them with apple slices. No apology, no thank you. Nothing.

I recently visited Mcdonald’s finch and keele and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service crew member who attended to me had exceptionally long fingernails, which I found unhygienic and unsuitable for handling food.She never put ketchup in the bag. Moreover, their demeanor was not as friendly as one would expect in a customer service role. I believe maintaining a professional appearance and friendly attitude is crucial in the service industry, and I hope the establishment addresses these concerns for a better customer experience in the future.

This morning I could not open my McDonald's APP. There may be an issue with my phone, BUT, I was able to open another's restaurant's APP. I was unable to get POINTS for my breakfast order. When I asked to speak to the Manager, all she said was phone Customer Service. I think that there should be some way for the Manager to contact Customer Service, for the customer, when the customer is standing in the restaurant. I don't think that the assumption should be made that the problem is with the Customer's phone, only. When there is an ISSUE with the McDonald's APP, someone in the store, should be able to find a way so that the customer receives their points.

I attend this McDonalds periodically on a weekend to get a coffee and am sometimes met with a wonderful drive through employee who always has a smile. She is pleasant every time I have had the privilege of interacting with her. (She is the one to take the initial order, however don't know her name) I also find the employees serving at the second window to also be very friendly.

This McDonald’s implemented may changes for the fast food franchise in this store such as the use of kiosks, and paying for my order with a receipt at the cashiers if I was paying cash while using the kiosk. This place is chill when you wanna hangout after school, or just average fast food services. Other than that, this place is really nice and I like to visit once in a while other than most McDonald’s I’ve seen.

Just updated as they no longer give out refills of drinks at this location. Will say the machine is out of order when ordering. But then says we no longer do refills. Did not give ketchup or napkins aswell. For the price your better of going to different locations. Used to be 5 stars now service bad a times forgets to give your full order at drive thru had to go back twice with missing items.

Located on a very busy street, whether exiting or entering taking a left turn is difficult. Has plenty of parking spaces, a drive through, washrooms were a mess (Oct 30 2023 11:00am ) without having an out of order sign. Food is as expected hot and bang for money.

Very good nice and clean McDonald's in this area. They have buy one get one deal most of the food in this time. Very good food and very clean restroom. They have so many tables chairs and so many free cars parking. They have all of the new technology ordering systems in this location. Thank you so much your very good service.

Always miss an item; out of 5 orders, only 2 orders are correct. My advice is to check your order before you leave. If you used the App for delivery, you are most likely screwed and they make it hard to fix. The staff ‍♂️, the “SUPERVISOR” doesn’t know that (Dbl) on the receipt means (double), imagine!!.

Worse McDonald ever, made me wait 20 minutes outside because they where making it fresh…. totally forgot about me, brought out my food and it was cold and soggy. What a waste of time, I don’t expect anything from McDonald, but this is just next level of stupidity.

Must be the only mcdonald's I have seen that doesn't offer refill on their fountain drinks. Their soda machine at side doesn't work as well, so you have to rely on them to do it for you when you order a drink.

Ordered two hot chocolates and a large fry through the drive thru. The fries were cold and soggy and the two drinks we received were not filled to the top and didn't come with whipped cream as per usual. The hot chocolates also had a different taste than what it normally does.

I had drive thru pick up order, and they still asked me wait in curbside. I asked for more ketchup, i wait, it’s fine, but they don’t even gave me any ketchup!!! What the point for drive thru and I still waiting for 10 minutes and still go inside the store asked my ketchup?!!!

Everyone was complaing thought everyone should know. They refused to give name of acting manager or anything. As far as I know there are regular washroom checks in all restaurant including McDonald's but this seems like it hasnt been cleaned for I guess at least 8 hours ?

Very nice location. Seems quite clean. Great area for kids. Had two orders here, everything was ok. Ice cream was good Tried fish burger, quarter pounder, chicken wrap. All was ....well McDonalds) Warm. Spacious. WiFi is running. What else to want?)

U can’t really ever go wrong with McDonald’s unless you get cold fries but you don’t have to worry about that when at this location. They always get your order right and the food is always hot.

My go-to cheap McDonalds order is a Junior Chicken and either a Cheeseburger or McDouble. 2 small burgers for just over $4 is a bargain, and its enough to fill you up.

I love ordering a regular McFlurry and then getting a snack McFlurry instead... Just because you didn't want to fill up the cup.
