"I came to this bakery multiple times for its cow ear cookies when I’m in the area"
"They limit 2 bags of cow ear crackers per person?! And they don't sell them till 2pm? They keep them behind the counter till you've paid? And during my latest visit in July 2021, the guy behind counter said I must pre-order the cow ear cookies?! The cookies are good, but they make them so impossible to buy"
"I enjoyed the crunchiness of the cow ears and the flavor; it's perfect!!! I've tasted fortune cookies and you could see the color is too yellow a me the taste is awful"
"When we went there to buy "beef ear cake", it was actually just average"
"Terrible customer service! The woman behind the counter was really rude"
I came to this bakery multiple times for its cow ear cookies when I’m in the area. I’m from NY so coming to SF, I made my way to Chinatown 2 days ago and found out their temporary hours starts at 12pm. So unfortunate as I couldn’t get what I came looking for. Made my way back to the hotel empty handed as I had to leave for NY that day.

I enjoyed the crunchiness of the cow ears and the flavor; it's perfect!!! I've tasted fortune cookies and you could see the color is too yellow a me the taste is awful. But, these sneakers are definitely way better than anything I've tried. Thank you so much for making such a fantastic Snacker treat.
When we went there to buy "beef ear cake", it was actually just average. There was a man who had a very bad service attitude. If it weren't for a friend who asked me to help buy it, I wouldn't want it as a gift. Is there still such a bad service attitude when doing business now?
Terrible customer service! The woman behind the counter was really rude. It was like they didn’t want to do business. The cow ear cookies are pretty good but the customer service is terrible. I would give half a star but that’s not an option.
this place used to be good. I mean the "cow ears" cookies are still good. but the business practice is unheard of. I stop by 1PM Friday for some, the owner told me they won't be ready untiln 2PM and limited 2 bags per person. then there is
I have only buy the wife cake here, and it’s the best I have ever had. It’s different than all the other ones as the inside is crunchy. Both my husband and I really liked it. This types of wife cake I can only get from SFO and from that
This is where the Japanese tea garden sources their cookies from. Very delicious but one batch of cookies tastes like the oil is slightly rancid. Still love these cookies and will continue to buy and share with family and friends. More
This shop isn’t your standard bakery with baked goods and pastries. It is more known for their flat fortune cookies and pig ear cookies. There are a variety of flavors of fortune cookies including strawberry and chocolate in mini and
Loved this place for the cow ears, but terrible customer service. The (racist?) women in the front wouldn't sell us the cow years even though there were many in the back. After we left, she sold a few bags to her white friends.
Discriminatory with certain clientele. If they approve your outfit you may patronize. I guess they care more about the uniform than they do about the welfare of children and victims of crime. The individuals wearing those
I really had no idea about their "Cow Ears" cookies until my wife told me about it. Honestly, I am a sucker for going to mom and pa business because I grew up in a mom and pa restaurant business myself.
Nothing better than a fresh fortune cookie! Ok maybe two are better! It's a tiny hole in the wall stacked with fresh colorful fortune cookies, you can buy one, a bag of 4 or by the pound!
Don’t go. Rude man behind the counter that is not trying to do business. I agree with all the 1 star reviews below. Not worth it. Ruined our day. He overcharged us too.
Small Chinese bakery in Chinatown. Almond cookies are delicious, as are their fortune cookies.
We arrived at 8:30 am and they were not open. Both Yelp and Google said they were open. Aargh.
Really awesome cookies, chocolate bon bon cookies are delicious. Rich chocolate and walnuts.
Delicious, you won't be sorry. The mini flat assorted flavors bag great with tea or coffee.
$2.5 a big bag of rejected fortune cookies, the best bargain you can find in Chinatown!
A small hole in the wall bakery with a cult following for unique Chinese cookies
Great othentic fortune cookies and others. Try the almond ones!
The owner is really rude !
Closes early on weekdays.
Cat ears are delicious
