Food is okay. It is difficult to maintain that balance of pre-packaged and sometimes pre-frozen food while still emphasizing freshness. I didn't want to bash this business. The efforts are seen. My review is due to an unpleasant customer service experience and I am disappointed in how it was handled. Mr. Nick Noel, the owner, can be friendly or sometimes come across as snoody or snobbish. Even if he or she is having a bad day, a business owner should treat all customers with a friendly smile and respond to a how are you with a cheerful attitude. Not looked as "well you haven't bought anything yet or I don't know you so I'm not going to give you my best. This is unfortunate as I had spent a considerable amount of money along with several colleagues. Mr. Noel, let the bitterness go. When a stranger, acquaintance, or potential or existing customer greets you with a smile and hello, you should give the same in return. Especially when representing a business. It is common courtesy.

I frequently visit the Burnet location and I have to say that I've always enjoyed the above and beyond customer service that is provided there is bar none! They greet you with warm smiles and a positive attitude each visit. After my second visit they even remembered me by name, with my mask on. It is my belief that the staff truly cares about your health and it shows each visit. I really enjoy eating the meals. The portions are perfect, I am never left feeling hungry after a meal. It is surprising to find pre-made healthy meals that are also delicious. The blackened tilapia, egg plant lasagna are a couple of my favorites. The rotation of the meals keeps things interesting and the price of my plan is just right. I can't say enough good things about Meal Proz, I highly recommend them over any of their competitors. I am extremely happy with their service and look forward to continue doing business with them.

I wanted a service that could prepare and deliver me healthy meals because I had difficulty finding time and effort to cook. I have subscribed to national box meal delivery services in the past but was dissatisfied with them either because I had to prepare them and do all the dishes, or the meals were bland. When looking locally I found Meal Proz and was excited because the food is really good and has been helping me lose weight and get my macros in between protein shakes. I've spoken to Nick the owner a couple of times now and you can tell he takes his business seriously and wants to make customers happy. I can be lazy and pay for delivery, and the drivers communicate by text and leave the orders in a cooler I leave out on my porch for them. I'm impressed with the quality and level of service I have gotten so far. Thanks Meal Proz!

I started ordering Meal Proz for myself & my husband when our 2nd baby was born a little over a month ago. We are so happy with the meals & service! Everything has tasted great. I track my macros & calories with an app so having it all calculated saves me a ton of time. Also, many of my meals have been entered into the app be other customers making it even easier. My husband, who used to struggle with keeping his calories in check & getting enough protein, has noticed a significant improvement in his strength in the gym. I’m not back at the gym yet postpartum, but these are keeping me (stress free) fueled to keep my nutrition on point which is so important as a breastfeeding mom. Love the service!

I have been looking forever for a place that can help me meal prep that doesn't break the bank....and can provide exactly what I want. Meal Proz was the only place. My biggest needs are nutritional content, consistency, and convenience. I LOVE that they prepare my food in bulk, exactly how I like it. And getting it prepackaged in their containers means there's zero prep before I put things in the freezer. I thaw what need as the days pass. Another huge bonus is that they provide an accurate way for me to measure my body fat accurately on a consistent basis. With the help of their food (which is 90% of the battle folks), I gained 2.5 lbs of muscle in about 2.5 weeks and lost 1% body fat.

Tried this place out because my husband was doing a CrossFit comp and we needed some prepped meals for the weekend and this place looked good. We liked the variety of food on the menu. Our favorites ended up being the Turkey Mac n cheese, the steak and the blueberry pancakes. Unfortunately the Turkey chorizo made my husband sick, so I’m not sure what’s up with that one but it even smelled bad too, luckily I didn’t eat it. If we are ever in town again, we would still order from here. Also the prices are cheaper than our home meal prep places, so that was a bonus too.

Exactly what youre looking for. MealProz is outstanding. I struggle to find time each week to prep and prepare healthy and delicious food. Meal proz made it possible for me to have an easy to use service with outstanding meal options. The incredible tinga chicken enchiladas, always great salmon options, personal favorite the cauliflower beef bake, and so many more. Always on time with delivery, easy to use with great reminders i just seriously love this service.

After doing an extensive search of meal preps in Austin, we found the best one for its freshness, quality, price, delivery, variety and friendly customer service. There was a bit of a hiccup at 1st but that was caused by me… Even so, they offered to remedy it which is GREAT customer service. The meals are very tasty and very professionally prepared.. Keep in mind they have to be reheated and still not taste like “reheated’” food, which they don’t… I would highly recommend Meal Proz to anyone wanting to make a positive change in their lives…

I love this place. The meals are great and love the food. I was doing my own cooking and meal prep but when you share a kitchen with roommates some cooking had to stop.
