This is a backwards disorganized company! Rarely do you see the level of incompetence found in MediSystem which now claims it is part of the Shoppers Drug Mart network? Unbelievable. I have tried since January for them to refund an overpayment. Try calling? You can wait hours and no one will answer. You have to leave a message that claims they will be in touch within 24-48 hours. I left messages three times, you know how many times someone called me back? Zero? The ONLY thing that works is threats when you are at your wits end. They finally responded and said they would issue a refund cheque immediately they were SORRY!. 5 weeks later, no refund. I finally reach someone and they said what? 4-6 more weeks. Can you imagine if I owed them money and didn't pay for 5 months? Go look at their employee reviews on indeed, glassdoor and elsewhere. Low life employer, Dead beat company.

Don't even deserve the 1 star rating! Claiming (Open 24 hours) and 3:45 am after driving 20km, they are not open!! And don't answer the phone!!!((
