My doctor (Susan) is great, but staff does not know much. I called one week ago for lab results and to ask if my meds have changed. The receptionist told me the nurse would call me back within the hour. It’s been a week and I have not heard from them. Tried calling, to no avail. I asked for office manager, ha ha. Same thing. No wonder the staff knows nothing and never follows up with the manager . Friday I called to check up on my elderly neighbor who had a 11 am appointment and her family was worried. It had now been six hours and my neighbor was not returning calls and had not returned home. I spoke with the receptionist from the dental side. I asked her for the patient and gave her the name of the patient and DOB. Receptionist was quick to say “there’s no one here with that name!” She did not bother checking. I informed her the patient was elderly and had a dental appointment at 10:30 am and the family was concerned because she was not answering calls and had not returned home. She then says “oh she is a patient?” Clearly she didn’t even bother checking. She apologized and said people call asking for people. I asked if the patient had kept her appointment and if she was still there? How does a receptionist not know what patients are in the back? Monday I called for the manager the receptionist couldn’t answer, she didn’t know who the manager was. What do they know? Another time I showed up for a scheduled appointment and the receptionist tells me you don’t have an appointment today. I showed her my written appointment and both girls stand there looking at each other unable to handle the problem their office was responsible for. Makes me wonder if the doctors know why they are losing patients. If this happens one more time I will also have to find a new doctor. I really hate to leave Dr Susan. I hope she reads reviews maybe they need a new staff that wants to work and are more responsible. First one that needs to go are the managers and maybe the nurses. I say maybe because I am not sure if they are getting their massages.

I find it really hard to see that this place has gotten so many good reviews. The staff is absolutely ridiculous. Our original Dr. was at the Pleasanton location but we had to be seen at the Zarzamora location due to my daughter needing caps. We had the most absolute hardest time ever getting an appt and then we would be given a day to show up but with no time. So when I would call to ask what time we needed to show up I would be told I would get a call back, and big surprise I never got a call back from anyone. Then when it was time for my daughters month checkup of course they are calling me to go back in. I told them my daughters medicaid was probably expired already and they checked and said it wasnt. So I told them how I had a hard time being scheduled before and they claimed it was because the request put into the medicaid for caps was denied. But what-do-you-know all of a sudden when they know my daughter wouldnt be having medicaid again her caps were all of a sudden approved within the same day. The day she had her caps put in the Dr. had to try several time to find the right fitting caps for her teeth and spent 4 hours on her. We went home and my daughter cried so much from being in pain. I checked her teeth and her gums were all cut up from having the caps put in. WORST office ever!!!!! Completely unorganized, ridiculous staff!

I am a new patient here and actually this visit was my first visit with this dental office. I called 4 weeks ago and due to covid they could not see me until the end of April. So my apt was set for April 26th. I arrived on time they had me sign in and fill out forms. All for them to call my name 30 minutes after appointment time and tell me they have no record of my appointment at any of their 4 locations as well as no record of my dental information which I provided when I made the apt. Not to mention they kept asking ME if I was sure I was at the right place. FUNNY THING they called me on 4/23/21 to confirm my appointment. Showed them the incoming call where I even spoke to their rep for two minutes going over pricing. WASTE OF TIME and not to mention DIRTY AS PLACE AS WELL I only went because someone close to me raved how awesome their dentist was and OH HELL NO. DO NOT GO HERE

The dentist is great, however it is NOT my favorite location at all. Also you must go between 9-11am if you want to be seen in a decent amount of time.Once its past that, your going to wait 3 hrs minimum because they constantly overbook and overload themselves. I had a visit to get my fill ins and a crown done. My appointment was at 1pm. I did not get to the back until 4 something and still had to wait 30 more minutes. I also was told after the fact that I was not going to get my fill ins done(that I had already paid for) mind you, it was confirmed that I could get it done just to be told never mind. They were very rude and nonchalant about the situation. Janelle is pretty nice, as for the rest of them, I am not even sure how they got the job. This was also the second time this happened to me within a month! Will NEVER set foot back in this location!

Please don’t se Dr. linn there. My daughter needed a lot of work done and had my daughter crying a lot. I thought it was because she hadn’t eaten all day and we were there for 7 hrs . But after my daughter was clear from the numbing stuff he provided . She told me he kept telling her to open her mouth wider and when I wasn’t there he pushed down on her lip and hurt her cause she wouldn’t open her mouth like he wanted her too. Mind you my daughter is 8 years old. I wasn’t made aware of this until we got home and she said she never wanted to see him again. So I feel bad for not questioning my daughter more as to why she was crying so much but held her hand to calm her down and anytime I felt like he was being rough with her mouth I would say be gentle.. so from this parent to you I advise you do not see Dr . linn at all!!!!

Stop do not come here! Horrible place to come. My teens came for a routine check up I don’t know what the dentist did because dad took them but all my teens left in pain, as the day went on I called and asked if they should be in this much pain for a routine cleaning and they said yes but they’ve never been like this! A week later they are still having difficulty eating and in lots of pain so I took them to the Southside dental clinic and we were told that this dentist used a old fashion cleaning technique and they stopped using it for this reason fast forward 5 month’s later and my kids are still in pain and whatever this dentist did can’t be reversed. It’s not worth is go somewhere else!

