They have been an eye sore in my community for over a decade now! They lack cleanliness, and extremely poor customer service! I went by the store to purchase some meat for a quick meal for my children after work. And the man that works in that department totally disregarded me and had the nerve to become sarcastic with me when I rang the bell to get his attention. After telling me that I need to wait on him after he seen me and turned his back on me to begin working on something else. I went to mention that I don’t have the time I have to get back to my children. He then went on to tell me how he has to get to his children as well but I still have to wait on him. RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! Speak to me and ask me to give you a minute while you wrap things up.. Not turn your back on me without saying a word as if I’m not even there.. I have only shopped here a hand full of times and today made it my last time!

Today I went to mega as always it have some rude cashier behind they talking with cashier instead waiting on customer then when a Latino comes they decided register but just told me it not open this not first time or second time but it in denominated black area I been going to this store for year but I want more because I will be in jail for handle black people that spends a lot of money there thinking getting petition cause know one several walk out because they act like don't want to wait on us it tall Latino with long black big that. This several times you need get rid of her because she feel that to someone is more important than waiting on customers

My friend, receive the worst customer experience here, see below. I went to this location and had the worst experience ever. The man that was working the meat counter on 1/7 was extremely RUDE. Not only was he over talking me, but was belligerent and ignoring me while I was still speaking to him. I also advised him that the pricing need to be adjust to match the ad, and he caught an attitude. Not once did I raise my voice or catch an attitude. The Worst customer service EVER! It was to a point another customer heard how he was speaking to me and told him to just give the lady her order.

Place smelled terrible upon entry even thru an n95 mask. Meat was clearly spoiled and one male worker in the meat department was EXTREMELY rude in particular. Left without buying anything at all actually because of him. Simple yes or no questions should be answered with yes or no. You all should rethink who you've hired back there. Sure I'm not the first nor last to just leave and take my business elsewhere. Publix would never and I won't be returning to this disgusting store with its disgusting employee ever again.

love getting my meats from here and other groceries and prices are good especially meat packages and people that work there are very nice , only issue i had a few times is ordering a sandwich last time was 45mins of waiting between waiting to order and sandwiches being prepared and there wasnt really no people cause most left from waiting i do appreciate the manager asking to see our receipt to know how long we were waiting . hopefully they train the worker how to move faster and act like like they want to be there.

This place has everything i need in one location!!! I'm grateful they are so close i get my meat at good deals too! Place is always clean & there is never long lines. Whoo! ✌ I've had to move from the East side but the 20 minute drive is worth it. Great quality meat, great quality produce, great prices. I pray this market stays in business after the end of time. Better than any main stream grocery store I've ever been to. ‍♀️ I'm sorry I love this place, my family loves this place.

If you're looking for gem in the neighborhood, this is the place. Prices are very reasonable, selection is good, the staff friendly. It can very crowded at the meat counter depending on the specials. I can always find that odd veggie, type of meat or seasoning for a recipe from the islands. The deli makes great cuban sandwiches too!

Some employees are rude as hell. The one at the register next to the door was so disrespectful and the had the nerve to try to cuss my mother when she didn't get her way. It's a good thing my mother can stand up for herself because I probably would have gone to jail today.

Don't let the appearance fool you there are some great deals in here. Sure you might have to be selective but I have lived here since 2016 and I am a little upset I've just recently shopped here. They also sell made fresh daily tortillas in the cooler up front

Worst customer service ever. They don’t deserve people to do business with them. No one takes the time to listen when associates are being rude and disrespectful. I literally had to returned everything I paid for because of their rudeness. Never again!

I went here with a friend I have not seen in a while, and we made a memory that I will cherish forever. I look back at this moment and get a nostalgic feeling. Thank you so much Mega Supermarket for letting me have a great memory!

Besides the fact they know the numbers on the lottery tickets pull off one and turn around and give you the 1 underneath all the time they are very. Rude to their customers I hit bought meat there that is totally green and bad.

To to expensive certain things no good and some things are good it can be better for a Hispanic super market. But little by little it looks like it's improving

Building smelled funny threw the whole building amd prices were threw the roof. Go what I needed at the dollar general cheaper than this place.
