Brittney in drive-thru is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. I have went to this pharmacy for about two decades & never had any rude employee. Brittney, on the other hand...she is rude every single time & today she told me that it's my fault the automated service I always use wasn't working. She kept battling with me instead of making things right & when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me & she hid behind her computer like a child. It was unbelievable. I had to go inside & I received the medicine in less than 3 minutes with no problem. She has no business working with customers. People are dealing with health issues & they come to get their medications & get verbally assaulted by her. My 1 star review is ONLY for her. Everyone else has always been wonderful. I would like to thank Alice for taking care of me when this all happened.
Brittany is amazing! Every time I go here or have to call them, it's usually her I talk to and she is always patient and helpful. I told her one day over the phone that I feel so bad for how pharmacists are being treated since the pandemic started and how much i appreciate her and the staff there and even though I could hear her voice crack like she was about to cry, she just kept her composure and thanked me for being so understanding. These pharmacists are going through so much that we don't see and I just feel awful for how they're treated and talked to by the public they're serving. There's no mercy on these people from the public. That needs to change. Real heroes don't wear capes. Brittany is wonderful in my eyes.
As a nurse, I'm pretty flexible and have good communication with pharmacies. However, I waited 3 days to get my Rx because they had my birthdate and address wrong in old records (25 years old!) and told me they didn't have my antibiotics, when they could have corrected the info with me. When my provider called and verified they indeed had filled the Rx, and I went to pick it up, the pharmacist actually rolled her eyes at me because my name was still spelled wrong. The tech was very nice, but my infection is significantly worse due to the really unnecessary wait and the attitude was just unacceptable. Will NOT use this pharmacy again. Appalled at the lack of professionalism.
If I could give a zero for this pharmacy I absolutely would. It’s a complete hassle going here and there is no care what so ever about the lack of ability to think and do their jobs correctly. If there is another option choose it. They are no help what so ever when they make a mistake. You better hope your doctor doesn’t make a mistake on the prescription card or signs in the wrong place because these people will not call to figure it out. Go to Costco, you do not need a membership, they do not raise the cost of the prescriptions like Meijer and they are awesome every time! Never disappointed with the Csatleton Costco Pharmacy!!!!
Service is slow and sometimes inaccurate, prescriptions are not ready when they're supposed to be. Last time, I called and asked for some scripts to be transferred in. I waited a week and went to pick them up, and there was no record of my request. So I gave them the info a 2d time, waited another week, they only had 1 ready, and 1 they had not gotten transferred at all. I waited another week, and AT LAST they were all ready. Things like this have been an issue for several years. I love the Meijer store, but the pharmacy has some serious issues. Next refill, I'll go elsewhere, I don't have enough nerves left for this nonsense.
My insurance sucks, so I TRY to use GoodRx coupons to help make my prescriptions more affordable, but there’s this one shorter elderly woman that works here that literally always has an attitude anytime I ask to use it. This time she flat out turned my husband down and just refused to acknowledge it any further than that. She is SO rude without any confrontation. Babe I get it, you hate your job. So find a new one?? Preferably one you’re better at. Being in pharmacy takes even the smallest amount of empathy and she lacks that.
They lie. I get the messages that my prescription is ready and I show up when it says, then they tell me they are out of stock. This has happened 5 times now and I’ve had to go everyday for up to a week to get my asthma medication. I’ve never been to a pharmacy who tells people they have it ready and then suddenly are out of stock. 2 stars only cuz they will eventually have it and they CAN be quick to pick up my medication. Ridiculous business practice.
Terribly incompetent pharmacy. They were supposed to refill my prescription last week because it was ready to expire. They were supposed to text me when it was ready to be picked up, they never did, so I called them this morning and they can't find it. So, they messed up and let it expire, now I have to go back to the Dr and get a new prescription. I am so mad! Busiest time of the year and my Dr will be off next week.
Stated they would temporarily transfer my prescription to another store so that it could be filled since they were out. Only to find out that now it cannot be sent back without a new prescription being written by doctor, doctor by law cannot prescribe again since it has outstanding refills...why not tell your customers about this policy before you tell them you can transfer it to another store temporary?
This is the worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. They seldom have the stock to fill your scripts and when you get a text from them saying your prescription is ready it usually is not. They pay little attention to accuracy and when you express frustration the response is to suggest you go elsewhere. The only reason I came to this store is the GoodRx price. This just proved I should not return.
Look I normally don’t have issues with this pharmacy but I get tired of calling and automatically getting put on hold. Are those calling not as important as those coming to the store? Seriously it’s just plain rude. Then customers get put on hold for over 10mins like we have nothing else to do. We have lives and children too.
I’ve waited in this pharmacy drive thru for over an hour to pick up my medications and I have to call them repeatedly to get them filled on time. Even after putting in refill request online. They have hung up on me while on the phone with them. Pharmacy techs are rude and they don’t accept goodrx coupons.
Not a fan of this pharmacy, they are usually out of antibiotics or can only full half the order so you have to come back when you are already sick. Not helpful in answering questions you may have about children medication. Not friendly!! Save your self the trouble and go to a different pharmacy!
This is THE WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to. I logged into my Gmail account to specifically post this review because EVERY TIME I have gone there I have had a terrible experience. The staff is not knowledgeable and they never have prescriptions filled on time. Absolutely worthless
The pharmacy technician was very helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable about the medication my husband and I both have to have on a daily basis. Every other pharmacy seems to be on backorder for weeks or even months. She went above and beyond for me.
This used to be a good pharmacy but it's not now. It doesn't matter what time or day you go, the line is very long and very slow. They rarely ever have my prescriptions on time either. I don't know what happened but service is terrible!
The reps or tech they have in the pharmacy are awful, they leave you hold forever talk to you like you're nobody and downright rude.. Emily is the best asset in the department she truly cares and loves helping people..
Openly hostile and combative to disabled people. Had prescriptions voided, which eacalated potentially fatal dispensing errors after reporting to management and corporate. Would not wish on worst enemy.
I went through all the trouble of having my prescriptions transferred over and now they're trying to charge me $250 more for my insulin than CVS does. I will die before I go back to this pharmacy.
We've been using this pharmacy for 5 years. The techs and pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable and have repeatedly gone out of their way to help with different script and insurance issues.
This is terrible store for your Meds they say they sent a refill request to the Doctor .But Doc has no record I would suggest some other place I am looking for Now.
I love them, because no matter what ever problems you have getting your prescription or non prescription they're always willing to help. Thank - you !
All I did was ask for help and this lady was so rude. It was disgusting behavior for no reason. Very unpleasant experience
Friendly , caring and intelligent employees. They are frequently understaffed now post-pandemic but it’s getting better.
Always professional and ready to help me . Great prices . They answer their phones as well. Very good.
Every time I call they say my prescription is ready and when I get to the pharmacy it is never ready.
Horrible! I've had trouble since the start with them and wouldn't give them any stars if i could!
Very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself time look somewhere else.
Very convenient location for me. Have always had good service.
In and out quickly!
It takes a while
