The rudest, most unwelcoming and unhelpful service i have ever recieved from any store period. I went today to simply buy a harness for my 2 year old Maltese shitzu who weighs 6.7kg and yet even with this information the girl still said she had no idea...in those words.....She told me in a sarcastic way that All dogs are different! Lol. I'm my honest opinion i believe she just didn't want to help. I went to petbarn after and I got assisted immediately and without fuss. My suggestion is go to petbarn because this place sucks!

A very good store, with a very good variety of pet items. It is my go to shop for my pet supplies. The prices are good and variety of products is also very good. The staff is very helpful. They themselves have pets and usually provide very good advice for different products. It is located in a very convenient place and with sufficient parking. Makes it very easy to go to the store, park and shop in peace. The store is always kept very clean. Despite of so much pet food (even raw meat), it is never smelly.

Like most of the pet warehouses, u can pretty much find whatever it is ur looking for that brought u here to start with. I've got Staffordshire bull terriers, my obsession lol, and I'm always looking for that something I don't already have - I rarely find it as I've already got probably the equivalent to a 1/4 of the products these places sell at home as it is - but u never know, there just might be something I don't have.

Have a great range of products at great prices and quality for your pets including fresh food, dry food and many different treats, toys, beds that go directly on the ground or ones that are off the ground as well as heated beds aswell, clothing, kennels for dogs and cats.. the staff are so helpfull friendly and appear to be genuine animal lovers.. can highly recommend this mega pet warehouse to everbody..

Great selection of soft, squeaky, chew balls and hard tough toys to choose from that are reasonably priced $10-40. Was very surprised at the range and price as I usually shop at Petbarn last year or so bc of online shopping. The staff were super friendly and talk about their pets :). My Lab and his sister loved his birthday presents and she is very fussy! Will be going back for her bday in a month!!

This shop is very good, I found what I needed for our bottle fed lamb, they don’t stock sheep pellets but I’m sure in time they will. Staff member Jessie was very friendly and he went out of his way to help me all while over the phone. ALL THEY NEED IS AFTERPAY. Would than be the most complete one stop store..

They have a large supply of different dog toys which is delightful. They also carry a particular cat food which is great for my special needs kitty. Always easy to find parking here and it's super convenient for me. Staff have always been friendly when I have questions.

I call in twice, sometimes 3 times a week to stock up on dog tucka for my fatty girl, here they have a variety of non preservative and hormone/antibiotic free meats, which is important to me. If I won't go there, why would I feed that junk to her?

Mega pets has a great range of products for all your pet needs. They have a fresh meat section like a deli where you can buy what you like by the kg. I get fresh roo meat for my furboy who has skin allergies. Staff are very helpful & friendly.

Called past the Hoppers store to get some mince for the dog ask for a couple KG of the $6.95 per kg mince they had advertised on the window where the mince is. I paid via EFT & noticed I had been over charged by 45c a kg $7.40 so I inquire

Mega Pet Hoppers Crossing have always given myself & family members the best advice for all our pets. If one member doesn't know the answer to question, they get someone that can help. I won't go anywhere else for all my pets needs.

A good range of fresh pet mince that looks almost delicious enough to serve up to the kids!! No. Don't do that. There are signs in store. But for your dogs & cats, it's very cheap and is fresh. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

What the store may lack in appearance, is certainly outweighed by the wonderful, friendly, helpful attentive staff and selection of products is moreso than other places I have been.. Do I recommend this Place? Absolutely

Well stocked store, competitive prices only on some items since Covid, quality products with helpful customer service. I like how they have fresh raw meat for our loved furry friends.

This is a great store for pet supplies. I went looking for a new cage for our Cockateil and received excellent service from Jade, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I thought I would try the food at megapet for my dog. Disgusting, my dog starved himself! Poor dogs eating this slop. My dog loves his butcher and is healthier for it.

Good place to shop. Every thing available under one roof. Very friendly and having thorough knowledge about their products.we get very good advice on queries too.

The staff is always very lovely, they can be so very busy but will always say hello when you walk in and remember us. Much cheaper than the other pet shops too :)
