The location is good, It is accessible, the place was being kept clean, the lady working there during our visit was working hard to keep the tables and floor clean. Not so sure about the food, I've ordered the chicken and bacon ranch wrap and it did not sit well in my tummy, could be the sauce, it didn't seem the same taste as the previous McDonald's location. The kids meal was okay. I just felt bad because a lot of waste was generated from the kids meal packaging. With the focus on being environmentally friendly it is a lot of waste for the meal. There should be recycling for paper/boxes. You need staff to open the washroom door to use. It seems inconvenient their response is like they are being bothered. I can understand the possible reasoning but it appears they open it for anyone anyway, why not just keep it clean and constantly check on it. The play structure needs deep cleaning. The area doesn't smell good, the structure is dusty and a lot of smudges most likely from food grease. A hand washing station would be nice to have. My kids saw yogurt feel inside the structure stuck in the ceiling. Seen most of the play place has been taken down, possibly it is hard to maintain everyone should do our part including customers to respect and appreciate it to help keep it clean.

One of the few McDonald's that has a play place and the reason why we visited. However, it doesn't appear to be well maintained in terms of cleaning. The room smells like urine, the structure is dirty, you can see the smudges of dirt on the sides of the slides. They need to hire or get that structure clean, You can see dust accumulated on it. My kids told me that there was yogurt splatter inside of it. Make sure to ask your kids to wash their hands before eating. I don't think we will visit anytime soon.

today I drove to McDonald’s to purchase my child a big Mac with ketchup and cheese. Only I receive a fully dressed big Mac and so I tell the girl at the window that it’s wrong and she says I’ll go make you another just keep that one! I said that’s great I can give it to the homeless guy on the corner, she then asked me to pull up to the next window to wait. They send a guy out to retrieve the wrong big Mac . He says because they have to throw it in the garbage. When I explain to him there’s a homeless man on the corner I will give it to him to eat. He goes back in next thing I know the managers at the window informing me to give him the Big Mac. I told him why are you gonna throw this away when I can feed somebody a human a individual that’s hungry, he insists I give him the big Mac, so I do, but what??

My last trip to McDonald's was the worst. I ordered my meal in the drive-through. How's I dorve around the corner to get to the pay window, There were painters painting the side of the building. This meant that I needed to widen the turn to be able to negotiate the corner without hitting the painters. Doing solo caused my passenger side front wheel. To rum up against the curb damaging the wheel. I'll call The restaurant received and they took no responsibility. I'm sure there were other people who also damaged their wheels trying to negotiate the drive-through during the lunch hour while painters were painting the side of the building. It was a bad decision having the painters there during the lunch hour and poor corporate policy to not take responsibility.

I order no sauce on my wrap and asked to get it on the side, the middle aged drive thru lady at the pick up window was being unnecessarily rude and cut me off the entire time when I tried to explain that I ordered it without sauce and wanted it on the side, she was practically shouting "sauce is already on the wrap, if you want extra sauce you have to pay for it." So got sent to the side to wait for my order and they basically brought me a salad in the wrapping paper. It was a big mess. I also redeemed 4000 points to get a large fries and they took my points but didn't receive the fries. Did not want to argue further with the drive thru lady as she already wouldn't let me talk. March 2/23 I drove in 3 hours to Winnipeg- got to my hotel and was wishing for breakfast so I drove to the Ellice location got my sausage and egg mcmuffen with cheese meal and got back to my hotel and realized that my egg was overcooked and the bottom English muffin was a bit hard so I called them and spoke to a friendly woman there and she said she would be happy to replace it. I drove back and she replaced my sandwich and I told her that my hash Brown was cold now and I was really looking forward to enjoying my breakfast and she replaced my hash Brown as well. Went through drive through, asked for 2 bacon and egg mcgriddles, was asked to pull ahead off to the left because they needed to make my hashbrowns, was the only one around for about 5 minutes.... waited... waited.. more people came and gone with their orders... finally after over 20 more minutes of patiently waiting where they asked me to, I went in. Talked to the first person I could find, told them what was wrong, and they just went on their merry way, brushed me off completely. I work midnights and usually go here for a quick bite with coworkers. The last 4-5 times we went was horrible customer service. Our orders are always wrong and the drive thru agent is rude. Tonight, we ordered two separate orders and upsized our fries and drinks for our meal. The drive thru screen doesnt show what our orders are so we assume he understood our orders. We got a wrong size drink and our fries are not even full. We complained about the drink and he blamed us for not telling him to upsize it and wants us to pay for the difference. He gave us the drink and rudely told us to just take it. Is this the new customer service McDonald's is going for? What a joke!!!