Hands down the best dental and medical clinic in the San Antonio area. The doctors are top notch, they are knowledgeable and HONEST. The staff from front desk to back house are friendly, PROFESSIONAL and caring. This clinic is very clean and follow all Covid Protocol, which ensures my safety and health. The office manager is kind and helped me understand all work that was recommend. She also helped me with spreading the work out to make things affordable. Would recommend them to anyone that wants affordable and honest dental / medical work done. It’s great to have a one stop shop and helps me save time on my days off.

There are not enough words that can explain how satisfied the service that I have received from Dr. Krili, i’ve always been a chicken when it comes to Dennis and this is the best service I’ve ever received. Not only was I not in any pain with the removal of a tooth but I was also given a great dental treatment plan that is affordable! The staff is amazing! From the young ladies that do intake, dental assistance along with billing they All have great attitudes and are very friendly!The service is fast you don’t spend all day long there. I would highly highly recommend coming them!

My mother was a recent patient here and she was extremely satisfied with the work dune on her tooth. She previously had some work done at a different clinic in which the dentist failed at placings her implant wrong. This clinic took her in and did a great job and did there best to fix the mistake from another dentist. My mom has alot of of docters. And she enjoyed her visit so much she ask me to put in a review for her. Thank you for taking good care of my mom Elena keep up the great work

My braces experience with Medico M.D.+ Dental was a good experience overall! They are great people with great personalities & I am very thankful for the great work my orthodontist did (she’s the besttt ) and for the great work the assistants who helped with my progress, most especially I want to thank Nayeli for being the last one to help with my braces, she helped a lot:)! I definitely recommend getting your braces with them!!! 10/10 experience.

Dr. Veena and her very competent and friendly staff made my experience as pleasant as is possible. I highly recommend you use this dentist as she is very professional and super nice . Always made me feel super aware of what was being done and worked diligently to complete the work needed. She laid out a feasible dental plan and worked very hard on my teeth. Keep up the GREAT work . Also give Jasmine some more money . SHE TOTALLY deserves it :)

I absolutely love this location! Dr. Mohan , Gilbert P and the staff are always kind and quick to help out their customers! They explained in detail the issue I had last time I went and were able to successfully get me out of the pain I was in! Had such a great experience with the dental team at this location. I went in for a bad toothache, ended up getting 2 teeth pulled. The staff was extremely helpful and took care of me, always checking in that I was doing okay. I can't say enough about the wonderful care that Dr. Mohan and Gilbert provided me. I was so nervous and they both made me feel right at ease. I will recommend them to everyone I can.

This place was great when they had Dr Mohan Raj Jaganathan crew. Now it terrible they take for ever they don’t know what they are doing. They don’t even contact his patient letting them know what happen with there appt or who’s gonna continue the work .Never get call backs about anything even though they say they will. Then you call and they act like they don’t have you as a patient or can’t find you.

I will drive from the other side of town to this specific location for my children's medical and dental needs. The staff is always courteous and friendly and they do their best to accommodate us to the appointment times we want. Both the doctors and dentist are very professional and always answer any concerns I have. Their children's area and restrooms are always very clean!

I had cracked a tooth so I went in paid out of pocket to do a fill it looked so good n felt great but dentist suggested crowns for my front teeth so got crowns today but they don't look good I feel as if I have an over bite now when I smile u see the crowns I look like a rabbit or rat now I have appt tomorrow hopefully they can correct this issue properly...

Took my child in with an appointment as a new patient, filled out all the forms and waited. Waited over an hour and they never called us. Place looks fairly clean, looks like it needs some cosmetic work but otherwise doesn't look like a hazard. Ended up letting them know we had to go at that point. Didn't want to continue waiting.

Everyone was very professional and attentive. Could not say one bad thing about my experience, from the ladies in the front desk, the lady who took my x Rays and etc. Will be coming back soon and highly recommend anyone else who is having second thoughts or not sure about this Place. You won't regret once you step foot inside! ✨️

I showed up at 1241pm for my 100pm Implant consultation. I filled out necessary paperwork. I waited and waited and waited. Long story short, I finally got tired of waiting after an hour. I got up, told the clerk to cancel my consultation. She said, okay. Thats it. No apologies. Poor customer service!

Very nice assistants. Everyone is so friendly and they listen to you. Also they work with you if you can't afford it. Michelle made sure to give me the best care. The place is very nice. Machines are a little outdated so I hope they get the sponsor they want.

The last few times I have gone it has taken longer than I wanted to. Once they see you though they treat you well. Compared to my last dentist I don't mind. I like their transparency when it comes to finding a detailed breakdown of how to plan out your care.

The wait was long but after they got me in..I had the sweetest,caring,most patient dentist assistant her name was Lucia.. and the dentist was the same..I can't spell his name but he is Oriental race I give them both 10 stars .totally recommend them both..

Dr. Susan is a great doctor I was at the doctor office and had stomach issues and she had me out to get test ran to see what was going on immediately I love coming to her. I really did appreciate the help. The staff is really friendly here also.
