Who would have thought it could be a pleasure to go to the dentist? This practice is so friendly, my dentist Dr Jana was gentle but thorough and took the time to explain a couple of anomalies that would require attention. At no time was Dr Jana pushy or condescending, both of which I have experienced from dentists in the past. Would thoroughly recommend Dr Jana to anyone but especially to those who feel anxious about going to the dentist. Gemma the receptionist is also the perfect person for the front desk of a dental practice. A very warm, friendly presence

Our family have been patients at McDowall Dental Practice for over 7 years now. Warren is the most caring, gentle and thorough dentist you will find. Both of our children have been attending since they were small and look forward to our six-monthly visits, always speculating on what ballon shape Warren will surprise them with after their check-up. Credits also go to the practice staff who are all so friendly and accommodating. We cannot recommend Warren and his team highly enough!

Dentist I saw on short notice due to a very painful toothache was amazing, I told her my fear of needles and she made sure I didn't feel a thing. She was constantly checking in on me during my visit to make sure I was comfortable and nothing hurt. Will 100% go back and recommend to anyone! Fear of dentists has decreased substantially