The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly, but the food quality was horrible not trying to sound like a raging biotch, but came here on Christmas day, so i understand that there could be some backup, ordered 4 meals, they took a long time to get, and when we did receive it the fries were cold and hard. we kindly asked for new ones, which we never got. Then we tried the coffee, which tasted like dishwater. Went and politely asked for a new one, when we got that it didn't taste any different. No hate to the staff in general, i understand rushes and how working on a holiday may be, but the food quality is disgusting

Hamburger was lukewarm and just slapped together, ketchup all over the box and onions too. Pickles almost out of the bun and the order of fries, well it wasn't close to being full , but at least they were warmer than the burger ! Really hard to screw up a potato tho ! The Coke tasted like water with colouring , and one other thing, I swear the burger isn't a 1/4 pound any more ! Definitely won't be ordering/ going to that location any time soon . I understand that its fast food but take some pride in what you do / serve ! I was going to take the food back , but like everything else these days , Mc Donald's would just blame it on Covid ! I love this McD's.. The fries are always freshly fried, always worth the extra drive(I live right next to a different McD's and their freshly fried french fries are a hit or a miss, you can tell when they double fry them, and they do it a lot..). Finally the coke, this location adds extra syrup or something, because it is noticeably better then the McD's by my place.

Seems like these people don’t care what their customers think of them. Even after such a bad rating, don’t see any improvements. Do give the same importance to courier orders. Even those couriers would be doing good buisness for you. Dont make them wait unnecessarily please. Their time matters. All their income is based on time. The lady working in the night doesn’t seems to be a boss but acts like. Very bad etiquettes. Don’t know how to approach someone. I personally believe that if you do something, do it your beat way or don’t do it. They get irritated if the see a customer

There was no where to sit, when I was waiting for my order to be called I noticed that people that ordered behind me were getting their food first. And sticking a new crew member on the register by themselves was wrong, what happened to the trainer that's supposed to be training this person and why wod you only have 1 register open? When we stop at a McDonald's it's "to hell with dietary restrictions, let's eat."

This must be one of the worst McDonald's experience ever. Ordered a big Mac with bacon and with extra onions. I even mentioned it on the drive-thru that I wanted extra onions in the burger. And Still I got burger with no bacon and no onions in it. There wasn't even proper dressing on the burger. How can someone be so incompetent at flipping burgers that they get the whole order wrong?! It ain't freaking rocket science. And the drive thru wasn't even busy. I was the only one there. Don't waste your time going there and getting food. Not worth it.

It took 7 minutes to notice us standing in front of the counter and nobody else was waiting before us. Laughing and joking with other coworkers was more important. I used the touchscreen system to order my food and they still didn't know what I wanted. In the end, they couldn't fill my mcflury up more than half way. Just a waste of time, money and a bad experience for my friend and I.

Worst ever experience in my life. I visited the restaurant on 7th September around 8:20. I ordered salted fries and ketchup from drive thru. I am pure veg and it's beyond my religion to eat non veg. They gave me poutine fries. Then I went inside to tell them that I got poutine fries and one of their staff replied me saying why you ate it. This was very rude behaviour and the drive thru staff is fully untrained. I would not recommend anyone this restaurant.

This McDonald's closes their doors before midnight making people have to go through the drive-thru. I was there at 11:35 and the doors were closed. The person on the speaker made me feel like I was bothering her (no first time this person has done this and I believe she is the night manager). I ordered chicken nuggets and she didn't e even ask what dip I wanted. Just kept saying "anything else " and sighing. Really dislike going to this location if I know she is working. Absolutely NO customer service skills.

Literally every time I go through the drive-through they make me park and then I have to wait 20 minutes for food I just picked up a Mc double meal and it took them 15 minutes to deliver my food outside if you are going to have a fast food drive-through that may be actually do that rather than making people park and wait all the time I don’t know if they are just cheating with the drive-through times but this is getting sickening and a lot of people were complaining outside… Somebody needs to call corporate

The service was very slow taking almost 25 minutes to get my food, and virtually everything about my order was wrong. They didn't give me my drink cup they didn't give me my salad dressing they didn't give me my croutons they had no chicken nuggets for the Happy Meal they didn't give me my drink or rather I had ordered milk for the Happy Meal and they didn't have any milk at all so they had to change it to juice and my burger was cold. Eventually things were straightened out but my burger was still cold.

