What is wrong with McDonald's in general? Every time if I go to any maccas and order more than two items they will stuff it up. Seriously, i am jibbed of an iten everytime, someone needs to start a class action, they collectively must make millions from sold stuff they dont supply. Today at the stare was a little different, I ordered a large fanta for myself and a small one for my daughter. What could go wrong you ask? Well their soft drinks are always hit and miss, sometimes obviously not mixed enough syrup in them. I have a great idea, I dont wanna tell you how to run your business, but maybe get something that holds exactly the same amount of syrup, then there will be some consistency. But I digress, you'll see the picture attached, the large one was spot on, but the small one was filled to about an inch and a half from the top and wasnt much more than water with a slight orange tinge to it and tasted like fizzy water too. I know its only $3:00 something, but thats not the point. I'm certain they do it purposely to boost profit. Thanks for the water guys.

Great food and great cafe. The thing is, it seems to be run by kids. There's no organisation which leads to massive wait times (unless you drive thru). Another thing is the school kids that hang around INSIDE, presumably for free wifi? This isn't happy days ffs. Slow paced customer service was poor insufficient service as they did not asked customers if they were being attended or not unless you make the initiative, overall staff also seemed exhausted and grumpy. Now as for what I ordered the coffee had too much water I ordered a three shot large latte and they gave me a weak coffee they didn't even use the proper machine to make it, not sure where it came from, plus staff members trained to make coffee did not attend proper barista training course in my own opinion. Skip this store there are probably better store out there if you look around.

As a gingerbread man, my experience at this McDonald's was a delightful treat! The quick and polite service was as sweet as the icing on my head. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm smile, treating me like the cookie royalty I am. They swiftly took my order and prepared it with gingerbread precision. The speedy service allowed me to savor every bite of my delicious meal, which left me craving for more. Big shout out to the crew at Eramosa Rd Maccas. All the girls were delightful & cheery .. Best toastie & coffee I’ve had .. as well, the tables, floors & toilets were really clean, the hand sanitisers & also, the soap & hand sanitisers were all full … nowhere near as impressive elsewhere. Really impressive!!

Once again disappointed by McDonald’s. Somerville really has to be Australia’s worst McDonalds!!! It’s a dirty cluttered disorganised shop. Ordered a couple of Tim Tam McFlurrys tonight for a little treat and was very disappointed, got a few crumbs of a half a biscuit between both and that’s it, a complete ripoff!!! Thankyou for reminding us of why we avoid going to McDonalds!

Hastings McDonald's has to be the worst McDonald's in Victoria. The frappe machine is constantly not working or broken, the icecream machine same story and the amount of times my order is wrong thru the drivethru or else told to go to waiting bays, it will be 5 mins, to still be waiting 20 mins later.

Hot but under salted chips, lukewarm cheeseburger which was missing a pickle, but the drinks were adequate. The service was fast but the restaurant itself was very dirty and loud with receipts and empty wrappers abundant. Touch screens on the self serve machines were also either not working or haphazard at best.

Drive through entry needs to be looked at and stop people entering from the Coles end. It blocks traffic and allows cars to cut into an established line. Coffee has been terrible of late and odds are you'll be missing something from your order.

Last 2 visits got my order wrong Waited in drive through 20mins only to get home and open a burger that had no meat on it... Maybe if the staff weren't just kids chatting to each other quality would be better.

No food purchases. Just a review for the girl taking orders on the drive through at 3:10pm today on 23/2. Just sounded happy and stoked to be there. Give that girl a raise it brightened my arvo. And 5 stars for the no sugar frozen coke as well.

Decent service and pretty helpful from the manager with completing my order. Was a little dissapointed watching a woman with a pram having to be helped up the stairs as no ramp, so that means no wheelchair access either.

Sadly this store is fast becoming one if the worst Waited for 25 minutes for our order, mind you we chose to eat in, we were the the only other dine in order, person before us unfortunately was an uber eats

Great service went there at 2.30am after flying in from Queensland,only McDonald's around the area that was open as it should be as they are 24 hours. Food was cooked hot & fresh was such a nice change.
