I really don’t understand how Google doesn’t even have no stars as this is what they deserve .I went in an no one was able to help but I was told ‘the doctor will know better’ .I haven’t come here to be told the doctor will know better I’ve come here to get something that would cure me till i go to the doctors .The pharmacy dispenser /pharmacist definitely needs to go back into education to get more knowledge of his career rather than just been employed with no knowledge and hasn’t got communication skills at all .He does not know how to engage with patients at all .So rude and I would never go back !

I’d give no stars if I could! They are extremely rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional. They do not follow COVID guidelines!!! If you have a vulnerable person at home definitely do not visit! We were in there and overheard two people who have a covid patient at home in severe condition! Meaning they have had contact and are taking care of the individual with positive results. I was told to wear a mask repeatedly after clearly stating I had asthma. They denied the other customers having contact with the patient when I can clearly understand the language they were speaking in!!!

I have been using Med-Chem Pharmacy for almost a year now both for prescription meds and other products and I have to say a massive 'Thank-You' to their excellent team. Sometimes, when you visit a Pharmacy, it can be a little intimidating & frustrating but NOT here! The team are absolutely lovely and for me, they have always gone beyond the norm both in support and understanding. They are the utmost professionals and have always guided me with their compendious knowledge! That's a big word for me but hey, they deserve it! Thank you guys for your smiles, warmth and guidance.

The worst pharmacy in all honesty! My baby weren't well, and i had to ask a question to the pharmacist before i give her parecetamol for her temperature, called 20 mins apart and came across a brick wall which they call themselves receptionists. They kept saying the pharmacist is busy call back later, told them many times is about a baby, shes crying at the background, i need to speak to a pharmacist ASAP ( because it was 11:30pm and all pharmacy's were closed ) they still didnt pass the phone to the pharmacist. Really does everyone have a heart in this world?

I've been using Med Chem for roughly 8 years and without a shadow of doubt, they are the best. I call them to request my repeat prescription and its ready for collection in two days. Zara and the team are really helpful, understanding and informative for example if I run out of certain medication, they will loan them, if they dont have my brand, they habe provided me with an alternative. The chemist is open until midnight, every day which is great. Thanks guys, you are appreciated and central to the community

best pharmacy ever!!! let me tell you a story, they closed every night 12am so i came there after 12 and the 2 pharmacists was in the middle of clothing the shutters the lights was off and i ask them if its possible to have a medication SO THEY SWITCH ON THE LIGHTS AND GAVE ME MY MEDICATION EVEN IF THEY WILL NEED TO BE THERE ANOTHER HALF HOUR AND ALSO THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE A TIP "THIS MEAN A PHARMACY" I STRONGLY RECOMMENDED EVERY ONE WHO WANTS 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD GO THERE

My Daughters allergies baby formula had a supplier issue (not available to order), After phoning around alot of pharmacy's across the city I was informed by someone that Med-chem has the formula but a number down from what i needed, So I went to try and get one to my surprise they had the exact ones I needed for my prescription, The staff were excellent very helpful welcoming gave me extra info, even though its a bit out of my way I will be using them from now on. I arrived at this pharmacy at night during the holiday period to collect a prescription that had been phoned in. The staff could see that I was in pain. They were so helpful and accommodating. The young saleswoman offered to open the tablet from the blister pack and get me a drink of water. Then she accompanied me to the street where I was collected by my son. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. Truly helpful and caring service. Thank you.

I would give 0 stars if possible. It doesn’t matter how busy you may be, speaking to customers respectfully is standard. If you can’t work professionally under pressure then maybe working in a pharmacy isn’t for you. The lady that answered the phone was extremely blunt and in bothered about my situation. I’m a diabetic in need of emergency medication. The staff didn’t know what to do or how to handle the situation. Extremely unprofessional.

A & E in east london recommend me the pharmacy to collect steroid for middle ear infection. As I walked I was greeted by 2 lovely lady’s and very kind gentleman who gave advise on the medicine explained the opening times which is midnight which perfect for me as most pharmacy are closed I would definitely recommend this pharmacy for other people.

Went there yesterday. Male manager not wearing a mask and standing within 50cm of unmasked customer before me. Signs on windows but didn't challenge customer. Pretty blunt with me; didn't offer a receipt. Three women staff were all wearing masks properly. Paid £4.50 for something that's £3.99 in Boots, so price not an issue. Open long hours.

Very efficient and knowledgable staff . Friendly touch to speak with the children about their medication- especially Zara!. Very caring - recently had an issue with meds which looked like not available but staff went out of their way to solve the problem. Extremely rude staff, they dont even say hello to you and you need to literally wave them to get their attention. Terrible customer service and overpriced products. Unless you are their native brother they treat you like trash. i will take my money to a decent pharmacy and boycott this place . Avoid at all cost!!!

For a Midnight Pharmacy, the staff were very pleasant and were able to provide me with what I was after within a short time frame. The gentleman on the counter was helpful in explaining how and what medication is being given and also instructions on what to avoid during consumption. Really good service.

This is the worst pharmacy you could go to for ANYTHING! LITERALLY ANYTHING! If you want to be bankrupt then do visit here. I was totally ripped off by them for a medication I needed. Something that’s half price in Sainsbury is triple the price here. Don’t ever come here for medications even by mistake.

I can say that the pharmacy has the most polite and intelligent employees I have ever seen in my life. everyone was very kind, helpful and understood everything very well.it can also be the only pharmacy in the area that is open very late and you can probably find any medicine or product you want..

Opened til late, needed emergency prescription from emergency doc, was sent here. Needed 3 bottles of antibiotics, only received 2. Wasn't told If my 3rd bottle would be in stock at any point, or if they would call or text me to inform me. Only good thing was not closing til midnight.

Extremely good service. An employee also went above and beyond and reportedly called the local GP in order to resolve an issue due to my inhaler supply. This was very much needed as it was causing severe distress. However the pharmacy sorted this out in one day. Kind regards, Patient.

Was there this morning and whoever the man was who helped me gave me incorrect information and I was charged £30 for two items that at other stores would have cost total £17, absolutely ridiculous. Yes they are convenient and extortionate. I will never go back.