Good place to eat; coffee is great! However, I observed 3 sittings at a table, the last group being 3 young children with their parent, with absolutely no disinfecting or cleaning in between. In these pandemic times, this is unacceptable. Someone should always be observing and disinfecting the table between patrons. Get on it, McDonald's, especially in keeping in line with your commercials on TV of being a safe place to eat with precautionary measures in place. Please live up to your expectations!

Absolute pitiful drive through experience. I was taking a lovely lady out for a nice ice cream and cookies however I asked for chocolate chip cookies at the microphone spot then I pulled up and they said “oh we don’t have chocolate chip but we have oatmeal here you go!” I said no we don’t want that so we just got a ice cream (which wasn’t done well) and then they gave me my money back and didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. This happened about 5 months ago but I needed to cool down since then

I go to alot of restaurants to review them. This has to be the worst location. From speed, to consistent mistakes and missing products. I had an error on one of my meals and the day time manager told me to come back with receipt and they would give it, wasted my time going back because they told me they can't. The staff were nice and our coffee were fine but the cookies we were served that day were really dry and hard, normally I wouldn't care about one or two bit we had ordered a dozen to bring to a friends. We asked for a variety and none of them were soft, they had clearly been there for hours or overnight. This was at 1 PM in the afternoon so it was a surprise that the worst food I've gotten from there recently was when I was sober, on my way to study.

The 2 girls that were acting as hostesses as well as the one that took my order at the counter did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, greeting everyone as they came and went. The dining area was spotless and I enjoyed spending breakfast here. Great job!

Was overcharged, and lied to. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes, and when I complained because I was overcharged they said "What do you want me to do about it?" They refused to give me my money back, and wouldn't even replace my meal. The management is an embarrassment, and completely opposite to other McDonald's locations when it comes to customer service skills. Too bad the reopening couldn't have led to an improvement in management.

I have been going here for coffee every day a long time. Recently other people ordering coffee who came in after revive coffee orders before me. When I ask about my coffee they often pretend they lost my order. Then I hear them all laughing in the background as I walk away. I spent 9k in 2022 at McDonald's restaurants around western Canada I am a truck driver on medical leave and this added stress to my day every morning is exhausting.

Terrible experience. I feel unsafe. I’m on a work trip in Winnipeg. I ordered from this location and my order bag arrived with creapy messages and. Considering I do not know anyone working at mcdo or in Winnipeg this is highly inapropriate, creepy and unacceptable. I did not eat the food and filed a refund request with uber eat. WOW. Just wow. This was my first McDonald's after coming to Canada and tbh, who gives a McDonald's review right? And here I am sharing my experience because it was exceptionally good!!! The staff is super quick and superrrrrrrrr sweet. They pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness ALL THE TIME and thats exactly what you expect especially in these times when there is a new virus popping out every other weekend.

It's mcdonalds so hard to rate the food any higher than that, that being said from out of town and promised a play place as part of our winnipeg adventures. We learned there's very few still open, this was the first one we found still open after checking 3 that used to have between our hotel and where we leave the city. Was clean and staff friendly.

I ordered a while ago by the drive thru and one of their staff by the name of Mira took my order she was rude rushing me on my orders after i said i will use some discount codes on my orders, and not only that she overcharged me! This location continues to disappoint. From wrongly made food one day, receiving an incorrect order the next and then being made to park and wait during peak hours for a simple cheeseburger. You will certainly have a better experience at a different location. Maybe it's time to get some new management in place, the current management very clearly does not run a very tight ship.

It is a fast food restaurant and that speaks for itself. This review concersn the staff. They are very polite and very efficient at the counter. The premises are very clean, not easy to do in our modern society. Where untoward situations have arisen , the managers and staff have dealy with them with rancor.

Drive through service was slow today. Got 2 drinks (iced coffee) and was asked to pull over and park. Other cars started lining up beside us. Waited at least 5 more minutes when staff came out with 3 cars worth of orders all at once. Have had good experiences here on the inside, still a bit slow for McDs, but they still have a Play Place so my 4yo likes it.

UPDATE: Fries hot this time, but second time asked for table service, from the kiosk, and didn't get it. The door, that is to be locked for the men's washroom, was not. NEED PAPER TOWELS TO DRY HANDS, AS WELL AS TO TOUCH ANY SURFACE IN WASHROOM BEFORE ORDERING FOOD. Drink station was a bit of a mess.

