As expected on a Saturday night, the store was quite busy. Usually the cashier's on duty are extremely efficient and this night was no different. The lady and gentlemen who were doing their absolute best to keep up with the influx of customers. But...there were more than a few rude, loud and disrespectful people and they did really well just maintaining their composure; I was impressed. Two extremely loud men stood in front of one of the cashier's register's for at least ten minutes. Asking the cashier's to pick out their liquor from the shelves for them, while they stood talking loudly at their register. The next person in line did the exact same thing. Asking the staff to retrieve their purchases for them. There was one person in front of me that attempted to do this as well. Strike #3, smiling the entire time, she politely pointed to the farthest corner and told him as courteously as possible that it was right over there on the shelf in the far corner. He never budged. And there were at least 6 more folks in back of me. My hat is tipped too you both. Professional through and through. This place is worth the visit, just too people watch. Store had no selection, and the cashiers were rude. My wife & I walked in without a mask being that we forgot them. Soon as we walked in we were told to “if you don’t have a mask, get out” I asked if they had extra masks she said “no, you have to get out.” While the guy behind the counter co-signed and said “get out”. I’d like to include she had her mask pulled down on her chin as she told me to get out, and when I came back she had her mask down on her chin still and was walking around the store stocking. When someone asked if that was all they had on the floor, she had an attitude and said “whatever is out here on the floor, is all we have. When we get to putting out more stuff, we’ll put it out.” Very rude customer service to have little selection. Not recommend. I work in customer service and I understand the mask mandate, we enforce it in our shop as well. But WE ARE NOT RUDE ABOUT IT!

I was lucky enough to visit the store around 1:00 p.m. on Friday. It was pretty much empty which those who frequent the store would know that the weekends are the worst time to visit the store. I found my bottle of rum Malibu. The cashier was pleasant and quick. But like throughout all the other stores in North Carolina there are some shortages but luckily enough they had what I was looking for. If you have any specialty liquors that you're looking for I would suggest that you call the store before visiting.

This store is the worse they don’t like Hispanic people. Today 3/9/19 I when inside to make a purchase and she was not asking ID when I come up and paid she ask for my ID I say fine then she ask the ID for the person that was coming with me when he was not even making a purchase other customers came with friends and the other people never where ask for ID I will contact corporate on her I got her picture I think that for her our money is not worth it. Don’t come to this store worse ever

Awesome location not to far from my house. Always seems fully stocked with a great variety. Parking lot can be a bit tricky with cars exiting and entering at the same time. Staff are friendly and the line usually moves pretty fast! Go on Wednesday or Thursday instead of Friday and you'll be in and out quickly.

This place has a solid collection but 2 Saturdays ago I arrived at 858pm and was denied entry. I had 2 mins and that was 1 minute longer than I needed. It’s state run you got rules to follow. I drove 17 minutes in less than 12 to get there and I made it. Reward the man!

The line was filling the parking lot...it looped-de-looped at least twice. They were allowing 25 people in at a time (sheesh) I bet wine sales went up... and Mad Dog 20/20... or anything u can get with 14% percent alcohol or more from the grocery store, lol

Large store. Nice selection. HOWEVER, it is ALWAYS packed! People often park illegally or at other establishments and walk over. I've come here and left multiple times because of it being overcrowded. Visit if you don't mind long lines, staff is friendly.

One lady with beautiful earrings is fast and friendly. Her co workers never canker up her pace LoNG line but she took 2-3 people to her coworkers 1. I see why she is moved to any stores! Red hair, tall, mature lady with great earrings, kudos to her!

I mean customer service could be better it just depends on who you get. If you get the older lady with the low cut fro than yeah the customer service is probably going to suck. The other guy black guy that works there is pretty nice though.

It is very very clean and nice inside. Better than most abc spirits I’ve been too. The guys there were very nice and answered all my questions! If you looking for mixers, don’t go here. They only sell alcohol! Not even oJ insight

The short black lady with blonde hair is horrible and rude I hate going in here she get mad when Barbara is friendly and goes above & beyond. Her cst service in this type of atmosphere is horrible

By far the most busy location in ALL of Charlotte. The wait on a Friday is absolutely ridiculously unacceptable! Knowing the surge of people coming the location should be better prepared.

Parking issues especially on busy days like Thanksgiving eve. Faster and quicker service tho. The line is always long but the wait isn't. Thanks to the fast checkers they got here.

the selection here is bad. But what do you expect when the store is a state run agency that assumes Jack Daniel's is good whiskey. Abolish ABC and let the free market take over.

The store was so neat and organized, like OCD neat and organized. I loved that! Unlike any other I've been in. The staff were soooo nice, helpful and friendly!

Two weeks ago individuals were complaining of store opening up a little late. Ok..I get it, but sometimes things happen. Once inside service was great.
