I love the set-up here. I joined the Senior Gym workout 6-week course and have to say that I feel much fitter for it. My body composition has changed for the better having lost fat and built/strengthened muscles so I am leaner than I was at the start. I liked the fact that the groups were small and, in our case, specifically for over 60s so there was no chance of feeling intimidated by younger, fitter people Lots of my fellow members agreed with that sentiment. Daniel and his fellow trainers were great and made the exercising fun. Most of my sessions were with Hayley who is a joy. I'd been worried about using weights but despite it being a short space of time, over the course of the 6 weeks I was able to progress to heavier weights. I started with a weak knee and shoulder and have to say that both joints are less troublesome since the surrounding muscles are now stronger. It was easy to book sessions using the app and I found it interesting if not beneficial to use one of the other associated apps to monitor my calorific intake, finding it straightforward to add in any foods that weren't already in the database, or add in any of my own recipes. I would thoroughly recommend MeTime fitness especially to anyone in the more senior age range.
I just want to say a huge thank you to me time fitness ub Daniel and team . What a great Gym with fantastic up to date equipment. Friendly atmosphere, amazing teainers, professional and understanding. I have never gone to the Gym and went through a bit of a heartache in my life and put on a lot of weight. I decided to take action and made the first step by looking for a Gym with a personal trainer. I googled and researched many Gyms but me time fitness club I took to very much so I decided to text Daniel and have a telephone conversation with him and i can truly say from the start when I spoke to Daniel to finish he was understanding, supportive and extremely helpful . Daniel has asked me to go and see him and he introduced me to Jamie my personal trainer to assess me and had half an hour free session with Jamie to see where my fitness level is. I loved every minute of it and Jamie my personal trainer an amazingly talented trainer , caring, understanding and pushes himself determined for me to achieve my goal and after 4 sessions I can see a massive change . First of all, I’ve never been the kind of person to look for a gym club. But after my mum has been diagnosed with CKD, she decided to join Me Time and I could see her change: more energy, fitter, and something that surprised me, happier! Yes, happier! So I decided to give it a shot. And not only I discovered an amazing team of professional and caring people, but also a community where everyone is there for the same purpose: fun, well-being, better health, better mood, better Me! Lots of different activities are there to help you chose what you need. In my case, I was delighted to start boxing, after so many years planning to do it! And the bonus, is sharing some sessions with my mum! After 2 months, i feel stronger, lighter, and yes… HAPPIER! A huge, massive thank you, Me Time !

Dan is very experienced in getting all ages to the level of fitness they aspire to and beyond. Whether you attend a one to one session or a group session the same attention to detail applies. You can also attend yoga sessions, have a appointment with a physio, or just have a workout at whatever level you wish. There is something for everyone in a relaxed and pleasant environment. You can even share you war stories - there is always someone who will listen. Do come along.
I did a six week stint with MeTime, the instructors were approachable, knowledgeable, professional and helpful in my journey. The sessions were pre planned, well thought out and offered competition against oneself and other groups to help with motivation. The instructors were easily able to offer alternatives exercises to accommodate any injuries. Fellow members were friendly, encouraging and the small groups helped to keep me accountable. I very much enjoyed my time with MeTime and highly recommend MeTime to anyone who wants to achieve results by a commitment to consistent, regular exercise and intermittent theory, support sessions.
I had not been able to go to the gym for years because of several health issues but MeTime came recommended by a friend so I thought I would give it a go. it is amazing how the staff managed to tailor some of the exercises to my needs so that I can have a full workout. I joined MeTime just over a month ago and am already seeing tangible improvements both in terms of strength and flexibility and my chronic pain has actually reduced. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was put off by gyms but I can honestly say that MeTime Fitness is the perfect gym for people that don’t like going to the gym!
I have been looking for a gym where there is not a lot of youngsters bouncing around you. A place for ‘matured’ people. I love the fact that the classes are small and you get a bit more attention from the instructors. One feels more comfortable because they are Senior classes so you are with people of your age group. Both Dan and Jamie know how to help us older generation to get fit and healthy. The plus side is that there is also a yoga class for Seniors.
This is a fantastic friendly gym that is run by real experts. The group sessions really encourage you to turn up and work hard. They appeal to all sorts - no matter what your fitness level, age or love of lycra! They have thriving over 60's seniors groups as well as catering for pregnant/new mums, those of us that have let things slide as well as strength training for runners and triathletes. I've been a member for many years and I love it!
MeTime is the most welcoming, friendly gym I’ve ever seen. It’s brilliant to train somewhere that all ages and abilities are supported. The trainers are all expert and will tailor exercises to any injuries or concerns you might have. The fun and sense of community motivate me to come even on the days when I just don’t feel like it. And I always leave feeling better and glad that I did my class. Highly recommended.
MeTime is an excellent gym that I cannot recommend too highly. It is a friendly environment, not intimidating, run by friendly professionals who know how to get the best out of you. I was made to feel very welcome and it had a real impact on my overall fitness. There are many options for membership so you can always find the one that is the best fit for you. All are welcome. It's a great set up.
I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member since June 2021. What makes this different from others is the friendly atmosphere during the classes. Dan (the owner and main instructor) and his colleagues are very knowledgeable and get you motivated to move more and give it your all. No matter your fitness levels, they will treat you kindly and push you to be better.
I’m not a gym person but hitting 40 I realised I needed to do something. Been a member at MeTime for almost 6 weeks and cannot rave about it enough. I also walk out of there laughing and I’m not dragging myself out the door to attend, I want to. I feel welcome and supported by all. I lost almost 3kgs in first 2.5 weeks and I’ve also never felt better.
Amazingly hard working and supporting team. Great fun, small group classes with like minded people. Everything from weights, cardio, core, yoga and Pilates. Loose weight, build strength, get fit & feel good about yourself in a safe, clean and fun environment. Me Time Fitness club makes me feel happier with myself every week.
A professional and really friendly gym - great equipment with varied sessions all overseen by Dan and his team.....who are amazing! Lots of support, encouragement and advice to help you get fit and strong in a fun environment.... makes you want to exercise!

A fantastic and friendly gym that gets rid of all my excuses to put off exercising. There's a great atmosphere of camaraderie and accountability to reach your individual fitness goals in sessions you can book flexibly around your schedule.
This Club has been great! The Fitness activities have done me the power of good, especially losing my Tinnitus. I'm back in my 36" waist jeans, hooray! Although I have put on a bit of weight. Much thanks to Hayley, Gina, Dan and Jamie.
The staff and the equipment are superb. I attend the over 65 group, which is just one of the many classes available to all age groups. I joined recently and am hoping to gain some muscle strength and have already made a new friend.
Fantastic place. I used to find it really hard to keep to an exercise routine but Dan and Jamie make it fun and rewarding. Most people have been coming for years which says a lot. Good fun and good for you. I heartily recommend.
Dan and the team at Me Time Fitness are so friendly and welcoming, whatever your fitness level. It’s a great way to exercise, with like minded people, brand new equipment, fresh surroundings and a cracking playlist!
Good exercise regime and amazingly good fun for an ‘older’ person. Dan Wellard is the best! And his second in command Jamie is pretty good too! Very well equipped gym, very welcoming, very efficient.
Love working out here! I've always hated going to the gym, but this is honestly the most fun I've had working out. Great exercises, great people and awesome music. Definitely recommend it!
Dan is an excellent trainer, motivational, but relaxed. A wide variety of class times means that I can always find a class that suits my schedule and the atmosphere is always friendly.