I order a $1 drink here from time to time and they always overlook the order and I always end up having to ask them for a cup after waiting 10 or 15 minutes. This is while everyone else with orders after mine have already gotten their food. You wouldn't think they could possibly screw that up, but this location have always been terrible at service.

Was waiting for tire change, had a coffee, there was a greeter, a beautiful young woman with a big smile. She spoke to some of the older clients that were eating in. She would make a fortune in tips serving in a restaurant or bar. She'll go far in life or at least be a gem to those around her.

The other day I ordered a big mac meal, and got food poisoning, as well as my fiance. I'm assuming someone wasn't cleaning their area properly, I'm not impressed, but not surprised. I will not be visiting this location again, and would advise the franchise owner to remind its staff of the importance of keeping a sanitary work environment.

They mix up orders a lot and the fries are often not fresh. However I did have a really wonderful lady working nights give me a free coffee one time. Someone ordered it and disappeared so she gave it to me. Basically its hit or miss here. If I had to guess it has something to do with McDonalds' system because every McDonalds is like this.

McDonald's in winnipeg have quit taking the free coffee cards that are full even though they have no expiration date on them. THEY STILL TAKE THEM EVERYWHERE ELSE SO AM I SUPPOSED TO DRIVE TO SASKATCHEWAN TO REDEEM THEM? I HAVE 63 OF THEM SO THAT WHEN HOMELESS PEOPLE ASK FOR MONEY FOR COFFEE I GIVE THEM ONE OF THE CARDS INSTEAD OF CASH.

Kiosks are slower for the customer to put in their order at the same time probably eliminating 2-3 jobs. And when they're trying to fill 10 orders at the same time instead of the usual 3-4, you end up with lineups of people waiting for their number to get called out. We waited almost 10 min for happy meal, 2 bagels and a couple coffees.

Service is usually fast and the food is on par with what you expect from a McDonald's (that is to say, pretty much the same as every other McDonald's, ever). Washrooms are acceptable. Knocking one star due to one visit where a customer decided to drink directly from the soda dispenser, and the staff did not move to intervene.

I should know better everything is always wrong and missing. Tried their chipotle fries and got this cluster of spice stacked to one corner of the box and rest of fries missing the seasoning, they missed our Big Mac, put the wrong stuff on burgers. Maybe they should pay some employees more than $11 per hour that can function

This location when I was there was very quick with my food order. It was hot and to order. It's not something I usually see at this chain restaurant.

Delivery driver here so I get coffees/food often. Was sitting in the parking lot ( not mobile space ). Someone came to my window with someone else’s order , told them I have my order already. told me to leave I’m not allowed to eat or drink in the parking lot. There are many McDonald’s I suggest not coming to this one.

Love the smoothies, Blueberry pomegranate is the way to go. Settles an upset tummy Pronto Drive thru was super fast. Don't forget to download the McDonald's app so you can earn points to free food and beverages. I find hot drinks are the best value when redeeming points

They always get my order wrong. Forgot to put sauce in the bag when I ordered nuggets, even after I asked if there was sauce in the bag. Staff (at least at night), very rude and unprofessional. At the end of the day a typical McDonalds, but I expect a little more effort from the when I am ordering their product.

This Subway goes above and beyond in their organization, presentation, and friendliness. 100% recommend if in the downtown area. Will likely use them for catering in near future.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a meal . The lady who was taking my order was very rude. When I got my order there was hair on my burger. I called the restaurant and they asked me to bring the burger while am already 30 minutes far from the restaurant.

Rude AF drive through employee encounter at 8:45am Jan 19/2022. Female literally had an attitude and told us to hurry up with our order as soon as we pulled up because they were waiting...kept cutting us off as we were ordering as well.. didn't apologize for her attitude or greet us at the window either.

Yes it's busy. I placed a mobile order of just an ice coffee and a bagel. I was asked to park and wait. Took 20 minutes. Not cool. They bring out my bagel. Waited another 5 while they brought out a huge order to the vehicle after me to bring my ice coffee. Thanked me for waiting. I paid. I had no choice.

I ordered a hot chocolate. It was like warm at best and only half full. I took it to explain and they gladly and apolagized . They replaced it but it was also like warm .I returned to let them know there machine must be broken .They offered me a coffee but I declined. Thevstaffcwere polite and courteous.

Great experience and the serving lady was nice.

Late night drive through. Food was nice and hot. Ordered apple pies and a coffee. FEB 20th 2023 during the day. Service was fairly fast. Fries were cold and the burger I see hasn't much flavor. Even with the condiments on it. Stuff was friendly.

I stopped in here for lunch. It was near an industrial area where I was working. So I was here because of convenience. The place was busy, which is a good sign, but it was not relaxing. There was a bar counter where I ate, so dining alone or in a group works well as long as you can find the space.

I really feel like some places are so incredibly bad that you just want to camp out front and actually affect their business. This place is the worst "restaurant" I've been to. They gave up on it. Whoever owns it doesn't care. Your food will be wrong. Your service will be terrible. End of story.

Why is this restaurant lit up like a Christmas Tree with ‘24 hour drive thru’ etc. if it’s closed when I arrived at midnight? The bright lights are bad for the environment, they cause light pollution too, not to mention they are misleading and frustrating to people looking for some food.

Disappointed with the service. asked the young lady for specifically for fresh fries. Made me wait for the food which is understandable but still got old dry fries. Most of them were still cold, really disappointed with that. Employee couldn't fulfill a simple request of fresh food.

This location has had an upgrade since the last time I was here. Looks very modern inside. Staff were friendly while I was at this establishment. Parking lot is of a decent size but very busy because this McDonald's location shares its parking space with a staples and a giant tiger

French fries were old once again. They should make French fries every 20 mins regardless of how busy it is. Also found hair in my burger...this stuff happens but they should take extra measures to avoid these things from happening. Hopefully next time it's a little better

Bad working conditions!!! Honestly, workers all burned out, when I came to eat I waited for so long. It does not seem like they get a break! By the looks of them they look like students too, unbelievable! Managers weren't friendly as well. Do not recommend coming here.

Went for a cheeseburger and fries waited 15mins for terrible food missing ketchup and straw which was requested. As I'm watching 6 people after me get parked and leave before I got mine. Avoid this location at all cost. Horrible service spend your money elese where.

Got a coffee there yesterday. After the first sip I realized how dangerously hot the liquid was (mouth still sore from that sip). This coffee was much higher temperature then I have ever been given by other McDonalds. Be careful when ordering coffee from this place.

Took the kids for lunch and to play. The service was rude, there was a long black hair in my fries and the milk for my daughter was rotten. The place is dirty and gross. This location needs a manager that will run the place properly. We will not be coming back ever.

Miserable staff who will freak out at you over inconveniences that are very easily solved at any other establishment. The sticky, dirty drink cups and cold food don't salvage it either.

Ordered a meal with a reg cup of Espresso in it, the drink was half full upon receiving. Showed it to the staff only to be told that this was how the regular size Espresso drink suppose to look like. Can't tell if it was an honest mistake or corner cutting

I like this place because it is close to my grandsons place and they have a really good play area. We will regularly go there for an extended time at least once a week. Thanks for give me a place that's inside where I can take him during the winter months.

Depending on the time of day you go will depend on level of service, which is the case anywhere. The staff are young, perhaps students, and always friendly. The drive thru is quicker than most. Sometimes I will get old fries but generally fresh food.

Less than ideal customer service at this location. Not willing to accommodate a simple requests and continued to respond in a condescending way. The bar is on the ground when it comes to McDonald's, but they managed to fall far below my expectations.

Falling in love here with the moment and your surroundings is very easy. Here you get to enjoy yourself in a very open area, great vibes, educational stops along the path. One of the best ice-skating places I have had the pleasure to enjoy in Canada.

I don't recommend ever ordering tea from this location. I've gone on various days during different hours, and 90% of the time, the order is completely wrong. I understand they're just kids, but the attitude they give you from their errors is unreal.

Good coffee. Inside service is great. Late night drive thru can be sketchy at times at least when I used to work midnights. But as far as a McDonald's goes I'd say it's a high rating. I dont think any McDonald's would ever be rated higher than a 4

System is always down and you always gotta double check your order to make sure it's correct and also double check that you are paying for your meal and not the person behind you. Plus always homeless in the drive thru coming up to your windows.

Worse McDonalds visit ever. Not only did we have to wait almost 10 mins for our food in drive thru, 6 cars went through and left before us, and the other three cars that were waiting with us, got served first. Our fries were soggy and cold,

I always pay for extra sauce and without fail they NEVER put it in the bag. If you go through the drive thru they don’t ever serve food at the window you’re always made to wait so if it isn’t in the bag when they bring it to you you’re SOL.

Good place for kids.. Nice play area for kids under 6. All fine except the toys given with kids meals. Always one type of toy. My boy got a girl toy and they dont have another option.. Really made him upset.. Better they make neutral toys..
